Not getting 0x0D 0x0A child record delimiter

Hi - I have a simple flat file schema with fixed length records and a Cr Lf delimiter at the end of every record. The map performs beautifully when I test it in VS2010 but I don't get the delimiter when I add the map to the inbound maps in the receive port.
Any Ideas - I have kind of bent my pick on this one for a while.

Ok,update - I specified ASCII in the target charset for the File Assembly component of the Custom Send pipeline I am using. Still no respect for the outbound FF schema postfix 0X0D 0x0A to child records. the resulting flat file didn't have the CrLf record
delimiters.
So just for grins I explicitly appended the CrLf to each text string record in the Oracle procedure. The custom pipeline does not strip them out and the records in the resulting flat file have the CrLf (0x0D 0x0A) record delimiters.
So that leads me to conclude the problem is in the flat file XSD - the xml is well formed, it passes through the parser with no problems and as I mentioned earlier when I test the map with this schema the resulting test file has the 0x0D 0x0A child record
delimiters. I have investigated a good number of possibilities without success. I guess I should take comfort in a work-around but this should just work as defined. Am I missing something in the Flat File schema?

Hi,
When we insert a new field to an existing table, NULL values are automatically inserted into the new field by the system for all existing records. However NULL and SPACE are not the same.
The logical expression SQL condition is either "true, false, or unknown". The expression is UNKNOWN if one of the columns involved in the database contains a NULL value and such records could be retrieved by using u201CIS NULLu201D instead of SPACE.
Please note that the NULL value is inserted only for the existing records, by the time the new field is being inserted. For all new records, SPACE or the initial (default) value is inserted.
If the new field is inserted by checking the checkbox u201Cinitial valuesu201D, then the initial values (SPACE in case of characters) are automatically inserted and not the NULL values.

Conditions in Quotation not getting updated in Info record

Hi,
i have created & maintained a quotation having condition type as PBXX, CUIN & ZRA01 with info update indicator as "C" i.e. Update without Plant.
When i maintain it & try to save it, system shows the message as "Followig types of conditions i.e. "CUIN & ZRA01" can not be copied to info record.
i need to update these condition with condition type CUIN & ZRA01 as well to be maintained in info records
Can anybody help please.

Purchase info records use the supplementary schema for maintaining the conditions.
Please maintain the supplmentary schema for the condition type PB00.
RM0002 is the stad supplementary scheam which has all the supplement conditions like doscounts and surcharges.
Once you maintain these the sytem will update your conditions in the inforecord.

New role in CUA user record not getting pushed to child system

I added a new child system to our CUA setup. I've confirmed that the RFC connections from both sides are working properly (test connection succeeds) and I've successfully completed the user transfer function in SCUG. All exisitng roles assigned to the users in the child system are now appearing in the CUA central system as expected. I added a new role to a user via SU01 in the central system to this child system, but when I go to the child system, it does not appear in the user's SU01 record. Any ideas why this would not be syncing properly?

Hi,
Whenever you create a new role in child system, it has to be sync up with the central system.
To sync up with the central system, login to central system goto su01>enter any user name>go to roles tab- click on Text comparision from chiled system. Its navigate to another screen, there you have to mention the child system and click on execute. it syncs up with child sytem. Hope it will help you out to resolve the issue.
If still you are getting the same issue login to the central system.. goto SE38-- enter the program name as "RSCCUSND" and click on execute there mention the user name and the logical system id of the Child system name, select the parameters which you wanted to distribute to child system and execute it.

Tabular:Row Filter - If filtering on child record you still get parent records back that are not "parents" of that child record

I have a tabular model that has States (StateID, StateName)
Then I have Cities (CityID, StateID,CityName)
Employees(EmpID, CityID, Login ID)
When I then go and setup a row filter so that my Employees table filters on their windows login name so they only see a few CITYIDs per employee.

The table Cities is related to States via PK States[StateID] and FK Cities[StateID] (so the arrow goes from Cities and points to States)
What gets odd here is that when I connect with a user who only has cities in 2 states, I see OTHER states for which that user has no cities.
I don't understand that. If they have Cities of Des Moines (Iowa) and Madison (Wisconsin) why are they seeing any states other than those two states?
The user sees ONLY the cities they are supposed to...why are they seeing States that aren't related to their cities?

Drop down vales not getting populated all the records

Hi,
I have the scenario. Drop down has the values. But it is getting populated for only one record. Second record drop down is there, but values are not there.It is blank from second record.

