New SMARTFORM's do not work when sending to Service Desk message processor.

We have been using Solution Manager Service Desk and the standard SMARTFORMS to mail details of the service ticket to the person requesting support and the message processor.
We are using the CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_01 and CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_02 SMARTFORMS.
We wanted to make some changes to these SMARTFORMS and therefore have copied these using the Z name space.
We then reconfigire the Action Definition and select the new 'Z' SMARTFORMS that we have created. However, when we create a support ticket the automatic mail generation no longer works.
When we revert back to the standard original smartforms the automatic e-mail generation starts to work again.
Is there something we have not done with the new 'Z' SMARTFORMS that we need to do, so that the mail generation starts to work.

Diagnosis
During table output you tried to position the cell with the address line = 2, column = 1, but this cell does not exist.
System Response
The system issues an error message.
Procedure
This is probably an internal error. Please contact the SAP hotline and report the problem.

    I did what you've told me, new account and manually copied my files from Time Machine. I had lots of permissions problems, but at the end, almost everything is in order... It seems it had to be with some of the Apple Preferences, but I can't be sure, as most of them were dumped to the trash can.
    I still don't have my Mail Rules back, unfortunately, although I did goggled some. It is a pity, as I had around 30 or 40 of them, getting my mail in order to each of its mailboxes, but it is a small price as the rest doesn't show the before syntoms.

  • Reply-to function in Gmail does not work when sending from iPhone

    I'm using Gmail for my iPhone and have the "reply-to" function set up so that recipient's of emails will reply to my business email address and not reply back to my gmail address. It works fine when sending emails directly from Gmail on the web interface. However, when I use the iPhone to send an email, the recipient gets my gmail address when replying to me. They do not the get "reply-to" email address. This seems to be an iPhone issue. I noticed another post about this issue involving Yahoo reply-to acting the same way with the iPhone and replied to that regarding my gmail experience. Are any other gmail users experiencing the same thing with the reply-to function? Any suggestions on how to fix?

    Setting the reply-to on the web interface does not change the reply-to on the iPhone. In order for you to specify a different reply-to on the iPhone, you need to configure your GMail account using the "Other" shortcut, not the GMail shortcut. The Other shortcut allows you to specify your work ID as the address, and your GMail ID as your login for incoming and outgoing servers.

  • Not able to see the Service Desk Message in "Solution_Manager"

    Hi Gurus,
    Can anyone help me solving my problem,
    We are using Solution Manager 4.0, and want to implement service desk for our systems. I have configured the solution manager service desk and we are able to rise the message from satellite system to solution manager, but i am not able to see those messages in "solution_manager" transaction under service desk in solman, but those messages are reflecting in transaction code "dnotifwl" under "No Processer assigned" option of Personal selection>Notifications Tab.
    Pease guide me to resolve the problem.

    1.have not copied slfn to zslf but modified the entries of slf1 and using directly. When i try to copy either it is copying only the entries or saying Entry zslf does not exists in DNOC_TYPE_NOTIF.
    2. I am having full authorisation sap_all, and sap_new for my system

  • Lync presence coloured square not working when sending email in Outlook 2013

    OK, I'm running Lync 2013 & Outlook 2013.
    When I send an email from Outlook the small Lync presence icon that appears in the "To" field after you type the user your sending the email to does not appear.  You get the user name but where the coloured square should be it's just white
    (like the background colour).  
    If I hove the mouse pointer over the user name the pop-up contacts box shows the Lync presence correctly.
    At the bottom of the new email window, the Lync presence is always shown correctly.
    This happens for users with or without pictures set as their Lync icon.
    I've completed a repair of the Office install without success.  Also uninstalled Lync & Office and re-installed but still no joy.  Also tried creating new Outlook profile but this didn't work.
    If I create a brand new Windows 7 profile, and then create a new mail profile it works fine.  So, it must be a user profile problem.  Hopefully someone can point me to a registry key or something as I'd rather not go through the pain of migrating
    to a new user profile.

