Not displaying region in sapscript

Hi,
I was trying to display the region for ship to party in sapscript but unable to display on the form.When i debug i am getting the value as 100 but only thing is not able to display on the form.
Is there any chance that anybody could help me out on this.

What values are you passing to the SAPScript and how are you printing them?
Are you using
/: ADDRESS DELIVERY PARAGRAPH AS

it will print according to the postal regulations for the addressee country which may preclude using the region.
If you are just passing a value for region you'll need to convert it from the number value to the text value

AND land1 = <country>
AND bland = <region>

In the Search Bar we have Select Columns, under that we have Do Not Display.
where all the columns (currently not displayed) are listed.
How can we display these columns in Ascending order

Do you want to display these columns in the IR?
If yes. Select the column you want to display and click the the '>'.
In the interactive report regions - source, where you have your query to select the columns use order by to sort them in assn order.
Do you want to keep these columns as 'Do not display' and have them in assn order there?
Select all columns to display and move the columns back to the 'Do not display' region one by one making selections in assn order.
Or in the query select the columns in the order desired.
I don't know if I am helping. I fell like I got your question all wrong. Still...

I am using JDEV 11.1.2.1.0
I am getting the following error :-

I see at least 3 errors
1. <RegionRenderer> <encodeAll> The region component with id: pt1:r1 has detected a page fragment with multiple root components.
the page fragment should only have a single component under the jsp:root tag. If you see more than one, wrap them in e.g. an af:panelGroupLayout or af:group component
2. SAPFunction.jspx/.xml" has an invalid character ".".
check the document (you can open it in JDeveloper if the customization was a seeded one. Seems that editing this file smething has gone bad
3. The expression "#{bindings..regionModel}" (that was specified for the RegionModel "value" attribute of the region component with id "pePanel") evaluated to null.
"pageeditorpanel" does seem to be missing in the PageDef file of the page holding the region

Dynamic page in region as a portlet not displaying in portal template

As the title suggests I have a portal template that contains a region at the top . within this region i have included 2 portlets, first is a dynamic page (a simple banner title ) then a navigation page beneath them .
when I am logged in as a specific user it displays correctly , when I log onto the page without logging in - the dynamic page does not display ,yet the navigation page does . I have clicked on every display to public check box , assigned public user with view privilege and everything else along those lines . Any ideas ??

Hi Chris: Just to be specific, did you go to the providers tab in Navigator, the locally built providers link then the provider which contains your dynamic page and check the access set directly on that page? You can either set the dynamic page to have its own access (overriding that of the provider) or set the provider itself to be public.

Design view screen does not display body region

I was working in Dreamweaver 5 using the split screen. I was updating a page in the code view and during the work the design view screen stopped showing the editable body region. I only see the template fields which I cannot change of course. I may have clicked something by accident on my laptop, but not sure. Other pages show the body region in design view fine. The page displays fine in browsers. How do I get the design view to show the whole page?

I tried your suggestion. I had to create a blank page to do it, but no luck. It is the only page that does not display the the body region. I can't help but think I "set" something to change the view properties but cannot find what is different. FYI - Here is the page as it currently exists on the web.

Adf region is not displaying anything

Hi,
I am using adf region to display the data.For this I have created one bounded task flow with page fragments.
In the page fragment I created one output tag to display something.this page fragment is dropped in task flow.
Then I made one JSP page and drag the task flow and drop it as the region.The problem is it not displaying any data.
I am using jdev 12. Can you please tell me whether I am doing anything wrong.

Did you create a jspx page or a jsf page. Depending on the fragment type it only works on a jsf page (jsf 2.0 page). 12c default is create fragments as 'Facelets' which only work in jsf Pages. If you want to use a jspy page you have to create the fragment as 'JSP xml'.

Footer content is not displayed in SAPscript.

hello friends,
The main window content that has to be diaplayed is more than the size of the main window. Hence the contents that fit the main window size are displayed. Eventually my footer content is not displaying. What cud be the possible reason?

Hmm..... Do you have an element in your FOOTER Window?

If so, are you doing a WRITE_FORM against this in your print program?
CALL FUNCTION 'WRITE_FORM'
    exporting
          element = 'ELEMENT_NAME'.

PO BOX not displayed in form

2. the variable u r using in script is correct.

View the .rtf file not display the data in BI Publisher Enterprise.
Step 1, I created Answer-request, create .rtf file with Word and add the request name, Add bar chart and table, preview PDF is working fine with data, Upload this template to Answers, View Template from Answer is working fine with data.
Step 2, Answers – More Products > BI Publisher > My Folders > Create a new report > Edit > Data Model > New > Type: SQL Query > Data Source: Oracle BI EE > Query Builder > from SupplierSales assign Customer, Periods, Sales Facts (select Region, state, Year, Units Shipped) > Results > Save > Save
Click Layouts > New > enter Name ….. > Click Layouts > borrows .rtf file in Manage T file > Upload > Save > Click View
It is showing only the .rtf file without data. Why there is no data?
Please guide me to solve this issue.

Our scenario is this report is basically a dissconnected mode report... we are developing these reports for mobile clients.
We dint face this kind of issue while developing other reports.
So please let us know if you have any idea on why we are facing this issue.

SSRS report not displaying data in correct order

Guys,
I have a SSRS 2012 report not displaying returned records from SQL in the correct order. Running the stored procedure in SSMS and supplying the parameter values returns the data correctly and running Query Designer in SSRS using the stored procedure
on the dataset in question, likewise returns the data correctly. Only when I run the actual report does the data display incorrectly(always last name order). I've done similar reporting using very similar stored procedures and I've never had this
problem. Below is the stored procedure. "@SortBy" is the parameter with the sorting value. 1=Due Date; 2=Denial Amt and 3=Last name and is passed by SSRS to SQL. Wish I could supply screen shots.

