No bonus data as promised...

Bought a new MotoG with Allset $45 per month plan. Signed up for auto renewal and 500mb per month bonus. Bonus offer was dated well within my signup period.
As with others, I did not get the data when the month changed July 10.
I have tried every menu in customer service to try to get a live person, rather than another set of @&$?! Menus. Several times I got told "we are sorry we can't help you" and was disconnected.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!
"Irate"

you don't get it when you first sign up for it since you already paid for that month NOT using auto-pay. You get it the NEXT month when you actually are using the auto-pay option. At any rate I never auto-pay ANY bills anywhere and 500 MB is certainly not worth doing so.

  • Where's the 1GB of bonus data?

    To Verizon Customer Service,
I ordered an iPhone 6 on 9/22/14 and received it in 10/15/14.
My Order Confirmation states that I will receive 1 GB of bonus data for 2 yrs.
Still have not seen the 1GB of additional data on My Verizon account.
    Please help.
    TIA

You should see it on your monthly statement, these types of things often aren't on the account under your plan info.

Yesterday, I used 5000 bonus points to buy 1 extra gb of data.  This hasn't shown up in my account yet. The 5000 points deduction is listed in my Smart Rewards account, but no bonus data.  I thought it was supposed to show up almost immediately.  Will it be credited to my account?

I called Verizon Wireless and they gave me the number: 1-866-962-3713 -- which asks if you're calling about the 1GB rewards offer - if you select this option it says "We are aware of customers having problems with this offer and hope to have it resolved soon. Please check back again." So, will try again in a few days.
The original technical support rep I spoke to from the main line was incredibly helpful (helped me find the 866 number above). A+.

  • Missing 1GB Bonus Data for Iphone 6 plus ordered on Sept 13

I ordered an Iphone 6 plus (I have confirmation e-mail as proof) on Sept 13. In the e-mail it says I will get 1GB promo data.
I received my Iphone 6 plus last week and still have not gotten my promo data. I called Verizon 3 days ago and the customer service rep tried telling me that I ordered on October 11th and that is why I won't get the promo data. I told him that is completely incorrect because I ordered on Sept 13 and I provided him proof with my order # and confirmation. He seemed completely stumped and said he would open a support ticket with his supervisor and someone would contact me by Monday in order to fix the issue.
It is now Tuesday and no one has contacted me so far. I am feeling very disappointed with the customer service I received so far.
I have a confirmation email as proof that I ordered the Iphone on sept 13. I have no idea why it shows up as Oct 11 in Verizon's system. Oct 11 is the day the Iphone was shipped to me but the order date is Sept 13.
Please tell me who I can forward this confirmation e-mail to and have Verizon give me my 1GB promo data as promised.

I am eager to get the promotion added to your account, eg99. Please be on the lookout for a direct message from me so  can gather some details from you.

  • Setting Configuration effective date to promise date

in order management there is a system parameter OM: Configuration Effective Date, which can be set to 1.Model creation Date, 2.System Date till Booking, 3.System DAte date till Pick Realease. How can i set this parameter or the configurator model lookup date and effective date to the entered promise date?
So that every time the configurator is launched it considers the promise date a s the model lookup date and for configuration vaildation as well as BOM validation?

well how about using the following procedure?
    1.CZ_CF_API.DEFAULT_NEW_CFG_DATES(p_creation_date IN OUT NOCOPY DATE,
    p_lookup_date IN OUT NOCOPY DATE,

  • SAP Error - VOID_RESULT under construction Bonus date will be ignored!

    Hi,
When i try to run payroll for Australia, i had this error. Does anyone know what's the correction for this error?
    Many Thanks.

    Hello
The payroll results have not been deleted, they have been voided.  The payroll results still exist but they are flagged as voided and should
    be ignored.
The voided payroll results can be identified by a "V" in the "Reversed"column of the payroll results display program (H99_DISPLAY_PAYRESULT).
Also the payroll result table VERSC will show a "V" in the field VOID. They will also appear in the payroll history tab of the off-cycle workbench with a red "X" in the column "Reversed".
When you create an off-cycle correction, this will be marked in the
table T52OCG for further processing (new entry 'B'). When the report
RPUOCB00 (Batch Report) is run, the entry 'B' from the table T52OCG is
marked as processed (posted to accounting).
Then, if the result is voided, the system checks in the table T52OCG if it is posted to accounting.
-> If yes, than a NEW entry is created in the table which will be processed with the next run of RPUOCB00 (for reversal posting).
-> If no, then the entry in T52OCG is deleted (because the result has not been posted and no flag is existing).
If you created posting run manually and not via report RPUOCB00 (and process model). If you manually create a posting run (via selection
screen of RPCIPE00) the table T52OCG will not be marked.
SAP standard off-cycle process is defined to ALWAYS use the process model and not single reports for processing off-cycle payments.
For reference you can also check SAP note:
160515 OCP: Off-Cycle Cancellation, reversals versus voids.
    Hope the above information helps.
    Thanks and Kind Regards

  • 1 GB data hasn't yet been added to account as promised.

    Hi,
I signed up for a new Verizon account on Sept 30, 2014
As part of a promo deal, I was offered 3 GB of data/month for the cost of a 1 GB plan ( 1GB + 1GB for each of our 2 phones).
I have an email from Verizon confirming that I should get the 3 GB.
To date my account still shows 1 GB/month.
I've spoken to Verizon on the phone about this, but nothing done about it yet.
What does it take to get what I was promised?
If anyone else has found a method or contact person to get this resolved, I'd appreciate any assistance.
    Thanks!

    CandiceH,
    Thanks for your reply.
As you probably know, Verizon was offering a deal that ran through the end of Sept. if you sign up for the More Everything plan.
Sign up for the 1GB plan and get an additional GB for each line on the account. My wife and I each have a line on the account.
This is a quote from a confirmation email I received on 9/30/14 after signing up for the account at our local Verizon store:
    Your Order
    Shared Plan(s)
    Voice Plan:
MORE Everything Unlimited Talk, Text & 1GB
    Data Plan:
2 GB Additional Data for a limited time
    Free
    iPhone 6 16GB Space Gray 6035204985 - 1 GB Additional Data.
    1GB BONUS DATA/MO FOR 2 YRS Expires 09/30/2016
    iPhone 6 16GB Space Gray 6035205044 - 1 GB Additional Data.
    1GB BONUS DATA/MO FOR 2 YRS Expires 09/30/2016
I would be happy to forward the entire email to you if that would be helpful.
On 10/10/14 I spoke with a Verizon Customer Support person,Nathan Hanson, who confirmed that I should be getting 3 GB/mo.
    Thank you,

  • I have invested over 6 hours on the phone and with my Verizon Authorized Rep. trying to get the Bonus 1 Gig of Data for myself on the More Plus Plan.  Cut and dry situation but today was told I have to wait about 7 days until they can get me "an answer" o

Basic question is why are any of the minimun 8 Verizon reps that I or my Authorized Verizon Rep (at Costco) spoke with unable to resolve a very simple, straightforward issue that should have been resolved in 15 minutes max.  Instead I (a 14 year verizon customer) have been given the runaround and have invested over 6 1/2 hours in trying to get someone to acknowledge that I an owed 1 GB of Bonus Data on my new phone on our new plan.  My wife got hers.  I am just venting now as I intend on returning the phone tomorrow (I got it Thursday) and turning around and getting an identical new phone.  This was suggested to me as an option by both the Rep who sold my wife her phone and the rep who sold me mine as that way I would not have to contiinue dealing with this ridiculous state of affairs (they indicated that my Free gig request was being sent to another department and that it would be about 7 days befor they get an answer).   Just Venting  .  Thanks

No I was considerate, etc.  The root of the problem stems from the fact that when I went to get my new phone I asked the salesperson if I should sign up for the new plan or if my wife should do it the following day when she buys her new phone (also at a Costco but in a different state).  The salesperson said it made absolutely no difference so I elected to have my wife do it.  When she did the next day she got her free Gig and her salesperson told her that I need to call in to make sure I get the gig that I am entitled to as well.  That's when the runaround started with the first call  consisting of me basically advising Verizon of what the promotion consists of, etc.since they insisted that it was one gig per Plan, that there were no exceptions to this, etc.  As mentioned they wanted to know where I got the information that it was one gig per qualifying phone. (Both the rep and her supervisor obviously were not aware of how Verizons heavily touted More Everything plan works). They told me finally that I needed to go back to the Costco where I got the phone.  I did.  The salesperson apologized numerous times to me for advising me that it made no difference who signs up for the plan or when.  She then spent over two hours on the phone (with me next to her) attempting to explain to Verizon what happened, how it was her fault, and how I was clearly entitled to the Bonus Gig since I also had a qualifying phone.  Finally she was transferred to someone who authorized the Bonus Gig (since I was clearly entitled to it) and who indicated that it might take 24 hours to show up on my new Plan.  72 hours later, no change, and the runaround continues some more.  The only reason I even came to this forum was to let off some steam since no one could give me an answer..  It's clear that I am entitled to the Bonus Gig yet the last supervisor I spoke with told me that he could only pass the request on to another department via e-mail (no direct contact, etc. even though I gave him the name and employee # of the Verizon rep who indicated the Bonus was approved) and that an answer should be forthcoming in about 7 days.  I was very cordial with everyone I spoke with as I understand that they take their direction from the top.  The countless hours I have spent dealing with this situation is something that no-one should have to go through, particularily someone who has been a Verizon Plan customer since about year 2000.  Everyone seems to agree that I am entitled to the free gig but no one seems to be in a position to help this customer.  Its a horrible way to treat someone.  I talked with the original saleslady today and told her I would be in tomorrow to turn in the phone and get a new one along with the gig I was entitled to.  She said that would be fine and wouldn't be a problem but that she would be happy to try calling Verizon once again to try to resolve the issue.  I indicated that I'm done with wasting time taliking with well-meaning and courteous (and I assume underpaid) employees who I assume are pretty much directed from above that any concessions they make, even if the customer is entitled to them, will reflect badly on their employee evaluations .  Good thing I am retired or I would really be worked up.  They only way I would consider even talking to Verizon anymore on this is if they were to waive  the $60 in upgrade fees my wife and I paid for the new phones.  I hope this explains the situation to your satisfaction.  Thanks.