    If we need to show the Online status for contacts, just go to FILE tab ->
    Options -> People -> check Display online status next to name ->
    OK.
    Please also try the steps below:
    Lync -> Options -> Personal -> Under
    Personal information manager -> Select None ->
    OK.
    Go to Outlook, People, Right click on Lync Contacts and
    Delete Folder.
    Then go back to Lync to the same options, choose Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Outlook, go back to Outlook let the Lync contacts sync again to check the result.

    Fax failed when it is sent and received through PSTN. User are able to receive fax when sent and received using VoIP(onnet) but not through PSTN(offnet).

    If you connect a phone to the printer, can you call out?

  • Mail and Bellsouth Not Working When Sending Emails

    I've seen this mentioned a few times in regard to Leopard 10.5.2, but I haven't really seen an answer for my situation. I have Bellsouth DSL and Leopard 10.5.2. Ever since I upgraded from Tiger, I have no been able to send emails. I can receive them just fine, but cannot send them. I've read that Bellsouth (ATT) is blocking the port, but I've tried many subs and still cannot get it to work. Can someone give me step by step instructions on how to get this working again? By the way, I can go to the Bellsouth website and send and receive emails just fine, so I know it must be a failure to communicate somewhere between my Mail app and the Bellsouth server.     I'm having the same sorts of problems with 10.1.3.1.0. I've got a deployed BPEL suitcase that's trying to hit a BASIC AUTH-secured web service running on a WebLogic 8.1 server. I've set up my partner link according to the documentation, and the BPEL console Descriptor tab even shows the parameters correctly:

    Is there some other configuration piece I'm missing?? I've tried the other variation using httpBasicHeaders, with the same results. I even noted that the "Oracle® BPEL Process Manager Administrator's Guide" says that "Starting with Oracle BPEL Process Manager release 10.1.3, all partner link properties are automatically propagated into the HTTP header." I've tried putting "extra" parms in the partner link bindings, but they don't show up either.
    What am I missing??

  • Output Tray 2 does not work when we print a smartforms document immediately

    Dear printer specialists,
    we've the following issue:
    We are printing the same smartforms document in different plants. One plant decided to get the print output into output tray 2 of the printer (lower tray), so we've copied the standard device type into a z-device type and made the SPAD set-up with a preselection for the tray 2 (lower tray). The new device type has been assigned to the output device. Now we made a test and released the print-output for an immediate printing. The output was printed as before in tray 1 (upper tray). When we restart the output from the spool (SP01), the output will be printed in tray 2. Why does this not work, when we print immediately ? Does anyone know how to solve this problem ? (We don't want to change the smartforms document.)

    There's no reason you can't go on using iWeb for this - with iWeb '08 you have to publish to a local folder (i.e. on your Mac) and then upload the contents of the folder (not the folder itself) to your hosting service: and you have to make sure you enter the new URL in the Publish information or the feed won't work properly; this done, an iWeb podcast should work fine.
    Of course there is still the problem that iWeb is not supported and sooner or later a system upgrade may break it. You could look at RapidWeaver: you can make podcasts with that, though the last time I looked into that - which was admittedly some time back - I didn't feel it was ideal for this. There are lots of other podcast creation programs or services around. WordPress is OK but it may be a bit of a steep learning curve: Libsyn is an online service that seems to work reliably. Blogger writes messy feeds but does usually work. Podcast Maker used to work well - I used it myself a few years back - but it rather looks as if it's gone moribund and it may not be reliable with Lion/Mountain Lion, so you would want to check into that.

    Why does the internet on my new macbook pro not work when my old macbook's does? I'll have to turn the wifi off and back on multiple times to get the internet to continue to work on my Macbook Pro (running mountain lion but did it on lion also) when it runs fine on my old white Macbook (running lion). Is there something I can do to fix it or do I just have to deal with it?

    And it should go to your user folder/Library/ColorSync/Profiles
    if you have one already you can rename either one ..
    and then go to system preferences - displays - color to select the profile .
    you will get rid of the blue tint while keeping correct color and gamma
    This is for the newer 2010 MBP's altho if same display was used might also give good results in the previous models as well . .
