No put or dependant options

I don't seem to have access to "put" or "click" to upload
files to a remote server. I can only save the file to the remote
and it isn't sending the dependent files with the html even though
I don't have the options listed in the help or on this web site
titled dependent in the preferences. And even though I can see the
put and click in the site menu they are grayed out.
I have access to the server - but the file window only shows
the remote site and not the local. No split screen and the tool bar
that is supposed to me in the file panel is missing as well.
Any ideas? Getting really frustrated.

You could try to redefine the site and see if that helps. Not
sure what the
problem is for sure.

            Some Info Objects are re installed in latest version that's why DBW and QBW is not sinked. that's why giving transports errors.
           In DBW both Info Objects(0PROJECT and 0WBS_ELEMT) having the option text language dependent is checked. I go for disable that option it is not accepting to disable.
          when i am going to delete the data from both the info objects it's not deleting the data from both the objects. it is giving message some master data is not deleting.

Hi Rajesh,
          i did that changes in RSD1 but not accepting that change.
It is showing the error message for The Text Table /BI0/TPROJECT must be converted incompatibly with an activation of characteristic 0PROJECT (changes to the key in the table). Table /BI0/TPROJECT contains data. Parts of this data were lost in the conversion.
Please give me help for solving this issue.

ADF 10.1.3 : no mean to put off the option "display all" in page navigator

Hi everybody,
In top right of a table componenent, there is a page navigator (1-10 of 1000, 11-20 of 1000 and so on).
The first option of this sub-component is "Display all of 1000".
I'd like to put off this option but i haven't seen any property to allow that ?
Otherwise, is there a mean to forbid this action ?

How can I put an insert option in my tool bar?

I can't find the insert, format or options icons to put into my toolbar.

That is the menu bar when you are creating a Plain Text message. You cannot Insert or Format in a plain text message and is the reason is is called Plain Text.
The option to always do HTML is found under Tools-Account Settings-Composition and Addressing if you want to change it for all messages.
Holding the Shift key when clicking Write will toggle from plain text to HTML or the other way if set to HTML already.
FYI: You cannot customize the menu bar in any screen.

Putting back MPEG2 Option in Final Cut Pro

Ok guys and gals, please help! I desperately want to put back the MPeg2 option back in Final Cut Pro. I just installed Final Cut Studio 6.1 and yes, I realize it deleted the option. But I really want it back, and no, I dont want to embrace Compressor at this time. Does anyone know a work-around on how to do this? I tried reinstalling previous versions but no luck. Final Cut 3.0 puts it back in..but on my husbands mac, he was able to somehow KEEP the option in Final Cut 6.0!!! Driving me crazy...please help if you can. THANKS!! I'm working with a brand new Imac with the latest version of Tiger.

Make Put/Get Alert Optional

This is a suggestion for future Dreamweaver versions. If I am
posting in the wrong forum, I apologize. I have Dreamweaver 8. I am
the only user, and the only person who edits, puts, or gets files.
My suggestion: Incorporate into Dreamweaver the option to turn off
the put/get “Background File Activity” progress screen
alert that reads "(filename) has changed on the remote server since
your last put (or get) operation. Putting (or getting) it may
override changes to the file. Do you wish to put (or get) the file
anyway?" From time to time, when I put a file, the Dreamweaver
progress screen gives me that alert. When I first started using
Dreamweaver, and this message appeared, I checked the indicated
files and found no changes. Because no one else makes changes to
files on my website, it occurs to me that maybe the "changes"
Dreamweaver finds are reflections of my domain server's having
performed some routine maintenance activity on the server, like
defragmenting? It would be a convenience if I could turn off that
alert. Thanks for a great program!

In Outlook 2010 I was able to right click and categorize my emails. In Outlook 2013 I have not figured out how to use the right click on a message to put it into a assigned category. Is there a way to add a short cut on the right click?

The categories option should be there the same as Outlook 2010. Please try to run Outlook in safe mode (outlook.exe /safe) to check if there are some add-Ins blocked this.
If safe mode doesn't fix this issue, I would suggest you to create a new Outlook data profile to check behavior. For how to create an Outlook profile, please refer to:

Also, please note that if you are using an IMAP account, then you will not able to see categories options as the IMAP account protocol does not support the category property.

