New weblogs file not found
Hello. I just set up weblogs for the first time. I enabled weblogs in server admin and chose a theme. I left the default folder for storing files as it was, but I can't access weblogs from the web. I have several sites on my server. I have tried all of them in each of these ways - http://domainname.com/weblog, http://www.domainname.com/weblog and I have even tried using my ip address instead of my domain names. Every time, I get error 404 file not found. Does anyone know what might be going on here? Thanks in advance.
Ok i may have a fix for the vanishing entries broken server and such ..
What 10.4.6 messes a LOAD with is actually our good ole posix files ..
Most of my files inside /Library/Tomcat/blojsom_root/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/<USERNAME>/ were set back to root:admin ...
Charming isnt it ? Of course there are NO Ways (POSIX) the process can access these .. so you have to modify a few things .
First : Stop application server and webservices.
Second : make sure permissions inside /Library/Tomcat/blojsom_root/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/<USERNAME>/ will list as follow :
1626760 drwxr-xr-x 12 appserve appserve 408 Jun 18 04:14 .
631548 drwxrwx--- 17 appserve appserve 578 Jun 18 04:02 ..
1626761 -rw-r--r-- 1 appserve appserve 65 Jun 18 04:02 authorization.properties
1626762 -rw-r--r-- 1 appserve appserve 1029 Jun 18 04:00 blacklist.filters

1626770 -rw-r--r-- 1 appserve appserve 117 Jun 18 04:00 showmemore.properties
if they dont run the following sudo ed commands .
chown appserver:appserveradm /Library/Tomcat/blojsom_root/webapps/ROOT/WEB-INF/<Username>
Thrid : look up in your /Library/Application Support/Weblogs/ your entries may have been modified as well ..
run the following sudoed :
su
<password>
cd /Library/Application Support/Weblogs
ls -Cauil
if you get root somewhere your entries will be unusable . hence you have again to change the owners .
chown -R appserver:appserveradm /Library/Application\ Support/Weblogs/
ls -Cauil shall now give you the following ...
631548 drwxrwx--- 17 appserve appserve 578B Jun 18 04:21 ./

Each time I start up my computer and have my iPhone plugged in, I get a message window that eads "New Wave" file not found in your files....How do I get this file I am missing?
Hey Podieboy,
Thanks for the question. It sounds like you are receiving a message about missing files when you start iTunes. The following resource may provide more information:

Error running exe to write to exel file: Error 7 New file not found
Hello!I have this problem, i've looked everywhere and i still can't solve it. It would be great if anyone can help me.
I built an application that writes an array to a spreadsheet file.
Everything works fine in Labview 7.1 , i can build the exe file, but
when i try to run it it doesn't work (it doesn't do anything although
in Labview works perfecty well)and i have this error:
<<Error 7 occurred at New File; Possible reason(s):
LabVIEW: File not found. The file might have been moved or
deleted, or the file path might be incorrectly formatted for the
operating system. For example, use \ as path separators on Windows, :
on Mac OS, and / on UNIX.>>
I've attached the vi file and the exe file.
Thank you
Attachments:
app.zip 167 KBYou've made a very, very common mistake and one discussed in numerous postings. When running in development mode and using the Current VI's Path, the path to a VI would be something like c:\folder\example.vi. When built, it becomes c:\folder\app.exe\example.vi. An extra strip path is required. Look at this, this, and this.

New Nano shows in source but file not found
This is really frustrating. My new nano starts to sync in I-tunes. IT will start to download my library then about a third of the way into it an error comes up that says "Nano can not be updated the required file can not be found". I've updated i-tunes, restored the Nano, even though it's new. It shows up on the I-tunes source list and in device manager. Then after I get the error of "file not found" I-tunes says update complete. When I disconnect the ipod, it's frozen on do not disconnect and I have to reset it.
Any ideas?Hi,
Did you updated Latest CR_content and Cimsap?
If not download from SAP marketplace and update in SLD.

On : Apache 2.0 , Weblogic 7.0, Win 2000
I installed the Apache plug-in for as described in WL docs, but when I try to
access a URL /weblogic/ ( supposed to be configured automatically ) on apache,
I get '404 : file not found' error.
As per the docs, I did following config in Apache:
1. Copied the 'mod_wl_20.so' file found in WLHOME\server\bin directory to the
APACHE_HOME\modules directory
2. Added to httpd.conf :
LoadModule weblogic_module modules/mod_wl_20.so
3. Apache httpd.conf syntax correct : checked by running ' APACHE_HOME\bin\Apache
-t '
4. Restarted WL & Apache.
Now, the weblogic documentation says,
"Test the Apache plug-in by opening a browser and setting the URL to the Apache
Server + "/weblogic/", which should bring up the default WebLogic Server HTML
page, welcome file, or default servlet, as defined for the default Web Application
on WebLogic Server. For example:
http://myApacheserver.com/weblogic/".
For my server, 'http://localhost/weblogic/' - I get a "404 : file not found" error.
What other configuration is needed ? Do I have to specify '/weblogic/' name anywhere
else in Apache configuration file ?
Any pointers will be appreciated.
Thanks,
SForgot to mention , I've also added following configuration in httpd.conf :
LoadModule weblogic_module modules\mod_wl_20.so
<IfModule mod_weblogic.c>
WebLogicHost localhost
WebLogicPort 7501
</IfModule>
<Location /weblogic>
SetHandler weblogic-handler
PathTrim /weblogic
</Location>

Could not update from 3.6 (said I was not authorized). Tried trashing 3.6 and accompanying files and do a clean install of new version. When I click to download I am redirected to a Mozilla "File not found" page. From there I try clicking on Firefox and downloading the English(US) for OSX file and it directs me back to the same file not found page. I have tried this several times.
Where are you trying to download Firefox from? You should be using [http://www.getfirefox.com www.getfirefox.com], the official Firefox Download site.