  • Reg:-ORIGINAL PROMISE DATE OF PO

    Hi all,
We have bulit a report on Purchase Order Receipts. In that we are having three columns i.e. Current Promise Date, Need by Date, Original Promise Date.
NOW – the problem is that the ORIGINAL PROMISE date is not accurate when there is multiple shipments for a PO Line.It is pulling the original promise date from shipment #1 in all cases instead of taking it from the correct shipment number.
EXAMPLES WHERE PO LINE HAS MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS:
    PO 100004
    LINE – 1
    SHIPMENT – 6
Report is showing Original Promise Date as 10/11/2011, but in Oracle the Original Promise is 12/21/11 (IT IS PULLING THE ORIGINAL PROMISE DATE FROM SHIPMENT #1)
and same is the case for shipments 5,6,7,8 are incorrect as well.
In the source Extract we are using this query to pull Original Promise Date:
    SELECT PO_LINE_ID,PROMISED_DATE AS ORIGINAL_PROMISED_DATE
    FROM
SELECT LINE_LOCATION_ID,PO_LINE_ID,PROMISED_DATE,LAST_UPDATE_DATE,REVISION_NUM,ROW_NUMBER() OVER (PARTITION BY PO_LINE_ID ORDER BY REVISION_NUM ASC) RN
    FROM APPS.PO_LINE_LOCATIONS_ARCHIVE_ALL
    ) ORIG_PROMIS_DATE WHERE RN=1) ORIGIN_PROMISED_DT
Please let me know whether the logic we are using is correct or not.
    Thanx in advance.

You should do a "PARTITION BY line_location_id" ; not po_line_id.
If you do it by po_line_id, it is giving one record for each line even if you have multiple shipments.
You need one record for each shipment.

  • Pick Release by Promise Date

Wondering what would be required to pick sales orders by promise date. I understand that Schedule Ship Date and Customer Requested Date are the only fields identified on the Pick Release form, but I was wondering if anyone has made this type of modification. Thanks, John

    Hello John,
Please check this link for the use of Promise Date.
    http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E18727_01/doc.121/e13408/T335476T429680.htm
In the above section search for the section "Options to Control the Promise Date".
By setting the Defaulting Rules we can achieve the schedule ship date or ordered date as Promise Date.
As such Promise Date is used only for reporting purpose if used manually.
    Thanks

  • Difference between earliest master data and master data change bonus

    Hi,
Can anyone tell me what is the exact difference between earliest master data change and master data change bonus? Whenver any infotype is changed, why are the dates updated in both the fields? Is  it not enough if only Earliest master data change field is updated? I was thinking that Earliest master data change bonus field is updated when IT267 is created, but even if i change the time data both the fields are getting updated. Please advise?
    Thanks

    Hi,
Earliest master dat change date is date beyond which no master data change can be put in for employee in infotype.
It is used to restrict any master data entry beyond certain date as restriction for employees that client has set and is moreover controlled at control record level but ocassionally used at employee level whenever payment was hold for long time and so on.
Master data change bonus date is date which gets automatically filled in whenever there is any master data change.
This date cannot be past earliest master data change date and will throw error if tried for employee to input.
    Thanks,
    Ameet

  • 1 GB Promo Data

I recently upgraded my plan and was promised 1 GB Promotional Data for 2 years, but it is yet to show up.  My wife received her promo data, but when I activated my phone the additional data was never added to my account.  I was wondering why this happened?  My phone was ordered on 9/26/2014 and phone activated on 10/6/2014.  Thank you

Hello-- I too am having the same issue, I activated my new iphone 6 yesterday afternoon and have not yet seen the extra 1 GB bonus applied to my account.  I believe I still qualified for it because on my preorder email from last month, it says "1GB BONUS DATA/MO FOR 2 YRS Expires 09/12/2016"  My phone was on backorder and just arrived earlier this month.
Should I just wait a few days to see if the additional GB is added, or does this need to be taken care of by customer service?
Incidentally, this was a thread where I originally posted about this and was reassured that I would be getting the extra GB.

  • How do I get the plan and prices I was promised?

My husband and I have been T-Mobile customers for 12 years. But with this new "no contract" thing they're doing (whereby one pays full price for a new device, the perk supposedly being that one does not have to re-up for another two years), we decided we just couldn't stay. We were paying $150/month for unlimited  talk, text, and data--but in one last attempt to get us to stay, they offered us a discount on data that would have brought our bill down to $130/month.
So on Thursday, July 24, I called the Verizon sales line (800-813-3334) and talked to a very nice sales rep named Pamela (she goes by Pam). Pam told me we could get iPhone 5Ss for $99.99 each, and that if we got unlimited talk and text with a two-year agreement, they could throw in 2g/month of data for free. If I bought an additional 2g of data per month (we have literally never used more than 4g per month, so that was fine), our bill would come to $130/month. Perfect! Exactly what T-Mobile had offered us, but with FAR cheaper phones.
I told Pam I would need to talk it over with my husband, and asked if any of these offers were going to expire in the next few days--she said no. I then asked if I had to call her back directly to get these offers, and she said no to that too, but gave me her direct extension just in case.
It took us a week to look at other plans, call other service providers, etc., so it wasn't until Thursday, July 31 that I was able to call Pamela back. I got her voicemail and left her a message. Two days later (Saturday, August 2) I hadn't heard back from her (which I thought was odd, given that I made it clear in my message that I wanted to switch to Verizon), so I called and left another message. I waited a couple of hours and then, getting impatient, decided to just call the general sales line (without using her extension) and take my chances.
Whaddya know, I happened to get Pam! I told her about the messages I'd left, and she told me--get this--that she didn't call me back because her voicemail hasn't been working for the past couple days. (Um. You work for a PHONE COMPANY. How can your voicemail be down?!) Anyway, I said I was calling to double check the prices she had quoted me on the iPhones. She said that promotion had ended "on the 17th" (keep in mind that I called her for the first time on the 24th. Did she really quote me prices from a promotion that had already been over for a week?!), but that we should be able to go into a store in person and get it that way.
While I had her on the phone, I also checked to be sure that the 2g/month of free data promotion was still on the table. She assured me it was, and that it was a "back to school" promotion and probably wouldn't end until late August or early September. Excellent.
Armed with these promises, the hubby and I went to the Verizon store in a nearby mall. When I told them we expected iPhone 5Ss for $99.99, I got blank stares. To their credit, they offered the same price in a slightly roundabout way: if we paid the current price ($199) that day, we could get half back in a rebate on August 7. Fine (although, at this point, I'll be surprised if I actually get it, but that's a battle for another day). I then told them about the 2g/month free offer Pam had promised. More blank stares. The sales guy (Soto--really nice guy) asked for Pam's number and extension, told us he was going to call her and try to get the promotion code, and suggested we take a stroll around the mall while we wait.
When we got back to the store, Soto had tried Pam's extension "8 or 10 times" and only gotten her voicemail, so couldn't get us the free data. We went with the cheaper plan anyway--2g/month--so that our bill would stay at $130, along with his suggestion that we try calling Pam again today to get the free 2g added on after the fact.
I don't know why I should be surprised, but I only got Pam's voicemail again. After leaving a message, I called the general sales line back and got Dmitri. He had, predictably, never heard of the 2g free promotion, even after putting me on hold and "looking everywhere he could think to look." He offered to put me in touch with customer service, who may be able to contact Pam directly to get whatever code she was talking about and get me the 2g/month free I was promised. The rep I was connected with (whose name I'm afraid I have forgotten) listened to my story, put me on hold while she tried Pam's extension, and came back to tell me that she, too, had left a message. Meanwhile, she was able to give me 1g/month free for 1 months, which is a start, but not as much as I need.
One thing she did say--and this REALLY ****** me off--was that perhaps the reason why Pam isn't calling me back is that she doesn't have the code that would get me the 2g free, and doesn't want to have to tell me. If that is true, WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT?!?!
So Pam, if you're listening, please get back to me and give me the 2g/month free data you promised me. And if you don't have the right code, talk to your boss--and their boss, and their boss, and their boss--until you can get me what you promised me. Because if I left T-Mobile for some mythical data plan that doesn't exist, I'm going to be REALLY ****** off. I think if that's the case, Verizon should just let me out of my 2-year contract and let me go back to T-Mobile. They may not be the best, but (with me, anyway) they have always done what they said they would.