I think on your next update you should put a silent option in the settings menu

Becasue the silent button is really easy to break i think you should put a 'silent' mode in the settings menu

Dependant Option sets

In the CRM 2013 solution it was possible to have 2 fields filtered based on the option selected in another. In the CRM 2015 solution this doesn't seem to work. Has anyone got this working?

How to turn off "putting depending files" ?

Is there such option in DW ? I do not upload automaticly all the related files, I just want to upload one saved file. Anyone can help?

When Dreamweaver displays the dialog box that asks about uploading dependent files, select the "Don't show this message again" check box, and click No. Dreamweaver will remember that you don't want to put the dependent files.
If you can't see the dialog box, go to Preferences (Edit menu on Windows, DW menu on a Mac), and select the Site category. Select the option for Prompt on put/check in, and click OK. The next time you upload a file, Dreamweaver will ask you if you want to upload dependent files. Select "Don't show this message again", and click No.

Dependency between BODS Jobs

Hi,
I have three jobs J1, J2 and J3. I want to put a dependency such that J3 shall start only when J1 and J2 completes successfully.
Is there any way to achieve this ? Please note that putting the functionality of the jobs into workflows is not an option here as I want to run J1 and J2 in parallel and then start J3 once J1 and J2 both complete.

                      What I was thinking of is use two wait_for_file() functions in the third job J3 which waits for two files being
                    generated by J1 and J2 on successful completion of each. If J3 gets these two files which were generated
                    by J1 and J2 on successful completion of each, then it starts the rest part of it.
                      But then, in this case, we would have to start/schedule J3 at the same time as J1 and J2 to make sure that J3
                    executes as soon as J1 and J2 complete successfully. And ideally, I am trying to avoid this scenario of a job
                    running for such a long time while just waiting for a couple of files.
                    For your information, in our PROD environment, J1 and J2 can take as long as 11-12 Hrs to complete.

Process for adding a boolean option to the web service API

Hey guys,
Here's a little background:
I'm currently working on adding an optional "strict" mode to some of the unmarshalling functions in SchemaMarshaller that will throw exceptions when receiving bad data for certain fields, and also improving the date handling while I'm at it (I want null instead of mangled dates when receiving bad data when strict mode is off).
This is for my benefit at the moment as I'm tired of spending time debugging Flex code when XFire and Oracle are spitting out rubbish (like empty xsd:DateTime nodes, DateTimes in xsd:Date nodes, etc) - but I'm sure other people would like to use it too while we don't have a response validator, so I'd like to do it in a way that I can submit as a feature request (with patch) on Jira.
My questions are about the procedure for stuff like this- where should this option be made public in the API, and who would I talk to about it? Or would it be best for it to always be strict? - That's how I'd like it :) Perhaps it should just log errors when it encounters bad data?
This is the first thing I'd like to "add" to the SDK rather than a simple bug-fix, so I just want to do things in a kosher manner. Sorry if I come across like a total noob :)

My requirement is that after insert or update on a Table , i want to fire an event .
I have started this way ,but doesn't know how to fully implement this .
say i have a dept table

Here are a few suggestions, but you definitely need to refer to the manual page that the previous poster suggested.
CREATE OR REPLACE TRIGGER DepartmentTrigger
AFTER INSERT Or Update ON Dept
BEGIN
INSERT INTO mytable VALUES(:new.Dept,'DEPT ADDED OR CHANGED');
END DepartmentTrigger;
The "Or Replace" means you can replace the trigger while you're developing without having to type in a drop statement every time. Just change and rerun your script, over and over until you get it right.
Adding "Or Update" or "Or Delete" makes the trigger fire for those events too. Note, you may want seperate triggers in different scripts and with different names for each event. You have to decide if your design really does the same thing whether it's an insert or an update.
:new.Dept is how you would refer to the changed vale of the Dept column (:old.Dept is the prior value). I changed the double quotes on the string in the VALUES clause to single quotes.
