Not able to deploy to register my mapping with OEM

I am new to data ware housing.Iam using oracle9i warehouse builder.I created a source,target and mapping between these two using mapping editor.Then I have generated scripts bot not able to make OEM register.When I click the button "OEM register", it give 2 error messages.
1. Specified Connection is not a valid Run time schema
2. Please Make sure OEM Client installed locally or enter correct OMS domain domain in the configuration parameter.
I know that some parameter should be set in preference dialog box but no idea how to set that.
Can anyone help regarding this.

created a project with following structure
MyProject

----MyTarget
Created a map between these 2 and named it "MyMapping".After successfully generating code for the map, "GenerationReults[succeed]" Dialog box opened.But Deploy and Run button are disabled so I tried clicking OEM Register button to get the following error message even after setting preference values.
Please tell me how to make those buttons enabled.Is there another way.

Not able to deploy VIO 1.0.1 with NSX integration

Hello,
Whenever I try to deploy VIO with NSX integration I stuck on "Configure Neutron networking" step.
Edge Cluster drop-down menu does not contain any options and so I cannot proceed with the deployment. (DVS works fine)
As this a POC deployment, I use the same cluster for Management nodes, NSX Edge nodes and users VMs.
According to the documentation that configuration is supported, even it is not recommended.

Please check if you have the prerequisites met for NSX integration for VIO.
Create a Virtual Distributed Switch(s) and add all hosts from both the management and compute clusters.
On separate VLANs, create three port groups: Management, External, and Public API Network. The fourth port group, VXLAN Transport, is created inline with the NSX installation:
The Management network carries traffic among the management components. This network requires 13 or more static IP addresses.
The Public API network exposes the OpenStack dashboard and provides access for tenants to the OpenStack APIs and services. This network requires 3 or more static IP addresses.
The External network provides external access for the instances. This network requires 8 or more static IP addresses.
The Transport network is used to carry traffic among the instances. This network requires 1 address for each host in the Edge and Compute clusters
Note: Some designs you may collapse both the Public API Network and External network into a single network segment.

Not able to deploy MDM Enrichment Controller.

Hi Guys,
I am not able to deploy the MDM Enrichment controller, i get ServerDeploymentException. I tried Deploying using the JSPM tool.
I doubt whether is it due to the mismatch is SP level of my MDM server and the Netweaver installation.
MDM version is MDM 7.1 SP02
Netweaver is Netweaver 7.1 SP05.

Not able to deploy portal projects

Hi all,
I am trying to deploy .net iviews on the portal but I am not able to deploy it. Its giving time out error. Neither I am able to view any .net iviews that were already deployed on the portal. Can anyone help me on this issue.

Not able to DEPLOY an application

Hi,
i am not able to deploy one particular application onto one particular WAS.
the same is deploying and running fine on other servers...

we had exactly the same exception:
com.sap.engine.frame.core.configuration.NameAlreadyExistsException
we could not see the name listed in the "undeploy" list of the SDM, the problem was caused when we got a disconnection before the deploy finished
may be sounds simple but we just restarted SDM and the application was visible to be undeployed.
just be sure to select the application of the tag <display-name> of your application.xml.
or open the file
temp4267bp.comexmplproducts_lds_create.ear
and look directly for the names of the applications u must undeploy.

SCCM not able to deploy update ms14-008

Hi Team, I am deploying software update with SCCM 2012 but I found one of them not able to deploy, it seems that it is only downloadable from MS download ctr and it is executable file.

any advice how can I use sccm software update to deploy it instead of extracting a msi and don't know what collection to be target for deployment?

I don't think MS14-008 is published via WSUS. Hence there is a chance that it's not available in SCCM !
What I can see : That convinces me
1. Nothing published in Microsoft Update Catalog website http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Search.aspx?q=ms14-008
2. Nothing mentioned about WSUS and ConfigMgr in the linke https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/security/ms14-008.aspx Detection

Greetings and thank you for your message, in order to connect and pair both devices via bluetooth follow the next steps:
1. Place the Bluetooth device within 1 meter (3 feet)
2. Press and hold the POWER button for more than 30 seconds while the unit is off.
3. Make sure that the indicator flashes in blue and red alternately after you release the button.
4. Perform the pairing procedure on the Bluetooth device to detect the headphones by going to the bluetooth settings of your Iphone 5s.
5. When the list of detected devices appears on the display, select the model DR-BTN200 to make the connection.
6. If a passkey input is required on the display of a Bluetooth device, try using “0000” as reference.
NOTE: Every time you want to pair the devices don't forget to press and hold the power button until a blue indicator flashes on the set. The blue indicator means that the headphones are ready to be paired with an external device, also tells you that the bluetooth function is already on.

I am not able to use my external hard drive with my Mac.

I am not able to use my external hard drive with my Mac. It was initially used with my Windows 7 laptop. Now when I insert my Hard drive in the Mac, it doesn't allow me to delete, format, make folders or copy new files on to my hard drive. I no longer have a Windows PC and am stuck. I tried going to Disc utilities,selected my HD, clicked on Erase and then changed the Format type to MS-DOS (FAT) but no luck .. Any other steps or advice?

It was likely formatted in NTFS which is readable by the Mac, but not writeable.
You should be able to reformat the disk in Disk Utility.
After having copied all the data off of it, you can try re-partitioning it.
Select the hard drive in the disk list in Disk Utility. Hard drives are the device itself, are left-aligned in the list, and are usually named with the manufacturer, size, and model number.
Click on the Partition tab.
Select 1-partition from the partition menu.
Click the Options button and set to GUID
Set the format to Mac OS Extended (Journaled)
Give the Volume a name and click Apply.

I have a new AirPort Extreme 802.11n and I´m not able to stablish wireless conextion from Macs with Leopard.
I´m following the manual´s steps to connect a Mac and it doesn´t work. Does it have to be with Leopard? Should I do something after updating to Leopard?
Does it have to be connected to the Internet to work? What could be happening? Please, help.

I update my lap top to Leopard, and was having trouble getting a connection out from a router. I would connect to the wireless network, but never get beyond that. I never had a problem at home with the airport extreme.
It should work. Have you been connected to a different network?
Can you see the airport extreme name as an option?

Fail to register the jobs with OEM

I have done following steps in developing a data warehouse project but im still in problum to load data from source to target:
Create a source object with thier tables
create a target object a dimension
create a mapping
create to operator one for source table and other for dimension
linked colum by column
validate this mapping
genrate this mapping
deployed this mapping
but i am facing problum while i am goining to register the TCL with OEM. I am unable to register this and following error occures
Faild to register the jobs with OEM:OEM registration Faild: OEM client not installed in Oracle_Home.
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError.

This combination is not certified. Please upgrade OWB to the latest available version (9.0.3.35) that is certified on the 9.2.0.1 database.

Registering OWB jobs with OEM

We are facing the problem of OWB job registration in OEM. The error message that we are getting is
" Failed to register the jobs with OEM: OEM Registration Failed. Please make sure you have OEM client Installed locally, thee Oracle Management Server is running, and you have entered correct connection information and OEM information under 'Preferences'.
Error in initializing the service. Please enter correct OMS domain name in the configuration parameter and make sure that the OMS is running.
Oracle.sysman.emSDK.client.omsclientVersionMismatchException: Unable to connect to the Management server ind-spz7w2s0055.com. The management server version 9.2.0.1.0 Production is incompatible with this client 9.0
Job object failed to create, check to see if user has credentials."
The above mentioned paragraph is a single error message that we are getting.

Your first issue is regarding the control file not being passed. In order to fix that you have to specify the control file in the mapping configuration. Beware that this control file is being read through utl_file, i.e. you will have to set the utl_file_dir in the init parameters of your database to the correct directory in order for the database to be able to read it. Basically, the control file is being read in order to fill the audit tables with the correct data.
Your second issue is regarding the type of job. As you may know OWB 'integrates' with Oracle Workflow (OWF) as well. The OWF solution also relies on the use of OEM for job execution. All of that is currently managed by Workflow Queue Listener. In order for Workflow Queue listener to be able to correctly handle the OEM jobs (defined as external functions in OWF) the job has to be defined as is. Besides, with the current way of registering the jobs all jobs (PL/SQL, ABAP or SQL Loader) are registered in the same way and directed by parameters.

Problem with OC4J:: not able to deploy map

hello
i have downloaded the OC4J stand alone.
Then i have run the oc4j START Script- it is running.
then went to browser and runhttp://localhost:8888/mapviewer to access its functions.
oracle application server MAP VIEWER starts and home page opens..
but I AM NOT ABLE TO ACTUALLY DEPLOY THE MAP??
i have also installed the demo database given in mvdemo.zip.
But actally i dont know how to link it to map viewer??
PLEASE HELP!!!!

contains a set of instructions to set up the mapviewer metadata and data sources once you've loaded the mvdemo.dmp data into a database.
Have you tried that?