Hello Snosilla! I'm so sorry for all the confusion and for all the time taken to activate service with us! I do see that the iPhone 5c is $99.99 right now. The iPhone 5s is actually $199.99. There's no need to call Pam anymore, we can take over from here.
I've followed you in the forums. Please accept me, and follow me back. Then, send me a Direct Message and I can look into this for you. If you do not have an active line yet, I may need to get you through to our activations department, but I will do all I can!

  • Why does my Infinity date keep getting put back

Hi I am wondering if somebody can tell me why my Infinity due date kees getting put back.  I was originally told it would be in my area last year, then by Sept 2013, then the end of the year, then Feb/Mar 2014 then The end of Mar then low and behold today it is beween Mar to June 2014.
I can understand some delays but the variation of these dates is ridiculous I feel BT are picking dates out of the air to stop customers moving elswhere.  I am relly fed up waiting and being strung along with ficticious dates and promises.
I have seen engineers working in the Bt boxes in my area for many months.
As for signing up for information on Infinity from BT that is a Joke I signed up for that 2 years ag and have so far had not one single bit of information of any kind from them.  I would have expected some feedback on how well the roll out is going etc to encourage potential customers of the benefits etc.  very very poor customer service on this front I feel

This is a BT Retail residential customer to customer forum. The problem of dates changing is an Openreach responsibility and not BT Retail.
There are various reasons for this to happen such as planning permission for cabinets, power supplies and commercial reasons.
Up until recently you could email Openreach and ask when your cabinet was likely to be upgraded however Openreach are no longer giving out that information, instead they are replying:-
Thank you for your contact to us. Please note that we will not be responding to you by email but, would like to point you to the Openreach Superfast Fibre website and the FAQ section that will provide answers to the most commonly asked questions. It will also provide links to those service providers that sell fibre broadband at the moment so you can check if your particular line is enabled.
    http://www.superfast-openreach.co.uk/where-and-when/
So in short, you just need to keep checking to see if your cabinet has been up graded.
If you use this checker it will tell what cabinet you are on and what services it can receive

  • No bonus GB after activating 2yr. Agreement

Ordered iPhone 6 and 2yr. contract on 9/18/14. Plan is for 2GB data and 1GB data bonus for 2yrs. iPhone was activated on 9/26/14. MyVerizon account is still only showing 2GB, and no promotional data added at this time. Hoping for some resolve here by a Verizon Rep. I hate to begin phone-tag with a customer service rep. on the phone, but may have to revert to that.
    Another issue (Download Test):
While connected to my home wifi my download speed is 15.00-16.11 Mbps, upload speed is 1.06 Mbps.
Connected to Verizon LTE download speed is 3.16 Mbps, upload is 1.33 Mbps.
This is horrible to say the least. While performing the test I only had 2-3 bars of LTE, which is all I show throughout the day regardless of being in my home or outside. I reset my network connection in Settings but the signal strength didn't improve. Verizon is all over my part of Ohio. Why shouldn't I have 4-5 bars?

My previous iPhone 5 (AT&T) always had very good signal (4-5 bars LTE) at home and in my area.
I removed and reinstalled the SIM card. The download speed improved some at 6.86 Mbps. I'm still only showing 2 bars LTE, occasionally 3 bars.
When purchasing my 2 yr. plan with the sales rep. at my local Verizon Wireless store, I was only discussing the Single Line $60 Plan w/2GB Data and 1GB Data Bonus. He explained at the end of my 2 yr. plan the data would revert back to 2GB. I said okay. When I was given my receipt for my iPhone 6 and phone plan the receipt didn't show anything about the 1GB bonus. He stated that would be added on once I was issued an actual account # with a temporary phone number, as I would be porting my old number from my iPhone 5 AT&T to my new iPhone 6 Verizon. So, from what I was told by the Verizon Sales Rep. this should have occurred instantaneously once my account became active. My first invoice is due 10/28/14.
My wife actually signed up for the exact $60 single-line plan with 1GB Bonus Data. Her account isn't showing the 1 bonus added on either.
