New domain creation problem

Friends,
I want to run my jsp programs on weblogic8.1 after creating a new domain called birendra,
but i am not able to find my default web Application directory,
pls tell me how i can know my default web app directory,
or any new created directory in applications directory in birendra directory can be default web app directory.
pls write me a easy and successfull way.

When you create domain we dont have any default webapplication. You can make your application as default web application. We need to add tag in weblogic.xml if u r deploying only war or if u r deploying ear then we can define in application.xml.
weblogic.xml should have
<context-root>/</context-root>
if it an ear application.xml should add
<module>
          <web>
               <web-uri>ex.war</web-uri>
               <context-root>/</context-root>
          </web>
     </module>
