Need to fire the validationon only submit

Hi All,
I am using JDeveloper 11.1.1.7.0
I have one form with Cancel button and Submit button.If I click the submit button with wrong values it's need to check logic in baking bean.But if I Clicking submit beore it's going to the bean firing the EO Validations.
For avoid the EO validations I added SkipValidation="true" in pageDef file but still it's showing EO validations.
If adding the immediate=true to components the validations are unnecessary firing when click the cancel button.

Hi Arun,
you can keep field validations on Page level or EO level. When it is field level, it will validate for input fields before leaving the page. When you set validation on EO level, it wil check when values are to be stored in the database.
Switch off EO validation if you want to get it validated on the page itself. EO validation can provide an additional level of validation though.

I'd recommend using the rectangular marquee and the crop command. This will crop the image to an exact size without any resampling or distortion. Cropping without constraint can cause distortion...like giving someone a cone head.
Check the size of the image first by either looking in the Image<Resize<Image Size. Make a notation of the height since you don't want to change that in this case. (While you are there, change the resolution to the desired output...make notation of height after this step if you changed the resolution.)
Select the Rectangular Marquee tool. Change the setting in the options bar to "Fixed Size" and input the desired size. (Along with the numbers, specify in this box in what units you desire...px, in, etc.
Drag the marquee to the desired location. (As long as the marquee tool is selected, this selection box can be moved around).
Go up to the menu bar and select Edit<Crop.

Need to place the window only in last page in script

Hi,
I want to place the footer window only in the last page.If it has 2 pages the footer window shhould come in second page only if there is only 1 page then it should come in the first page.
can anyone tell me how to do this in Script.

HI Camila,
In such a case, donot use the footer of the Table , but create another window-FOOTER which is positioned after your table, with such a design, your footer would alwyas come only at the end of the Table.
This is a simpler approach.
The other approach could be to set Conditions in the condition tab of the footer , such as it comes only on the last page.
If you take my suggestion, i would say use the 1st option i have explained.

I need to save the audio only from an imovie

For grad school I had to videotape myself counseling a client. I did this for 8 projects and now my start up disk is FULL from the imovies. I would like to just save the audio from when I recorded my session in iMovie and disregard the actual video part. Each session was an hour long.

I'm not quite clear what you are trying to achieve. If you have created projects in iMovie, when you have finished them you can share to file then delete the corresponding iMovie event. (The movie file will be much smaller than the iMovie event). If you want to save just the audio for some future purpose you can strip the video from the finished movie files with third party apps.
The alternative is to use an external hard drive for your files.

In a web Page here are a inputText of a code ,a search button Searching by the Code , others inputText s and a 'OK ' button.
the question is how to fired a only 'code' validator when searching
I made the search button immediate="true" ,So I wanted to fire the code validator by actionListener, the others validator were not fired .
But in this way i find i can't get the code's number not only by binding
but also by value. so What shall i do?

As I posted before a response for your post,
if you want to use the input value in an action,
you should not use immediate="true";
otherwise you need to do everything JSF will do.
The most simple way is to have two <h:form>s in the page.
One <h:form> includes the <h:inputText> of a code and the search button.
Another <h:form> includes other components.
If the OK button also use the seach code, you can use Javascript to copy the
code value from the <h:inputText> in the first form to some <h:inputHidden>
in the second form.

I have two blocks. Block A and Block B. Block B is a summary block which records will be displayed.
Block A is a Control block and i have a submit button in it.
Based on some records in block B i need to disable the submit button .I would be record wise.
Please guide regarding the trigger use on this

Kiran,
You can write the code in the WHEN-NEW-RECORD-INSTANCE trigger of the block B. it will fire when you navigate to that record.

Were you able to reset the account's password ? If not then how did you try to get it reset e.g. http://iforgot.apple.com (which would have sent it to the rescue email address if you have one on that account) ? You can also try contacting iTunes Support in your country to get it reset : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
And no, accounts can't be merged nor content transferred between accounts.

I need to reprogram the delete and enter key to the left side of a external keyboard for the ipad mini. I don't need the caps/lock or ctrl key. Due to a brain injury my daughter can only use her left hand to type. She also uses a text to speech app to verbalize all of her needs since her speech isn't intelligible any longer either. And her vision was significantly affected also, so the keyboard has to be mounted about 6 inches from her face. So to reach across the keyboard with her left hand to the right side delete and enter button is physically difficult and causes typing errors, which cause people to not understand what shes trying to say.
The best keyboard so far is the Zagg folio mini. I just had to make stickers to enlarge the letters on the key buttons.
Does anyone know how I can reprogram these two keys? Or where I can buy a wireless mini keyboard for Ipad made for lefthanders with these two functions on the left side. I have searched for days and days. It's sooooo important to me that she be able to contribute her voice again. Imagine if you got in a car accident and couldn't speak clearly any longer, but understood everything still. Thanks for any help and suggestions you all take the time to share with me. I really appreciate the kindness of strangers to help me help my daughter.

The iphone is not a storage/backup device. The picture sycn is one way - computer to iphone. The photos are also reduced in size when synced to iphone so they are not of the original quality
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup of your computer.
Have you failed to do this?
If so, not good at all, you can e-mail the pics to yourself - keep in mind they will never be of the original quality

Doesn't sound like your restored from your backup, otherwise pics in your camera roll would've transfer over.

Most of the current Apple Intel based computers are comparable in CPU speed. I don't think it is so much the model of laptop as it is the memory, and storage capacity of the machine. If you are going to use FCP on a regular basis, perhaps as a professional or semi-professional, then you should think about the maximum memory and a very large capacity internal disk drive. For instance, one hour of finished compressed video will take up about 1.5 to 2Gbytes of disk space. If you add up the raw footage and still imagery and audio, you'll use up your disk drive capacity real quick. So a hard disk on the order of 750Gbytes @ 7200rpms might be good for video editing. 5400RPMs might be slow to rendering times. Rendering a video might take up a lot of memory so more memory is better e.g. 8Gbytes.
As a rule of thumb, once you get to about 80% of your disk drive or memory you'll see degradation of performance.
You can check out macsales.com. THey have a menu system that will allow you to pick and choose from various alternatives. BTW, it's been said that although Macs are typically spec'd at a certain memory size, macsales.com found that Apple computers will actually support higher memory levels. That is, if 4Gbytes are spec'd, some machines support 6Gbytes. macsales.com will provide the guidance for you.
You might also consider buying an external disk e.g. 500Gbytes to carry around with you for back-up or transport to another machine.

The iPhone warranty is not international and as you purchased in
Malaysia the warranty is only valid in Malaysia
You could try taking to an iPhone Authorised service provider
in India but there have been many similar posts to yours
and I am not aware of them assisting with an iPhone from
outside India
