No option to "pay" in Evite

Merry Christmas discussion group! I am trying to set up an event using evite, where the attendees must pay $25 to attend. (It is a business event, and we must pay for the conference room usage and lunch, not charging for a house party - lol) I am told you should be able to link to paypal as an option when you edit the evite, but I have not found this functionality! It doesn't work on either my MacBook or my ipad, so I'm pretty sure it is an issue with Safari. I hate to have to go to the library and use a public computer to login and add the option to pay for the evite.
Does anyone know a way around this, or if it is in fact an issue with Safari, or maybe a Mac thing?

Click Safari menu heading with Safari open, scroll down and click Preferences, click the Advanced button, click a check mark in Show Develop in Menu Bar, click Develop in the menu bar, scroll down to User Agent, scroll over to the right and click Internet Explorer 8 and see if it shows up.

If Maestro cards are not shown as an option on the payment details screen then you won't be able to use it - do you have one of the options that is shown ?
If not then are iTunes gift cards available in your country ? They are not available in all, and they are country-specific (they can only be redeemed and used in their country of issue).
It they aren't then you could create an account with 'none' as the payment option which will alloy to download free items : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2534

Since updating to the lasted iOS there is now no option to not use a card on the payment options. Which is not even allowing me to buy free games... Hope someone can help

Is it possible to add an option to pay online OR mail in a check?

While my form is functioning correctly, it leads people to think they can ONLY pay online- I want to make it so they can submit their information without paying online if they so choose. Right now there is only a "proceed to checkout" paypal button, which is fine, I just want it to also have a button that says "submit and mail check later"
Does anyone know how to do that?

Family sharing - option to pay individually?

When using the family sharing feature in iTunes, can an individual choose to purchase their own music?
For example, my wife now gets prompted to enter/confirm my credit card details whenever she tries to pay for her own music, which is not what we want.

Im trying to pay from my gifting but its not giving me an option to use my apple id balance

I'm on the billing info of my gifting purchase, but it doesn't give me an option to pay with my current Apple ID balance. The only options are using credit cards or redeeming another iTunes card. This is correct. You cannot give a gift with a gift card balance. You will have to use credit card.

You can. You may need to close the prior periods. Niot sure what happens if you try to transact in old periods.

Pay by Check option??

My Client wants the option to pay by check. In the module checkout template there is an option for a Gift Voucher but no pay by check. I'm not sure if using gift voucher field will work. Is there a way to select and item and fill out a form to pay by check or will that mess up the API with any gateway and BC?
Do I need to create an alternate path for payment by check, and if so, how would I manage that by adding / subtracting the item from inventory, since everything else is hardcoded into the checkout process?

I'm trying to do something similiar - I have a call for payment (which I've set to value = "3" (cash)) and a Bank Deposit option (which I've set value to "4" (EFT))
The problem is that when I select one of these, the invoice processes as though its paid. I need it to show that its not paid and have the client process the system invoice manually after they have checked the payment has been made.
Is this possible? If not, what is purpose does setting the various payment type values to different amounts?

Creative Cloud year purchasing option

I am an Instructor of Digital Design at York Technical College in South Carolina. I really like the Creative Cloud/Business Catalyst service and would like my students to participate. I have roughly 25-30 students every year and most of them finance their eduction with some type of Financial Aid which is either distributed in a lump sum to the school or divided out for course books and supplies.
In order for my students to sign up for the Creative Cloud service and use their Financial Aid award we would need an option to pay the full year up front.
Is this an option?

Adobe does not directly sell one-year payment cards. You can purchase a one-year card for a student/teacher from Amazon by searching for "Creative Cloud".

"Free" web form payment option giving error message

On this page http://www.sedonamagoretreat.org/volunteer-retreat-test-page please see the form at the bottom of the page. The option to pay with a credit card works just fine. But if I select the "Free" payment option and click the Submit button, I get the message ERROR: An error occurred. Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed via the online shop.

I followed the advice on this page http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1100196 by adding the Gift Voucher button but still doesn't work.

I solved this myself, with some help from tech support, so I'm posting this for anyone who is trying to accomplish the same setup.
Per Business Catalyst tech support:
"I checked the concern you have reported, to confirm you with the same.
You may use the free=10 payment method for shopping cart, when any gift voucher or discount coupon reduces the amount to zero.
I understand the option you looking for, however, its not possible to achieve the same within Bc using free payment method. You may try some customization , Unfortunately, HTML / CSS / JavaScript and Site implementation related issues are outside the scope of our support boundaries. However, you may like to post this on our support forums as well, where a member of our helpful community may be able to assist - http://forums.adobe.com/community/business_catalyst"
So instead of using the "Free" payment option, I used "Cash." It's not a perfect setup, but it works for now.
Be sure to use <div id="paymentdiv"> wrapped around the payment-related fields and insert the following script to hide the payment fields if they don't select payment by credit card:

Ok I figured i would ask here as asking live help or the phone staff equates to idiots trying to force me onto direct debit.
Is there an option to pay your bills monthly without being forced into direct debit/bank payments as the recent changes to BTs terms and conditions and previous repeated billing errors by BT(ended up near £100+ more deducted than should have been on multiple occasions) force me to pay by card which im forced to do quarterly. Anyone know of a way to pay your montly bills without the retardation of having to pay 4 months in advance (payment plan) or any other "unspecified amount on an unspecified date" style payments?

Actully we have same options in country specific payroll and control record. If i am not wrong its control record not period.
Its upto you how do you acutally makes use of those options.
You can release payroll anyways and even exit the same.

Option to Submit or Proceed to Checkout?

Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help solve an issue.
We've been using a form to capture bookings for our courses. Where, at the end the user submitted their details we receive it and then contact them and payment method is sorted out over the phone. E.g Invoice, Bank transfer, Check etc)
We now would like to give the students the option of paying via paypal directly from the form.
After registering and connecting our paypal account to the form and enabling payment all went fine BUT We then loose the submit button, it being replaced by a checkout button.
We would like the student to have the option of either submitting their details or paying by paypal but it seems we can only choose one or the other.
Is there a way that the person filling in the form can if wanting to pay by check can submit their contact details whilst others wanting to pay by paypal can do that to.
Basically I'm trying to find out if you can have both a submit button and a checkout button on the same form?

Many thanks Randy, I'll give it a go. But it means setting up the how to pay question at the top of the form. Currently we have it setup at the bottom.
Think I can do a "Will you be paying by credit card?" check box at the top - Tick equal show Fields A (which I have already mapped to the payment option) and Unchecked Show Fields B.
Sound logical..will be cumbersome though as there are 12 mult show/hide fileds in there already here's the link just for the original form for future reference for anyone in the forum wanting to see what the form looks like and is facing the same problem.
Will make the changes in a quiet perios and anyone interested can take a look next week and see how I got on.
