Need to check field

I know almost nothing about WD Java
But i am using an WD Java application, of which one tab contains a drop down fileld.
But when i click on drop down it shows nothing but in have maintained required data in SPRO.
Now i need to check that to which ABAP Table this drop down Field is linked?
Please tell me how to navigate to see that fileld's properties?

Check the web dynpro context node bind with drop down. check the correctponding table in RFC. Node is nothing but a table in the RFC backend if model is used.

Hi Brice,
You need to have use the HRHAP and HRHAP_BASIC tables for getting that details.
Have an inner join between these two tables where the join condition would be your document id (32 char long - HAP_APPRAISAL_ID) and get your template id (8 char long -ELEMENT_ID) from the HRHAP_BASIC table.
wher clause should be like this.
PLAN_VERSION = 01
ROW_IID = 0000 or 0001 (slightly doubtful about 0001, mostly i think its 0000).
Get the help from your ABAPer on the query.

I need to check whether the order is locked or not?
I tried to use this RFC KAUF_ORDER_READ and passed Order no.
I manually locked the order( using Tcode -IW32) but still Function module is not returning 'X' in FIELDS flg_locked and FLG_ENQUE of the structure E_KAUF.
the FM should return 'X' in these fields.
Please help.

Enhancement for MB01 - Need to check the document before post

Hi All,
I need to check a material document before posting in MB01 for a field "GR/GI Slip No" which we are using to enter "gate entry no".The issue now is as i'm using a table control screen to post GRs in bulk . i want to avoid duplicate GRs of a particular gate entry.during analysis i found that an exit/Badi at MB01 - end may serve my purpose well.

To find out whether it's a valid int, you could of course use a regex to check for sign and all-digits,and then check the amount of digits for the maximum length - and if the String is as long as MAX_VALUE (or MIN_VALUE), you'll need to check each digit whether its equal or smaller than MAX_VALUE's.
And then you parseInt() it.
And for dates, it will be even worse.
So you're going to write a hell of a lot of code that ends up doing what you'd do anyway, and in once case you have neat although avoidable "error" handling, while in the other case you're left with a lot of work, potential bugs and people cursing at you.
If you're really a purist, a NumberFormatException should never occur. But I'm at least a bit more pragmatic.

CHECK FIELDS functionality

Hello From google, i came to know that, CHECK FIELDS functionality is not available for SAP WebDynPro for ABAP in perspective of Interactive Forms, its availabel only for SAP WebDynPro JAVA stack. But, as per our busienss requirements, i need to have the similar functionality on our form, 1) Do i need to write the script explicitly on the form? 2) To get CHECK FIELDS validation functionality for all the fields on the form (its around 67 subForms and 158 fields) in one shot ( meaning, user pressess it at the end after filling all the fioelds on the form), then, where i need to write my code/script, is it on the form as script? 3) If so, at wht level i have ti write, is it each subForm level? or each PAGE level? or MASTER PAGE level? Presuming it is an interactive form, it would be faster and relatively easier if you could have a single validate button on your abap web dynpro screen and perform all validations (since you have backend connectivity too, you could validate against master data) in ABAP itself..

Is there any statement where i can check whether the report program is Active or not.
Using below statement i am copying the entire Code in internal table it_source.Before copying in the source code in the internal table it_source.I need to check that program is Active or not if it is not active and i need to give a pop message and forceliy i need to Active it.

i just checked the table REPOSRC for a program which was not activated, i got two entries for the program one as active and one as inactive ,as soon as i activated the program there was a single entry.
so is it that we should check if we have any inactive entry in the table for the program?.

I cant print and get this message, "adobe elements, "the saved printer information is not compatible with this version of photoshop elements, or the saved printer is no longer available. you will need to check with your printer settings before printing."

If you are working in PSE13, please update it to latest PSE13.1 update available and see if it helps.
To apply update, you can go to Help > Updates and there you can see PSE13.1 update.

I need to add fields in additional fields B the sales order line item

i need to add fields in additional fields B beside the field (icon_val_quantity_ structure) in the sales order line item, How to achicve this? please help me..

Please fined the below solution for achieving your requirement.
1. Add new filed "B" in table VBAP.
a) T.code SE11 --> Enter structure name VBAP --> display
b) Goto --> Append Structure --> Enter Structure name and new field "B"
2. request your basis team and take the access key for modification of stabdard program SAPMV45A & Screen: 8459
   a) After receiving access key for standard program then got o SE51 --> enter program name SAPMV45A & Screen: 8459
   b) click change Button
   c) click layout button
   d) add new field "B" below of the screen (F6 -> enter table name : VBAP --> get from dictionary --> selet new field and past in screen )
3) write below code in flow logic
