No confirmation email recieved

Hi
    I recently had a faut occur with my lumia 920, after filling in and compleating a repair form for my phone I was told that a confirmation email would be sent to my email account, however I have not recieved this email. 
I belive the email has important information regarding the delivery and collection of my phone,  is it possible to have the email resent to a diffrent email account.

    Once you're in My World, have you pressed the menu key and selected Refresh List?  
    In addition, have another look at your Applications list to see if the app is really on your phone.  Your list can be found from your homescreen by going to Options>Applications or Options>Device>Application Management, depending on which OS your phone is running.

    Anyone know if they check the validity of payment method when they take the order or just when they ship the phone.

    Typically your card is not charged until the order process. It should not matter the billing address on the card vs the shipping address. However, the phone can only be shipped to the billing address on the VZW account.

    Are you talking about Sync and the new Firefox account?
    If you use Outlook.com (Windows Live for the e-mail) then that is a known problem and is being worked on.
    If you have an email address with another provider then you can try to use that.

  • My podcast is on the itunes store but I haven't recieved the confirmation email yet. What does this mean?

    I submitted a podcast to the itunes store on 10-25-2014. I haven't yet recieved the confirmation email yet my podcast is now on the store, searchable and downloadable. Why haven't I recieved the email yet? What should I do?

    How did you register your products? Did you sign in at My Support Profile?
    Then you should be able to see all your registered products, when you log in back to
    My Support Profile with the ApplID you used to register.
    The confirmation email may take a a while to arrive, due to different time zones or national holidays.

    We need specifics... as in who did you order it from? 
    If you ask me, this sounds fishy and you might have just been taken.  You might also want to consider looking up your recent credit card charges, and if necessary, cancelling your credit card.

    Yes I think it might take awhile, 5 hours is not too long, but I know what you mean about usually getting confirmation emails right away.. I can't recall how long it took me to recieve my confirmation email, as I registered years ago.  It could come at anytime.  You will get it soon.  If I were you, I wouldn't be worried.  I'd just give it more time.

    Thank you for taking the time to post to the forum!
    How are you to know your order was received if you did not receive a confirmation email?  I looked over your account and it appears that we have multiple email addresses on file, which could potentially cause an email to be redirected.  I would encourage you to check your email accounts spam/junk folder just to be sure the confirmation email was not sorted into one of those folders.
    From what I can see, your order has officially shipped and is currently in-transit.  I want for you to be able to monitor your package, so I am going to send you a private message with the UPS tracking number.  To check your private messages, you will want to log into the forum and click on the envelope icon at the top of the page.

  • Buying a calendar with 1 click. Confirmation email...

    Hi guys,
    Earlier this afternoon I ordered a calendar from iphoto using my sister's card details as I didn't have a credit card.
    I didn't recieve a confirmation email. When I checked my 1 click account settings and tried to log into my account I realised I had entered the email address incorrectly.
    As soon as I realised I edited the email and changed it to what it should be. I am just worried that it may be a security risk if someone has recieved my order confirmation email. WIll the american express card number be starred out etc?

  • Submitted Podcast, but no confirmation email

    I submitted a podcast several times to the following link:

    Email address is correct, but I have not recieved submission confirmation email nor have I recieved approved email.
    Additionally, podcast is not listed in iTunes store.
    Feed URL is validated so shouldn't be any technical problems.

    You would normally get an automated email acknowledging submission, but it can take several weeks for a podcast to be accepted.
    If you attempt to submit a feed a second time you should get an error message telling you it's already been submitted. If this isn't happening then the submissions process may have fallen over temporarily - it's been known. If that's the case all you can do is wait a day or two and try again. I'm afraid there's no way for outsiders to know what is going on with the Store.

  • Can a confirmation email be automatically sent to a person who submits a form?

    I am setting up a job request PDF form for internal use at my company. The team who will be filling out and submitting this form on a recurring basis wants to know if there is a way they can receive a confirmation email after they submit the form, stating the details (date, time) etc of the form submission. As it is, they submit the form and the data goes 'into space' so to speak and they have no record of the form submission or the data inputted. I looked all over and could not find any information about a way to do this. The only other option is for me (the distributor) to manually email them each time I receive form data. Of course I don't want to do this so I'd like to know if there's a way to automate it.

    You will have to set up the form differently than what you get when you distribute it via the "Distribute Form" wizard, unless you can configure your email server to send out an automated response (e.g., a vacation notification response). If you want to go this route, it might be best to set up an account just for your forms and set the vacation response to what you want. You'd then use this email address when you use the distribution wizard. The email address it uses is configured by selecting: Edit > Preferences > Identity > Email address
    You can change it back after you've distributed the form.
    The alternative is to set up the form to submit to a web server, which processes the submission, extracts the user's email address from the form data, sends the notification, and does something with the XFDF. It could forward it on to you in another email.
