Hello Denny,
I checked your account and your subscription has been active for some time now. You can make group video call and since you also have Unlimited US&Canada you can call phone numbers in these 2 countries.
When I checked your call history then I noticed that you have tried to call outside of US and Canada. Here is your call history: https://secure.skype.com/account/call-history
Important: Make sure you dial the number with correct country code +1 (for US)
Your subscriptions: https://secure.skype.com/account/call-phones/packages
Regarding customer service, currently Skype is not able to offer phone support for more than half a billion users, but Skype has email and chat support.
Since most questions are answered in FAQ's it will be offered as first option, but if you can't find an answer from FAQ's then simply search with keywords customer support or just support and first link you find is: https://support.skype.com/faq/FA1170
Rather than sending email to one specific address it's much more efficient to fill out support form, based on which your case will be sent to specialized department right away.
Since you have Skype Premium you have access to chat support:
https://support.skype.com/faq/FA10656
I know it might seem like Skype is hiding, but I can assure you it's actually the opposite. Millions of customers every single day find their answer from FAQ's, which leaves enough resources for customer service to focus on cases that cannot be solved with FAQ's.

  • $150 port in credit x2 lines no credit received

I can tell from other posts that many others are just as frustrated as I am. I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon on December 29th and was in luck, or so I thought, that they were offering a port in credit of $150 per smart phone. My husband and I made the switch, in part due to this credit promise. Fast forward four months and not credit. I have called each month, and have been told that it can take 2 billing cycles, so I waited. Last month was told that the credit was coming and they were so sorry for the delay and that I could expect it on the next and she was preparing a "ticket" to get this credited for me. I get this months statement and still no credit. So I reach out again, and am now, for the 1st time of my 4 previous calls, told that I was not eligible unless I switched to an Edge plan. This is simply not true and nothing on the internet really dies, so even researching on my own a quick search indicates, that the promotion was for a switch to a subsidized 2 year plan or an Edge plan. The suggested recourse was to go back into the Verizon store I purchased from as they may have a hard file on my purchase with more detail than can be accessed by customer service. Has anyone been successful in receiving the promised credit, and if so, what worked? Thanks!

This is the advertised promotion starting 12/29
More Data and Port in credits for Verizon Customers
IT does require a new line of service ported from another carrier, with the purchase of a phone on Edge.

  • Withholding Tax on Receivables

    Hi ,
How to make setup for Withholding Tax and the JE as following :
    DR.AR
    DR.Withholding Tax
    CR.Revenue
    CR.Sales Tax
    Thanks
    Mohammed Moustafa

    Octavio,
This does raise an interesting point. In Accounts Payable, we are seeing more cases of having to withhold tax from a payment to a supplier. At least that is the case in the United States. So in Oracle Payables we have the ability to define a withholding tax and reduce the payment amount to the supplier by the amount of the payment. Say for example we are scheduled to pay the supplier $100. But we have to withold say 15% and remit to the U.S. IRS. So our entry becomes something like this -
    Debit AP Liability $100
    Credit Cash $85
    Credit W/H Tax $15
Well that transaction then creates an issue on the Receivables application for the supplier. Should not Oracle be coming up with a way to handle withholding tax in the Oracle Receivables application? Are there perhaps any plans to handle withholding tax in Oracle Receivables in the future? From the Receivables Application, I can see the Receivable entry being something like this -
When the receivable transaction is recorded -
    Debit Receivables $85
Debit W/H Tax $15 (so a tax expense/asset, as you can then claim as already paid on the tax return)
    Credit Revenue $100
Then when the payment is received -
    Debit Cash $85
    Credit Receivables $85
Today we have to handle this as a receipt write-off. Which gets the job done, but is a bit of a pain. So today you end up with something like this for the receipt -
    Debit W/H Tax Writeoff $15
    Debit Cash $85
    Credit Receivables $100
    Just something to think about.

  • Excise and Non Excise Warehouse

    Hi Friends,
We are receiving the same material, sometimes cenvatable to cenvatable stores and some times non cenvatable to non cenvatable store. when I need it in cenvatable store, then I have to transfer from non cenvatable and transfer the credit received. again If I want in non cenvatable then it is vice versa. This we are doing, because e are dealing with defence establishments.
So can any body explain, how to configure this?.....

  • Export Oriented Unit EOU supplying material to Non-EOU

How to configure such a requirement. My present scenario is as follows:
Material sent from EOU to Non EOU plants under SOPO with Basic+ Excise+ Custom Duty in SOPO method. Custom Duty Loaded on Material, Excise charged is taken as CENVAT Credit, Receivable u2013 Payable Adjustment for Customer/Vendor Knocking Off.
Additional New Reqd: The above process will be followed along with the process where the material will be purchased from EOU by NON EOU under advance license. u2013 Material will be transferred only on basic price with NIL Duties (Custom Duty &All Excise).
    Regards,
    Arun

Hi, If your plant is in excise free zone, the excise amount will have to be loaded to material cost at the time of GR as per procurement cycle.for that you need to use the non-deductible excise conditions for BED(JMIP), ECess(JECI) and SECess(JSEI).
In the same way when you are transferring the material from excisable plant to non-excisable Plant, the excise amount to be captured from the supplying plant and while doing inbound delivery the excise cost will be sumed off with the material cost.In the reverse case there is a loss of excise,So I hope this is not a allowed business otherwise in the excise Plant you have to make Gr by selecting No excise in the excise Tab at header of the MIGO.

