NOOB needs help please....

I am using Dreamweaver to build my website (www.actitudm.com
if anyone wants to check it out) and I am having issues with the
content loading correctly. It looks like I have the code right, but
it isn't finding my CSS or my Images, so the page is all jacked. I
have godaddy hosting the site, and the root and everything looks
good! The damn support staff over there even said that all the
files are where they are supposed to be, just not linking
correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

That's something you would never want to see in a saved page.
You should
not have 'file:///' anywhere in your site.

No. Instead it should read (assuming you want a root relative
link, and
assuming that the root folder of the LOCAL site contains a
folder called
"actitudm") -
<p><img src="/actitudm/_images/NOVIEMBRE.jpg"
I suspect, however, that it does not. The problem is in how
you have
defined your local site.