According to your description, when you render data in report, you find it always shows the data with unexpected order. Right?
In Reporting Services, if we don't set any sorting in tablix, it will order the data as your query in SSMS or Query Builder. In some scenario, for example, we add parent group for data rows, it will have the rows sort by the group on data field by default,
and the "order by" in your query will be ignored. So please check the Sorting tab in Tablix Properties, in this scenario, we suggest you delete any sorting in the Sorting tab so that the "Order By" clause can work.

Image is not displayed in APEX Form with APEX utility Function

Dear APEX experts,
As i am new to the oracle apex development. I have just created the basic employee information form in which i upload the photograph of the employee. The photograph gets uploaded but it does not display properly. I have already referred the sample database application to display the image. Moreover, i have followed the same steps as it is used to display the product image in that application. Still i am unable to get result. I am getting following output:

So, is this the reason of not displaying the image???Yes.
To get a Display Item to render as HTML, in the item definition Security section set Escape special characters to No.
For a report column, ensure the Display Text As report column attribute is Standard Report Column rather than the default Display as Text (escape special characters).
Use a Display Image item and declarative BLOB support instead of this clunky manual method.

Ical 5. Events not displaying

Morning.
So, Lion is in.
Was adding events to Ical5 the other day, and all was going well. These are all normal full day events, that are non re-occuring, and all on my mobileme calendar. (I do have a valid mobile me account and such as well)
Made it to late august, and then in 'month' view, any added events are not displayed. In daily view, they display. In week view they display. On my ipad, all views display correctly. But in ical, month view, after August 22, all events are 'blank' and non existing. Again, all other views, daily, week, year, show that there are events, and if i get into the particular day, all events display correctly.
Any way to reset the views in ical 5 so i can see what i am working on? I only use month view in reality, as i dont use ical for distinct appointments and such.

Try refreshing the iCal plist file. You will find the com.apple.iCal.plist file in your Macintosh HD/Users/yourusername/Library/Preferences Folder. To get to the Library folder use Finder>Go>Depress the "Option" Key and select LIbrary. Quit iCal, drag the .plist file to your Desktop.
Then go to System Preferences>Language & Text>Formats>Region: and set re-set the appropriate "Region."
Also go the the Macintosh HD/Users/yourusername/Library/Calendars Folder and delete any/all files containing the word "Cache."
Log out/in or restart.

Values for htmldb_item.text field do not display in CSV output

HTML DB experts,
I have a report query with the following 2 items in the SELECT statement:
wwv_flow_item.display_and_save(2, DOC_CD, 10) DOC_CD,
htmldb_item.text(3, DOC_DESC, 50, 255) DOC_DESC
I have enabled the CSV output for this report. The problem is, when I generate a csv file, only the DOC_CD (wwv_flow_item.display_and_save) displays. The values for the DOC_DESC (htmldb_item.text) do not display. What do I need to do to get the DOC_DESC to display?

Items rendered using htmldb_item generate HTML tags on the form, not plain text. You are right, the CSV export excludes them.
Your best best is to create another report region on some other page with the same query except replace all the htmldb_item() calls with regular columns i.e. make it a read-only report and use the "export: CSV" template and put up a link to this page at the bottom of your editable report (instead of the builtin CSV link). This way when you click on this link, it will generate your report and immediately offer to export it to CSV

Content does not display when page first opened

Hi All;
I have a contenta are/region which I have divided into multiple tabbed areas. I have two main tabs that divide the content into two major topics. Within each of these main areas I have added 4 to five tabs. One set for example holds a calendar, another tab a news release area and a third a content area for holding multiple folders of a department's documentation. The problem I am encountering is that when I first bring up the page all I see are the tabs and no matter what tab area is exposed the content within it is not displayed. For example, I start with the Calendar tab active (the calendar does not display). I then click on to say the document area, which displays all of its content's correctly. When I return to the calendar tab the calendar is displayed. My question... how can I ensure that the calendar (or any other tabbed area's content is displayed when the user first brings up the page?
PS. This is a hot topic since I will be demoing my pages to my managers next week in an effort to convince them that Oracle Portal is the way to go.

Look at the source on that page. There is virtually no styling on it....

There is nothing telling the page which fonts to use, or which colors to use. Are you sure you have uploaded the correct page?

Dynamic Select List not displaying correct value

Hi there!
I have a page with a dynamic repeat region.
As I press one record I get up all the details based on id on an edit page.
The problem is that the info that is inserted via a Select List is not displaying correct on edit page.
All the other values are correct, also the values in the repeat region on index page,
but the value from the Select List on edit page is just displaying the initially selected item.
Have tried using SELECT DISTINCT in the SQL statement, but no luck.
Any other ideas?

Ok, here goes the top down approach...
In the HTML header of my page, i have this reference to a js file containing the javascript - <script src="#WORKSPACE_IMAGES#108.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
Then in an HTML Region I have the following code to create the divs that will be shown and hidden - <div id="divREGION" class="divs">Select region to get list of countries.</div>
<div id="divCOUNTRY" class="divs">Select country to get list of cities.</div>
<div id="divCITY" class="divs">Select city and then press "Get Employees". </div>
Note that these divs contain static content. You may be able to create dynamic content for these divs by creating dynamic query regions and putting div tags around the region (i havent tried this, it may require template modification).
The select boxes have this code in the "HTML form elements attributes" - onFocus="javascript:showHideDiv(this,true)" onBlur="javascript:showHideDiv(this,false)"
This onFocus and onBlur call the showHideDiv() function, passing in the object reference of the select box and a true/false to show/hide the related div.
The actual javascript function that is contained in the 108.js file is:
