Nokia E7 Nokia Belle - App Lotus Traveller, Smart ...

I need for my work the Lotus Traveler, this app is one of the reason that I bought a Nokia E7, and now with the Belle I missing it.

I am having problem as clrc10. Before updating I had no problems connecting to my BT hub with wi fi. But after updating I can not connect and when I do (no one is going to believe me on this)all my wireless connections in the house drops but I can not get internet on my phone.. It says its connected but no data being received or sent. First my understanding was the hub is not working. BT has replaced my hub, I am still having the same problem. I have tried it with other wireless networks as well with no success.
I have re-installed Belle few times to see if the problem gets resolved. I am having the same problems.
If any body got any suggestions on how to fix this please help me.. I need to download some of my apps from ovi that I had bought.

Nokia Belle Weather App Uninstall?

Hi there,
I have Nokia 700 with Belle FP2 installed and according to the Battery Monitor, the Weather Application that comes by default with this version of Belle is eating a lot of my battery in the background. I do NOT use the weather widget and I have wi-fi and mobile data connection turned off most of the time. I also erased all cities from the Weather App, yet still it seems to work in the background and it is responsible for about 50 % of my phone energy consumption. It is impossible to turn it of (I guess it starts any time I turn my phone on), and it is impossible to uninstall it. I do not use it, I do not want it - is there any way how to get rid of it?

Is available a application Microsoft Apps 2.0 for Nokia FP1 belle? I have Nokia 700 with Nokia Belle FP1 and this application is not available via Software Update or via Nokia Suite.

Nokia Belle Email: I want a Small Widget like the ...

Hi, the widget for Email Nokia Belle is too big and I don't like it.
I want to install the small widget for Email like I had it on Anna OS in order to install 5 widgets in a single desktop.
How can I get this small widget for Nokia Belle Email, please?

I have updated my N8-00 from Nokia Belle to Nokia Belle Refresh via Nokia Suite and the file was 306MB in size and after the update I did not get Microsoft Apps but received Nokia Maps though I had Nokia Maps Suite 2.0 installed before the Nokia Belle Refresh update and also I did not get the Colorize IT application also and I heard that Social was also updated to version1.5.234 but mine is still at 1.5.216.
Overall, my Nokia N8-00 has become more stable and performance in speed has increased with this update. I am from Kenya and received Nokia Belle Refresh shortly after Skyee announced that it is being rolled out on 27th August 2012.
Can anyone from Nokia or who has installed Nokia Belle Refresh confirm if Social was updated to version 1.5.234 or is it still at version 1.5.216 and also if Microsoft Apps were included in the Nokia Belle Refresh update after installation via Nokia Suite. Here is the Official Changelog from Nokia.

Fire up software update app on your phone. You should get the update prompt, if it is available for your product code. Else check it via Nokia suite. If both these options give no result- visit nearest Nokia care.

NOKIA SOCIAL APP NOT WORKING

Hello i have a NOKIA 500 BELLE and i resantly upgraded the NOKIA 500 BELLE to the NOKIA 500 BELLE REFRESH and its working very well but today i took a photo and it was stored in the gallery i went into the gallery and tapped on the photo i just took then went to the icon that lets me share the photo in my social networks i left a caption and tapped on share then the NOKIA SOCIAL APP appears and i get a message saying UNABLE TO START so now i can not share my photos on my social networks. I there any way i can delet it from my mobile and then reinstall it again or is there a other way i can correct it? Regards Leslie.

Hi hi,
No your device will not receive Belle FP2, that is only for the newer Symbian^3 devices, therefore N8, E7, C6-01, X7, E6, C7, 500 etc will never receive Belle FP2, only the newer ones such as the 808 PureView, 700, 603, and 701.
There is an app that I can't remember the name of that copies the style of the N9 where you can slide to unlock the screen etc, and has the same font as the MeeGo OS etc etc, its in the Nokia Store.
Lastly, as Symbian is now in maintenance mode, there will be no more firmware updates made available for such devices, as the focus is now on Asha models and the Windows Phone platform with the Lumia range of phones.

Nokia Belle FP2 - Google and Bing local search res...

Hi, I've got a Nokia 700 with Nokia Belle FP2.
No matter if I use Bing or Google for searching, it does not offer any local search results to me, although the browser supports the HTML5 geolocation API.
Also, the Google Mobile version is the "light" version.
How can I change this?

Hey I have updated my 701 to FP2 just after you guys released FP2 from your servers via OTA(2nd oct) . Over all its a good update but i have noticed that
1) No option to use Front cam while in camera or video mode .
2) No exit button in camera or video mode( have to press End key)
3) Nokia Music and Video editor fails to respond( DEAD)
4)Phone is laggy especially when using music player and web/email applications at a time.
5)BELLE EXTRA BUTTONS are colliding with CALL & SEARCH homescreen buttons( CHECK ATTACHMENT )
6)In Landscape mode ( when using any application e.g: Whats App or Nimbuzz e.t.c.,) not able to see the text typed above.( CHECK ATTACHMENT)
7)No option to select Multiple images in gallery.

Some basic smartphone requirements for Nokia Belle

Unfortunately some basic integration misses keeps Belle from being an actual smart phone OS. We have to run around in circles to get the following basic steps done
- In-built integration to upload pictures to Picasa and Flickr
- In-built integration to upload videos to Youtube
- An official app for Youtube
- The Nokia Social app has Facebook and Twitter in it and absolutely no option to add any other services.
The above is basic 101 of any smartphone. Cmon, give us Symbian loyals the very basics of any smartphone out there.

Nokia Facebook app notifications Cant can't get ...

On Nokia's preinstalled Facebook app (social networks app) I get new notifications and I clicking on the widget I geto to notifications list, but when I click on that new notification, I can't geto to comment/photo/page/group in question! Like there's no link to it. EG: When I click a on notification "John Doe also commented on Jane Doe's on a post in GROUP" to see what was commented only "no available actions" is displayed. And I dont even know how to get to that GROUP through this Nokia's FB app. I have no such when problems using mobile web browser.

Will there be Skype for Nokia Belle. I have heard that there isn't working version for Belle. Any facts.. any rumours concerning this??? N8 will have Belle in near future but Skype is still needed/wanted!!

i m havin a great problem with nokia 603 belle fp2 device ... I have updated almost 1 n a half years ago ... Since then i facing storage problem in c drive ... Automatically memory vanishes from c drive ... Though I don't install apps in c drive , im facing this problem ! I have to restore my device when memory in the c drive goes low ! Is there any solution ? Please help me ...

Welcome to the forum!
Aside from the software update, did you install any particular app prior to this issue? Since the issue started after you updated the phone's software to Nokia Belle FP2, you may try reinstalling the SW using Nokia Suite. Just download it on your PC, and then connect the phone via a compatible USB cable. After that, launch Nokia Suite, and then go to SW Updates > Device Software Update > Reinstall current SW. You can download Nokia Suite from this link: Nokia Suite - Download and Support.
Let us know the outcome.

Nokia belle weather application: mistake in the ci...

In the weather application and widget (Nokia Belle) my city name displays inncorrect. instead Yerevan it shows Eerevan. Please correct this. Thank you.
