Not able to Login BPM workspace

When We username and password we just get a blank screen and logs show below error:

Users are not able to login to workspace; forever authenticating

Since last week sometimes (it seems to occur randomly) our endusers are unable to log in to workspace. The 'authenticating user" image is running but nothing happens. Only a services restart of core/interactive reporting/ WA and workspace solves this temporarely.
As far as I know the following things have changed last week: ms patches has been applied and (some unknown)changes at proxy servers has been applied. The week before we updated from Workspace/IR 9.3.1 to 9.3.1.3 (and for wa to 9.3.1.3.3). # weeks before we upgraded HSS from 9.3.1 to 9.3.1.1

We still face the same problems. Not yet sure what causes it. it still seems to be related to a IR (BQY/OCE) report to Essbase.
After restaring all services in right order, we have clean logs. In most cases we can process the particular IR document to essbase 20 times or more and it runs fine and show output within 2 or 3 seconds. But on the other hand,it seems always when the system is down, this document (in fact we have 4 documents with this essbase-oce/das) the last IR document which was run was the essbase one. In certain cases when it goes down and we restart, we try to run the essbase IR document and the system goed down immidiatly. So it seems a essbase related issue.
Two things:
A: There seems to be no error message in the essbase logs around the tie it happens.
B: Why would essbase connection bring the IR/ Core system down?
Does anyone know any known issues with IR to essbase?

Users are not able to login to BPM worklist application from one of the AD.

We are using FMW11g ( 11.1.1.6.0) and configured 2 AD's.( AD-1 & AD-2). We are able to see users from both AD's in the weblogic admin console. Users present in AD-1 are able to login to BPM worklist application without any issue but users from AD-2 are not able to login to BPM application. Could any one please answer 1) Can we configure 2 AD's to FMW11g ? 2) If "YES" , what configuration needs to change to users login from AD-2.
Please let me know if any more information need.

NO. You CANNOT use more than One Security Provider for a BPM Workspace Application. Only the top most first Security Provider will work. In your case you have 2 ADs security providers and only users from top most can login. Yes, you can see the Users from both and infact all the Security Providers that are configured. It is the limitation of the bpm workspace application and its corresponding security framework.
Out of box, if you use default AD Configuration then there is nothing you can do. Only the first top most will work. If you really really want you need to use totally custom authentication provider where you will write your own code for authentication. Remember this development is pure weblogic security related one and you need to have good understanding of internal weblogic security. I would not recommend this.

MSAD users not able to login Hyperion Planning

Problem Description: I have configured MSAD in shared services. I am able to search the users with their email id in shared services.In Unix enrironment, we have installed Oracle database and Essbase.Hyperion planning , shared services, HFR, web Analysis installed in Windows Server.
I am able to search the users in shared services w.r.t email ids. Also able to login to workspace with email id and password.
But when I select Planning application, it's throwing the below error.
"An error occurred while processing this page. Check the log for details. Please close the current tab and open application again
Failed to sync with user provisioning. Check Planning log for details".
When I open FR reports, it's throwing the below error:
"Error: Create Connection failed [cannot connect to olap service. Cannot connect to Essbase server.Error (1051293): Login fails due to invalid login credentials (OlapServer=10.6.232.72;mode=EMBEDDED;]]".
I have tried 'updateuser.cmd'.
I just double clicked on ''updateuser.cmd'. After that stopped and started the services. Even though It's not working.

Not able to login to esb (soa suite 101034)

I have soa suite 10134 MLR#7 is installed and using SOA Suite regularly.
Suddenly today I'm not able to login to ESB Console. The other consoles bpel, em and ruleauthor are working normal.

JDeveloper Extensions (SOA or BPM) do NOT have any relationship to where the JDeveloper is installed (like which middleware home). As mentioned, its better to install JDeveloper in its own home.
NOW, coming to getting the extensions for BPM or SOA, sometimes the Oracle Site may be down and hence online update may not work. Please see this below post, specially the 2 links I pasted there. I verified, they have downloadables for 11.6 version also. Just download them and apply the extensions manually.

Check out the connectivity between cisco aeronet and TACAS server and what is the failed logs says in tacas server.
If possible try to change the configuration to aaa authentication login Login-LAN(default) group tacacs+ line and then try what exactly happens.

Not able to login to BIP using OBIEE Admin credentials

hi,
I am not able to login into BI Publisher(http://<Server name>:7001/xmlpserver/) with my OBIEE Admin credentails. It throws an error "Unauthorized Access: please contact the administrator".
I have checked in console that this Admin User has been assigned to Administrators and BIAdministrators group.
Also I have a BISystemUser which is assigned to Administrators group.
Don't know why it is not working as similar User and group setting onto a different server works.

Its works for other users, its only happened for one specific user only? I didn't check the APPSRV.LOG file? what needs to be checked in APPSRV.LOG, I can ask my infra team to check, because I don't have app server access to check log file.

Not able to login to User management link in portal

I am not able to login to "User Management" link from index.html page. When I enter user name and password, only page is getting refreshed and it is not logging in.

After looking into the error first i dont think you are enter the right password.
In case if you are entering the right password then you might not have the necessary admin rights on portal.

Urgent help needed! not able to login in an application

I change the authentication from application express to database and back.
So I put application express again current and now I'm not able to login anymore in my app.
I even don't get my login page. if i start the browser and want to go to the app
it always redirect directly to my home page?????
Please help, what happened? App express authentication is back my current but nothing works anymore.
I can see in the design pages from the app but when I push the run button it just refreshes the current desing page and does not run anything.

Already solved it myself. A wrong column referenced in the sql code from the scheme authorization caused the error.
I couldn't get my hand on it in IE but when I tied to start the page in Firefox. I got even the right message stating which column was wrong in which scheme.
Again another reason to get rid of that grrrr win IE. It's such a pain in the .....

Business Catalyst - not able to login, publish or receive password reset email.

Hi,
I'm not able to login to BC or publish edits to a client Muse site. When I try to log into BC manually, I am not receiving password reset email (not in spam folder). Never been a problem before and the status report says servers are all good. Any insight appreciated (client waiting).

Could not able to login into APEX Application

Hi All,
Finally with the help of Jes and Anthony, I am bale to see Apex login page and Apex Admin login page.
But there are some issues in that, images are not properly displayed and also i could not able to login to admin page and even apex login page...It is showing some Javascript errors.
How shall I resolve them and work on APEX Application.

Ok...so images and javascript are not working...so the obvious questions are -
1) Did you copy across all the Javascript, images etc as directed in the installation/upgrade guide?
2) Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
