New invalids after applying 11i.ZPB.B minipack

Hi all,
After applying 11i.ZPB.B minipack 3 new invalids are generated.
ZPB_AC_OPS
ZPB_SOLVE
ZPB_UTIL_PVT
How to resolve this invalids.
I have compiled Apps Schema but not resolved the invalids.

Igor,
Since you've encountered undocumented errors, your repository upgrade has failed. You'll want to leave the repository as is for troublshooting, if at all possible, and log a TAR with support if you haven't already. They'll ask you to upload your upgrade log file and your upgrade tmp directory.

we recently aplied 11i ATG RUP5 on our 11.5.10.2 instance..once it is applied, we stopped getting mails from Oracle Alerts...
what might be the problem pls

Windows could not search for new updates after applied June 2014 Windows Updates - Error code 80244004

After applied June 2014 Windows Updates from Microsoft (Not using WSUS server to obtain WU), our Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2008 now getting this error message when we perform the "Check for Updates":

Just addition, please refer to following KB to reset Windows Update components and monitor the result.
How do I reset Windows Update components?

Problem
previously both of the system HLC and MFG is in level 6 SP ABAP and BASIS
when i try to create EWA report for both of them, i have missing module in the report
and i read a note that i need to upgrade to level 8.
when i upgrade both of them to level 7, then i run sgen and there are no problem on both system
but when i upgrade both of them to level 8
in my MFG system, i can run sgen with no problem.
in my HLC system, i run sgen and it take a long time to validate the programs which are need to be recompiled. so i never run sgen to recompile on HLC system after i update the SP to level 8. but i believe this shouldnt be an issue.
the day after i update the SP, one of my user raise an issue.
(same issue is not happened in MFG system only in HLC system)
when we try to create new user..
SU01 -> create new user -> fill all the details -> save -> abap dumps

so i just copy the missing entries from my MFG server to HLC server since they are both in same condition.

New computer: 15" MacBook Pro with Retina display (probably OS X Lion

There are instructions to reset the mac password without a CD. You set up a new admin account then you can reset the password to your original account.
It solved the problem.

Creating new databases after latest security patch applied

If I create a database AFTEr applying the opatch for the October 2009 security patch, do I need to also run:
@catbundle.sql cpu apply
Or is it included in the create database? I use the DBCA to create new databases.

Hope that helps.Point taken that it could vary by patchset, but those particular instructions quoted square exactly with what I had said. To quote with emphasis:
"You must execute the steps . . . for any new database *only if* it was created by any of the following methods . . ."
And what are those methods? Creating the database from a sample (pre-patch) database. If one uses dbca to create a 'custom' database, the resulting scripts will start from scratch with a CREATE DATABASE command - no pre-patch version sample or seed database involved.

Invalid object after applying fa patch

Just now I had applied patch for FA & Generate message files from Generate Applications Files menu. How do I know that there are any invalid objects for FA after applying patch in order for me to run Compile APPS schema from adadmin to compile the invalid objects. What is the example for the invalid object message? What is the effect if I run Compile APPS schema eventhough there are no invalid object occur? Please advices.

I had run select owner, object_type, object_name from dba_objects where status = 'INVALID' order by 1,2; once again to look for an INVALID object but the INVALID object still appear.
Please advice. Do I need to run compile APPS Schema once again?

You can get the list of PLL files from the patch log file.
To determine the invalid objects you have in the database, run the following:
SQL> select owner, object_name, object_type
from dba_objects
where status = 'INVALID';To get the list of invalid packages:
SQL> select owner, object_name, object_type
from dba_objects
where status = 'INVALID'
and object_type like 'PACKAGE%';To compile invalid packages, issue the following:
SQL> alter package <package name> compile; (to compile package header)
SQL> alter package <package name> compile body; (to compile package body)

Invalid package WWSBR_IMT_SERVICES after apply patch 3.0.9.8.1

After applying patch 3.0.9.8.1, get an invalid package.
Upon trying to compile the package WWSBR_IMT_SERVICES the following error

J2EE Engine cannot start after applying SP11 on WAS 6.40

I am upgrading my WAS 6.40 SR1 java instance from SP9 to SP11. At the last stages of the installation the Java instance is stopped & started,at the step where Java instance is started, the 'server' process of the Java instance is not coming up properly. jcmon shows the dispatcher & SDM with status 'running' while server0 is with status 'stopped'.
Since I'm using ABAP as data source to the J2EE, appears to me that the problem is occuring due to password mismatch for user SAPJSF in R/3 client 168 & between user SAPJSF in J2EE though I'm not sure why the password might change in J2EE after applying SP11.
Please advice if my reasoning is correct, if no please advice how to solve this problem.
If yes pls advice how can I change the password for user SAPJSF in J2EE. FYI I already tried changing the password for user SAPJSF using the offline config tool, Under cluster-data-> Instance_ID87066 I select the
services com.sap.security.core.ume.service, then I select the ume.r3.connection.master.passwd, then the problem is inside the value option I'm not able to input the new password, neither I'm able to delete the old password, so the best thing I can do is Click on Set which opens a small window without any description with 2 options OK & Cancel, here I put the password same as R/3 password & save, after this I re-start the J2EE, but the same problem persists. Please advice on solving the problem.

After applying the patch showin error in pages

i applied one patch yesterday which size was 1.5mb i applyed that as hot patch after applying the patch when uer want to open the front end it showing this error that

This is the patch number 4727382

They meant to say that the instance is screwed up. You need to clone from your PROD.
