New Laptop..iTunes not loading...any ideas?
Please forgive if this is a redundant question, but I am unable to load iTunes on my new Vaio notebook. The error message I receive ends with: not valid win32 application.
I'm not sure exactly what that means, but any advice would be welcomed and appreciated!
Try going to sony and downloading the latest updates for your laptop, especailly patches for iTunes.
Try uninstalling iTunes AND quicktime in the control panel and then reinstall iTunes with antivirus disabled

I have a dell lap top with windows 7 that won't recognize my iphone 5c. You are right, but how could i send it to Apple? when the phone company first replaced my iphone they had in stock alots of iphones and they just sent mine back to Apple and gave me a new one, so all i did is to give them my phone, but now how could i sent it to Apple? and i cant send it by myself, and the store wont do that, its a lost for them.. so sending it to Apple wasnt an option from the begining.
and for the record, i dont think the store where i bought it is an authorized shop.. its just a store who boughts phone's from Apple in a low price and sells it in much more money.. -
Hi, I am having trouble updating my apps, I have tried one at time and all together but they just keep on whirring away and nothing happens! any ideas woud be appreciated.
Suggest you update all these apps on iTune (computer) and sync them to your iPad.

Hi,
I just bought toshiba L500 sat pro i opened it and started it.... by mistake i chosed windows 7 64bit instead of 32 bit ...it then continued and now it doesnot start any thing dnt even boot up...it says press F2 for setup and F12 for booting setup ...nothin in the setup and hav tried booting from hard disk and CD bt no luck it says BOOTMGR not found ...and now it goes around in loop saying something about realtek and exiting from the process and keep on doing tht i can do any thin....plzzz hep i m sinkin as jst baught and havin problems...dnt knw wat to doI tried to do a factory reset by pressing the 0 it starts then comes with error

Since updating because it says i need itunes 11 however it will not install because i need a newer version of mac os, any ideas how to get round this ?

I try to down load itune again it keep tell me it is not compatable with the system and it does not delete the old virsion of itune , is there any idea how to solve that please?

I try to sign with my apple ID and it keeps telling me to turn cookies on and they are already on then it tells me that my new id has not been used in ITunes yet. Any ideas?
Log into your account and review/verify your payment method. On the iPod go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Apple ID>View Apple ID.

Have had no previous problems with iTunes but for past two weeks my I tunes progress bar is not moving and music won't play.
I also have no audio from my laptop at all. Any ideas? I am running windows 8.I'm having the same incredibly frustrating problem. I have 50-60 GBs of music and now literally ALL OF A SUDDEN most of my mp3s won't play in iTunes. Of the songs that do play, many of them sound garbled (almost as if you were listening to them underwater). As others have noted, the songs do in fact play properly in other media players (VLC, MPC, WMP, etc).
I feel like I've tried just about everything but I can't seem to fix the problem. Nor have I been able to find any viable solutions after hours of scouring the internet. Here is a list of the steps I've taken so far, in chronological order:
1. Closed/re-opened iTunes
2. Re-booted computer
3. Uninstalled/re-installed iTunes
4. Tried deleting songs from iTunes library and then re-adding them, but after dropping files into the library they don't show up at all, iTunes refuses to import them
5. Downgraded from iTunes 8 to iTunes 7
None of these things have helped at all and I am amazed that even after completely uninstalling iTunes 8 and then installing version 7 I'm still experiencing the same problem. And, on top of things, I've found that iTunes 7 is not recognizing the ID3 tags for many of the songs it does import.
My apologies for the length of this post. I just want to be specific and provide as much info as I can so that maybe we can find a solution to this thing.

when you buy stuff it's connected to the appleID not the computer

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

ive recently updated, itunes and all my movies have disappeared,i can no longer add to library from my external hdd which ive always used and can only add from the laptops own hard drive,any ideas what the issue could be?if i transfer the movies from the external to the laptop they will add to the library without any problem so theres no issue with the laptop but when i go to add file in itunes i can path to the external but as soon as i select the file nothing happens, just goes back to itunes
This happens if the file is no longer where iTunes expects to find it. Possible causes are that you or some third party tool has moved, renamed or deleted the file, or that the drive it lives on has had a change of drive letter. It is also possible that iTunes has changed from expecting the files to be in the pre-iTunes 9 layout to post-iTunes 9 layout,or vice-versa, and so is looking in slightly the wrong place.
Select a track with an exclamation mark, use Ctrl-I to get info, then cancel when asked to try to locate the track. Look on the summary tab for the location that iTunes thinks the file should be. Now take a look around your hard drive(s). Hopefully you can locate the track in question. If a section of your library has simply been moved, or a drive letter has changed, it should be possible to reverse the actions.
Alternatively, as long as you can find a location holding the missing files, then you should be able to use my FindTracks script to reconnect them to iTunes .

The new version of Firefox, 18.02, will not load any pages. Why not?
I attempted to open Firefox and was told it would load when the updates were applied, which was nothing new. It loaded fine and there were no incompatible add-ons, but it will not load any web pages. I'm on the same computer using Chrome to send this message. Everything was working fine in release 18.01.

To Reset Firefox do the following:
#Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.

#Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.
