Normal report to alv
Hi Friends..
I have create report using some table.
Finally i have stored the result in one itab,from that itab only i have displayed results.
But i want to display the result in ALV Format, in that place what can i do
send any sample program or give any suggestion..

For Normal report and ALV report, where exactly both are differs, I mean from which part the process / coding will differ, pls le me know..?

In Normal reports we use formatting techniques to display the report list. We define heading and size everything to display report list. But where as in alv we need not to use any formating there are some function modules which will automatically display output list in LIST and GRID format.
In Normal report we cannot make changes to the output list where in ALV report we can change the ALV output display dynamically. You can find lots of options for the ALV list such as you can download output list into Excel sheet and Sorting options Acending and decending order in ALV but in normal report We need to write syntax in the report to display output list in sorting order. The ALV report is very easy way to display the output compared to Ordinary report.

Navigate from ALV list to normal Report
Hi ,
I am working on a ALV report where it will display the list of materials and by selecting these materials from the list and process them using a custom button , it should take me to the normal report which give the log from that material processing.
Any ideas navigating from AVL to normal report in the same program would be appriciated.

How to design Customized ALV report like normal report !
Hello Friends,
I like to design a ALV report, with sub headers, sub totals, summary total and other summary details like percentage sale, which is not relavent to the fields displayed in the ALV.
I know it is possible to get total of the displayed field, but is it possible to design flexible ALV report like normal report.
Could U please provide example code, if available.

i want to group the table by field A and display report. I want to display report in groups ..

If you want to display the output like this. Then, you need to display it using 'Write' statements.
ALV list/Grid will not be useful for this.

Is there any class similar as cl_GUi_alv_grid for normal report
we have a requirement to put one report some part of in the screen.
so we know there is class on which we can display ALV
i.e "cl_GUi_alv_grid".in the same way is there any class in which we can use as a normal report.

There are two ways of reporting List report and alv report.
the normal write statement usage gives us a listt report.
But ALV report offers a good asthetic report output. It almost function as your Excel File .
You can do many functions Total ,Subtotaling,sorting,filtering,
etc.
There two ways to do ALV report i.e. using function module REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY and using OOPS concept.

Are there any remote desktop limitations?
I understand the limits are two installs per subscription. Say I have it installed on my desktop for home and my laptop for school. Can I access my desktop at home with remote desktop and use the CC suite on multiple systems in my house?

Is there a way to set up meta data in LiveCycle that will map over to Adobe? In the adobe properties there is a "Keyword" section. Where can get enter the Keywords in LiveCycle to that they will map over to that keyword section in Adobe? Thanks! Jo

Traveling in Europe with Verizon roaming.
Phone worked fine in Denmark and Germany, but in Spain (now Barcelona) we have "no service." This has been a huge pain and we can't figure out why or how to fix it. Any ideas?
