No SLD system

Hi,
We executed a scenario and it gave the following error,
NO_SLD_BS
I created the technical system automatically via data bridge which automatically captured the logical system also.

Hi,
just check that the Business system involved in your scenario exists in SLD or not..........if not, then either create the Business system or import the business sytem by exporting it from some other SLD.. then re-run your scenario.

    We are trying to send an message RFC or IDOC from our SRM (5.0) system to the XI (7.0). But we allways get the error
    "An SLD system has not been assigned to logical system TEC101". In the SLD the system is visible, sldcheck works.
    Does anyone know this problem and can give me a hint how to fix this problem?

    Hi Stefan,
    Is there a technical & Business System for SRM5.0 in SLD? If entry exists then confirm if the logical system name mentioned in Business System is TEC101.
    If entry does not exist in SLD for SRM, then in SRM run t-code
    1) SLDAPICUST .. Enter relevant details
    2) RZ70 : Give XI Server details , activate and then Execute.
    Once you do that you can see entry for SRM in SLD.
    After that try running the schenario again.

  • Need Suggestion on Central SLD System

    Hi Experts,
    I need a help/ suggestion on deciding the Central SLD system in our landscape. In our current SAP System landscape we do not have XI Servers for Central SLD, So we are using Solution Manager 7.01 as the Central SLD for the new Installations and including the old Systems too. But We came to know that SAP does not recommend using Solution Manager as the productive SLD System.
    So we have stopped the process of including old systems to Solution Manager now and we decided to build the system for central SLD which is recommended by SAP. So please suggest me which system is more recommended by SAP like EP/ ECC/ NW or any other.

  • Patching a Central SLD System

    Hi
    we use a central SLD (system landscape directory) in our XI landscape.
    the disadvantage is, that the XI system is not running well, when patching the central sld system.
    is there a guideline from sap, to minimize downtime of the XI system, when patching the central sld system ? or do you have good ideas, to keep the XI system running, when patching the sld system ?

    Hi Guys,
    This is an easy question for SRM gurus =)
    I need to send the PO in format XML to the vendors (using XI).    When I try to send a PO I can see this error message in "Issue Purchase Order" option menu.
    Information  Date: 13.06.2006 Time: 10:19:38  
    Information  Processing BBP_PO_SEND_XML Is Started  
    Error  An SLD system has not been assigned to logical system SRDCLNT120  
    Error  Action could not be successfully executed 
    Could anybody give me any help about this ?  I have searched in sdn and oss without success =(

    Hi Christophe, my feedback:
    A) In "Define backend system", I entered the XI alias name defined in tx: SLDAPICUST
    B) Now the process doesnt throw any error in SRM, but the PO document is not arriving to XI neither =(
    My questions are:
    1. Should I put that alias in that field ?   Or should I put the SLD server name?   Should be an RFC conn name to XI?
    2. Should I do anything additional to point 1?  For example: in tx. SLBBP_RFCDEST the PO scenario is directed to "BBP_XML_PO".    Should I made a change on this ?

    I am trying to connect SRM system to an XI system. All the settings are done (or I thought so). When I try to send a PO via XML/XI to the XI system in SRM Web UI, it gives me the following error:
    nformation  Processing BBP_PO_SEND_XML Is Started  
    Error  An SLD system has not been assigned to logical system  
    Error  Action could not be successfully executed 
    The backend systems are defined in spro. When I debugged the coding, I find that the right Logical system itself is not picked up - is there any thing missed out?

    Hi,
    You should assign this here:
    Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server -> Technical Basic Settings -> Define Backend Systems.
    Here you should fill the "System Landscape Directory Name" for the systems you have defined.

    4.- Corresponding Integ. Server = dest://RFC  type H for XI system,

  • Transport of SLD-Systems from QA to PRD

    Hi,
    because we want to transport everything from QA-XI to PRD-XI we have to transport SLD-Systems as well. Therefore i tried to give some groups to the systems like QA and PRD group. I want to add the previously applied systems to these groups under Business-System-Integration, but it is not possible to use the combo-box for Group.
    How could i maintain the systems to there groups?! After this i would like to configure the transport!

    we want connect the DEV and QA to new sld system.

    Hi,
    go to Transaction SLDAPICUST in the DEV and QA system, Change the entries there, and give the entry for new SLD. Also look out for the services running in SM59 (RFC destinations)
    You have to check in Visual Admin also that all SLD parameters are pointing to new SLD. Ask basis to look into this, will be helpful

  • In my solman system , DBACOCKPIT , "SLD System Import" tab is inactive

    In DBACOCKPIT "SLD System Import" tab is inactive.

    No, you have not selected the dedicated system. Still you are in overview page.
    It is saying active 53, inactive 5.
    You select the system from the left panel. I am not sure where it is in your screen, But Try in SAP GUI as below

  • SLD System paramters

    Could you explain how are parameters of technical system used in XI? For example parameters of Web AS ABAP system - server name, clients, database. Why do I need these parameters?

    These are used to store the information from all the available technical systems. The system will later on use this information when establishing the communication between a sender and a receiver. If you don't include system id, client, server name, etc the system will not be able to know from where to where a message has to be sent Similar information is also stored in transaction sm59 in the abap stack for the rfc connections, but this is not enough. You will find lots of documentation on the topic under http://service.sap.com/sld

    I have SLD configured in our landscape. I can see all systems in the system . Does anyone knwo how to configure NWA adminstration on same system  to admin all the systems through SLD ? Any pointer to white paper or OSS note will be helpful .

    1. You will need following roles/authorizations to be able to administrate SLD:
    SAP_J2EE_ADMIN
    SAP_SLD_ADMINISTRATOR.
    2. You need run RZ70 on each satellite system in order to get them connected to your SLD server.

  • SLD connection need to made for the ECC apps system or ECC DB system

    We have installed the ECC 6.0 . But the ECCAPP is installed in one system and ECC Database is installed in different system.
    So , From portal we are planning to run some webdynpro iViews. Which are required to connect the ECC system for getting the data. Please let me know should i prepare the SLD connection for the ECCDB system or ECCAPP system.

    You can very well create SLD system for ECCAPP and internally it will connect to the database. direct database connectivity is not required in the SLD.

  • AS ABAP System not visible on SLD

    Hi Gurus,
    We have newly installed a CRM 2007 system (QA) and completed most of the post install activities. We have the requirement of connecting an XI system to the CRM system, and we are trying to configure the SLD. Here we are facing a wierd error. The AS ABAP technical system which is supposed to automatically show up on the SLD, is not seen. The AS JAVA technical system is seen but some details are wrong. Some explanation of the current scenario.
    1.  Our SLD system is a central system, on which the SLDs of all the systems are maintained.
    2.  I have maintained the PIAPPLUSER password in T-Code SLDAPICUST. This ID also exists in the XI system.
    3.  I have executed the T-Code SLDCHECK, and it does not show any error execpt that Business system is missing. I could not create the same as the Technical system is still missing.
    4.  In T-Code RZ70, I selected all the options, and clicked on activate.
    5.  I also checked the data in the SLD Data Supplier in the VA of the CRM system, and found all the data to be consistant. I also triggereed the data transfer to the SLD.
    Could anyone please help me out in getting the AS ABAP Technical system automatically? Any extra configs I need to do to set this thing right?