Sorry for the confusion.
I am working on xml schema offline scenario. I have 10 line items. It has one drop down list. I have populated the value in drop down. But in the first item drop down list, the first value is appearing as deafult one. From the second line item onwards, it is not appearing as default value. When you dropped down on the list, I can see all the values. I want all the drop down list, the first value should be appear as default value.

Need some help on Web User Management functionality.
Sub: Contact person Relationship data not getting updated when we change the company (to wich contact person belong to) in ISA CRM 5.0 Web User Management.
we are currently on CRM ISA 5.0 and using Web User Managment for our B2B scenario. New creation of users is working fine. But when we want to change the company (Sold to pary) for the existing contact person, the relationship data in CRM is not getting updated and the below are the details.
Contact person No: XXXX (has a Relationship: "Is contac person for YYYY company in CRM)
Company/Sold to Party: YYYY (has a relationship "Has contact person XXXX in CRM).
When I chage the contact person's (XXXX) company from YYYY to ZZZZ,
- Relationships of the new assignment for ZZZZ in CRM not getting updated.
- Old Records in YYYY is not getting deleted (i.e. relationships.
- There is No relationship data appear in XXXX.

I'd suggest you running a session trace / ABAP debugging to see if some information is not getting passed from the Java stack onto the ABAP stack. An alternate move would be to create a new OSS customer message.

If P_TYPE='P' , then the data must get saved in KEC_FDACCT_DTL table.
The problem what is happening is,
If i enter the details with all the records as 'P' , the record gets inserted into the table KEC_FDACCT_DTL
If i enter the details with records of 'P' and 'R' , then nothing gets inserted into the table KEC_FDACCT_DTL.
Even the records with 'P' is not getting updated.
I want the records of 'P' , to be inserted into table KEC_FDACCT_DTL, even when multiple records of all types of 'P_Type' (R, w & P) are entered.
So, can you please help me with this.

Records available in T-Code 'PR05' is not getting populated in ESS

Hi Experts,
I am facing one issue in Travel management portal.
In T-Code 'PR05',I could see 3 records for a particular employee.But in portal I could see only two of them.
Records are of with start dates on year 2012,2013 and 2014.Apart from 2012 record,other records are getting displayed.
Any restrictions on number days?
Please help me to solve this issue.

I had kept it as 'ALL' in the query,eventhough the records are not getting displayed.
I have found that in table PTRV_HEAD,there are totally five records for the same pernr.
The dates of that records are :
28.11.2012 - 18.10.2013
26.11.2012 - 27.11.2012
01.05.2014 - 03.05.2014
21.10.2013 - 23.10.2013
14.11.2012 - 16.11.2012.
Out of these 5 records,
PR05 is showing 3 records : 01.05.2014 - 03.05.2014, 21.10.2013 - 23.10.2013 , 28.11.2012 - 18.10.2013
Portal showing 2 records : 01.05.2014 - 03.05.2014, 21.10.2013 - 23.10.2013
Missing records : 14.11.2012 - 16.11.2012, 26.11.2012 - 27.11.2012
Is there any configurations/settings has been done for this?

Delta Records is not getting updated in delta queus when changes done

Hi All,
In Quality system , when a user makes a change to an order's ship-to address, the changes are "triggering" a delta record into the delta tables for BI to extract. This can be seen via tcode rsa3's delta tester.
In Productionn System, when the user makes the exact same change, nothing is added to the delta table and the changes never come over to BI unless a full extract is request for the order.
Why changes not getting updated, please give your inputs.

Do you have your V3 update job active and running? THis job wites changes to the delta queue. Of course your datasource has to been initialized and a delta queue should be setup. You can check it in RSA7.

Info Cube not getting full records

Hi All,
I am extracting data from the flat file (60k records..of which most fields have binary values),, am getting the values into data source..but when loading from data source to info cube am not getting total records..
the load is successful and it is showing as transferred 60k records and added 510 records in the manage tab of the info cube.
what would be the problem ....any help is appreciated.

Data with same combination for characterstic is added and only for unique charactersitc value it will give new record.

SO As you can see in flat file 4 records are there but in inofcube it will be only 2
Data with same combination of charactersitc is added and with unique combo only it will display.

In full update not getting all records

Dear BW Masters,
I am working with MM module. Iam using standard extract structure 2LIS_02_ACC
Iam doing full update. Getting full data 1300 records in to PSA. But getting only 298 in to my ODS. I tried changing fields in to KEY FIELDS AND IN TO DATA FIELDS in my ODS
But could not get data.
Pls help me..i have dead line before that i need to complete report on the same.
Its happening with the other HDR and ITM extractors.
PLs help me..