  • Goods Issuance: movement type 303 and 305

    Hi!
What happens after performing movement type 303?  Is it automatically charged to the receiving plant? Or does the receiving plant have to perform 305 first before it will be charged to them?
What will happen if movement type 305 is not performed?  Can a plant do 305 without doing 303 first?
Hope you can explain the whole process of 303 and 305..
    Thanks,
    Paula

303 and 305 are two step transfer postings where issuing plant issues stock through movement type 303 to stock in transit and the stock stays in transit until the material is received by the receiving plant through movement 305.
If 305 is not performed, the stock will remain in transit and will keep on showing in MB5T report as stock in transit.
Without 303, 305 cannot take place. 305 is continuation of 303.
I guess the entries for 303 will be
    Issuing plant - Credit
    Stock in transit - Debit
    Then at 305
    Stock in transit - Credit
    Receiving plant - Debit
Basically two step transfer posting is required for reporting and tracking purpose, where when stock is in transit, it should show in report that goods are still in transit and when the goods are received.

  • Restrict security deposit release during final bill

    Hello,
As per our business requirement security deposit need not to be adjusted
with final bill. We have done the configuration as per following
screen shot. But security deposit still get adjusted during final bill
generation , please specify this configuration is correct or any
other configuration is required to achieve this requirement.
    Configuration path:
    SPRO->SAP utilities->Invoicing->Invoice Processing->Item selection in account maintenance/Define sub-item
And done the changes in both clearing type R42 & R43 as per below image

    Hi,
You should check the configuration in Open Item Management for "Specifications for Invoicing".
Make sure the Clearing Variant that is used doesn't have any explicit Clearing sequence for Main/Sub 0020/0010.
If theres no such explicit configuration, make an ABAP change in the FI-CA Event ISU_EVENT_R401 to explicitly exclude the held Security Deposit . Heres the documentation for this event:
    ISU_EVENT_R401
    Short Text
Event R401:Select CA Items for Account Maintenance/Credit Transfer Posting
    Functionality
Event R401 in IS-U invoicing selects the open items for account maintenance and transfer posting of credit. It is started in invoicing before the account maintenance modules are called.
    Tasks
    1. Selection (or preselection) of open items for account maintenance.
The open items made available in this function module are already made available in field XAKTP_401 (table TY_R401_FKKCL) with a propsal in accordance with the entries in table TE514 table TY_R401_FKKCL. You can overwrite this proposal.
    2. Activation of open items for transfer posting in credit/receivable consumption billing.
This enables, for example, items with a clearing restriction in invoicing to be repaid. The items made available in this function module already have a proposal in field XGUMB_401. This proposal is based on the specifications in table TE529 and can be overwritten.
    3. Deactivation of a statistical receivable without subsequent posting.
If you set the indicator XCLON_401, a statistical receivable can be cleared without subsequent posting, so that it is not longer requested. The items made available in this function module already have a proposal in the field XCLON_401 based on the specifications in table TE529. You can overwrite this proposal.
    Example
    1. In periodic invoicing the cash security deposit payments are to be released for settlement after a given period. If this period has not expired, you must set the indicator XAKTP_401 = ' ' in the relevant item.
    2. In periodic invoicing the cash security deposit payments are to be repaid after a given period (if applicable, the credit remaining after settlement). In this case you must set the indicator XGUMB_401 = 'X' in the relevant item. If the credit is not to be reposted, you leave this indicator blank.
    3. In final invoicing the open request for a cash security deposit is to be deactivated (cleared without subsequent posting). In this case you must set the indicator XCLON_401 = 'X' in the relevant item.

  • TCode to post a Controlling Document in Object Currency only

Is there a TCode that can be used to post to a secondary cost element but only updating the Object Currency Value?
I had an issue with our recent periodic Assessment. Some of the posted assessment documents have line items that have  different Object Currency value than that of the CoArea Currency value, even though all  the cost objects are all in USD. The CO Area currency as well as the Co Code currencies are also all in USD.

    Hi,
You can try using allocation method assessment cycle... Immediately after entering the cycle name... u have option to select in "Field Groups" -->Object Currency.
Also consider the following documentation on object currency option given by sap...
    Object currency:
The SAP System calculates sender values in object currency separately and distributes them separately. This only works if the object currency of all the objects (for example, cost centers or orders) is the same, since no conversion between object currencies takes place during processing.
For example, it is not possible to distribute a sender value to a receiver with a different currency. If this type of error occurs during processing, a warning is issued and the SAP System processes the object currency as if the indicator is inactive.
If the indicator is inactive, the object currency being posted is determined from the controlling area currency by converting it to the object currency of the sender or receiver when the sender credit/ receiver debit is posted.
    Example
The controlling area currency is USD.
Sender A distributes 50% each to receiver B and C.
The posted values on sender A are in object currency:
    DEM 1000.00
For receiver B and C, object currency DEM is also set.
If "Object currency" is activated, the following values result from sender A and receivers B and C:
    Sender A Receiver B Receiver C
    1000 DEM
    -1000 DEM * 500 DEM * 500 DEM *
If "Object currency" is activated, the SAP System updates the values in object currency beside the controlling area currency and posts three line items (*).
If it is not active, the following values result:
    Sender A Receiver B Receiver C
    1000 DEM
    - 590 USD * 295 USD * 295 USD *
If "Object currency" is inactive, the SAP System only shows the controlling area currency and posts three line items (*).
If receivers B and C have different object currencies than the sender currency, the SAP System ignores them and posts in CO area currency

  • COPA Reconciliation & Treatment of OH

    Hello,
I have some questions regarding COPA.I am want guidlines how to trace whether all expenses in FI are going on COPA so that FI profit can be
    reconciled with COPA profit.
1  In case of Overall Cost variance of Std cost to Actual Cost of Production Order. this is getting posted to COPA.
2  IN this variance actual expenses for Direct OH coming via Activity Prices is getting considred as Actual by way of Revaluation of Production Order or
by way of assessmment of Direct Production Cost centere which are assigned to Work centre.
3  Now I have doubt How the Actual Cost of Indirect Ovehead which coming via Cost Sheet could be captured at actual. genearally this Cost is creadited to
Internal Order or Cost Centre in Cost Sheet, but actualy there could be different cost center where this coust would be booked.
So Assessment could nto helpt to capture actual booking.
So please guide me how this are geneally treated to give effect of actual booking to COPA.
Please help to understand treatement of Indirect Overehad.
    Thanks
    Harry

    Hello Ajay,
    Thanks for your valuable feedback.
    My explanation is as follows
1   Cost sheet is (Where we need to maitain Base as Cost Element, OH rate & Credit for % dependant OH )
Mat Cost   -  Based on Mat & BOM - Mat Consumption account
Dir OH    -  Based on Activity Rates & Routing - Secondary Cost Element
Admin/ Ind OH - Based on % of Dir OH - Credit will be Cost center
2  Out of above Mat Cost & Dir OH will go to Production order as per actual material issue and activity confirmation.
3  But Adm/ Ind OH will be calculated by CO43 t code. This time credit will go to the Credit assigned in Cost sheet for this Indirect OH.
4  Actually above CC assiged is just received of credit in production order and there will be varuous admin CC where this cost will be booked. As you said this cc should be same as actual but we are making only one entry in cost sheet of Credit receiver, so we cant entry all the actual Cost center where cost will be booked.
5  Hence Please suggest whethere we need to settle this Credit Cost Object ie Cost CEnter assigned in Cost Sheet to COPA and also do assessment of Actually Booked Center to COPA. And is there chance of repeatation of this expenses.
    Thanks.

  • Raw Material Sales

    Dear Expert,
Scenario : Raw Material is Imported from Local/ Outside vendor in Factory. Here Excise duty additional Duty is also Captured in RG23A Part1&2.
Now i need to sell the goods to Customer , here i need to passon Excise duty and additional duty . for this what is the T.Code to Capture excise duty and additional duty before Vf01
    Thanking Yours,

Excise Credit received by you cannot be passed on to the customer in trading scenario.
The possible option is sell it as a regular sale and maintain Excise Condition Type as manual i.e JMAN, which will have to be input manually, so that Excise Invoice can be created at the rate at which Goods were received.

  • Error with My Best Buy Points when trading in?

I have Gamer Club Unlocked and have recently traded Destiny for $44 including the GCU 10% bonus. However, when I look at my Best Buy Points history, it shows that the game was traded in for only $40, and that I received 80 points for the transaction.
Did I get screwed out of 8 points, or do the double points only apply to the base value of the game?
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    Hey again downthesun01,
Good question! The My Best Buy points awarded for any given trade-in are determined by the base value of the traded games, before any applicable promotions or Gamers' Club Unlocked benefits are added. The trade-in bonus credit GCU members receive is also calculated independently from any other applicable trade-in offer. For example, here's how things would break down if a GCU member were to trade in a game worth $50 during a 50% bonus trade-in credit promotion:
    Base Trade-In Value = $50.00
    My Best Buy Points Awarded = $50.00 x 2 = 100 Points
    10% GCU Trade-In Credit Bonus = $50.00 x .10 = $5.00
    50% Trade-In Credit Bonus Offer = $50.00 x .50 = $25.00
    Total Trade-in Credit Received = $50.00 + $5.00 + $25.00 = $80.00
    I hope his helps.