On the Boston Globe web page, for example, their home page displays just fine. When I click on any news title, the page displays for an instant and then this pops up:

I click on the "Try Again" button and nothing happens.Vuze installs ask.com's tool bar also. Check for a Vuze plug in. Thanks for the fix.

I did some more research and found out that method loadURLs of class MetaInfFacesConfigResourceProvider.java is throwing IOException. Is this some kind of class path issue? Please help!
private Collection<URL> loadURLs(ServletContext context) throws IOException {
154
155 Set<URL> urls = new HashSet<URL>();
156 for (Enumeration<URL> e = Util.getCurrentLoader(this).getResources(META_INF_RESOURCES); e.hasMoreElements();) {
157 urls.add(e.nextElement());
158 }
159 urls.addAll(Arrays.asList(Classpath.search("META-INF/", ".faces-config.xml")));
160 // special case for finding taglib files in WEB-INF/classes/META-INF
161 Set paths = context.getResourcePaths(WEB_INF_CLASSES);
162 if (paths != null) {
163 for (Object path : paths) {
164 String p = path.toString();
165 if (p.endsWith(".taglib.xml")) {
166 urls.add(context.getResource(p));
167 }
168 }
169 }
170 return urls;
171
172 }

Edited by: user12054715 on Sep 14, 2011 2:13 PMI did a couple of things ( gathered from various posts on OTN). I am not sure which one did the trick but the error is gone now. I am mentioning the steps that I took. Later when I have more time, I will narrow down to exactly what worked.
1. The following was missing from my web.xml (Thanks Rene!) Added it
<listener>
<listener-class>com.sun.faces.config.ConfigureListener</listener-class>
</listener>
2. Removed any mention of 'Anonymous-User' from Jazn-data.xml.
Application tab -> Secure -> Configure ADF Security -> Jazn-data.xml (source tab and removed block of code referring to anonymous user)
Hope this will help others. -
Weblogic 6 Post Installation Problem - weblogic.Server not found
I reinstalled my recent downloads of the evaluation
copy of Weblogic 6.0 server three times on my NT 4.0 Service
pack 6 notebook computer. Installation works. However, I can't
start the server using the "startWebLogic.cmd". I get an error
that says that the class "weblogic.Server" is not
found -
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: weblogic/Server
javap command cannot locate the class either.
My suspicion: weblogic .jar is corrupt.
Question: How do I get a new jar file? I have already
downloded the install files twice with no luck.
I have enclosed the command prompt messages.

path. You should doublecheck that.

Error on WWI server EHS_GLM_GENSERV: Results file not found on production
Hi Experts,
I need some help/advice. We have issues with our new EH&S WWI server.
This new setup working OK with Dev and QA (the WWI and GLM part is just fine), We did try to link this server to production then it gives below error.
Only difference between existing WWI QA and production server is that
Existing QA and development WWI server installed at location C:\Program Files (x86)\EHS\WWI
And Same path maintain on new server C:\Program Files (x86)\EHS\WWI
But existing production WWI server installation path is different C:\Program Files\EHS\WWI
So is there any customizing changes required from SAP side to avoid this error on production
Can you please advise on this.

Why am I getting File not Found alert when I type into my browser?
Why do I keep getting a File not Found alert when I type into my browser?
I have been using firefox for about 4 yrs now with very few problems. The problem I am having is that when ever I go to type in anything into my browser I keep receiving this message:
(Scroll down to see the rest)
File not found
Firefox can't find the file at jar:file:///C:/Program Files (x86)/Mozilla Firefox/omni.jar!/chrome/en-US/locale/browser-region/region.propertieschronic+fatigue+syndrome.
I recently installed Firefox 5.0 and this keeps happening. It happened with the 4.0 version a couple of days ago but mostly it is the 5.0 version that I am having problems with. When ever I want to do a search I have to manually type in google.com. Is there a solution to fix this?The NuGet is a dll that was built with 4.0.0.0. The easiest thing to fix problem is target you VS project to use Net 4.0. You could get a new version of NuGet, but if you do make sure you rebuild your entire project. The dependencies in
the VS compiler doesn't always recognize updated libraries. So I normally rename the bin folder in the project and then delete the bin folder. VS will create a new bin folder and then rebuild all the source files. If your project contains
multiple projects then remember to delete the bin from all projects.

width="242" height="199" autoplay="false" loop="false"
controller="true" bgcolor="#666666"
pluginspage="http://www.apple.com/quicktime/"></embed>
