Not updating GUID in DPR_Project table.

Hi Experts,
We are using external number while creating the project in cProject.
In DPR_PROJECT Table it updating the same number in both fields (GUID & PROJECT_ID).
Example: If I put the "2000" as project number. If I go and check in table GUID & PRJECT_ID both are 2000, 2000).
Please tell me is there any way I can see the Project GUID.

Hi Rajesh,
In SE16 while viewing the data, go to settings -> user parameters, uncheck the Check conversion routine.
Then, you can see GUID in DPR_ATTRIBUTES.

Transfer Order Confirmation not updated in Header level (Table: LTAK)

Hi,
We are facing a problem, transfer order header is not updated with confirmation, but TO items are confirmed and resulting these transfer order to display in RF monitor (LRF1 and LRF2 transactions).
And the other issue is, we are seeing some transfer orders created without item data (in LTAP table) and unable to confirm these TOs since Item data is not available, hence TO header is not updated with confirmation and resulting these TOs to display in LRF1 and LRF2 report.
I have cleared some transfer orders by updating the confirmation field in LTAK table through debugging. But we see the issue is ongoing and would like to have permanent solution.
It will be a great help if anyone have solution to these issues.

do you have any Z code in-between ? Did you check OSS notes ? Did you apply all patches to your system ?
What you are describing is something usual when Z programs were developed, you should provide more details for analysis.

Unable to proceed in change document are not updating in CDHD, CDPOS tables

Hi all,
This is a question related to Change document.
I created one custom Change document object ZBUDGETS.
As I am trying to place a trigger on FMIT (Total Funds Management) table I created a Change document object ZBUDGETS.
I included some of the authorized fields from FMIT table on which we placed the trigger.
And of course all those fields are change document enabled in the data element level. I generation of the update program was completed. And I got the function module zbudgets_write_document along with some include programs and structure.
Everything is fine, But i am unable to get this change document generated information to these tables are CDHDR and CDPOS.
the problem is when I make any expenditure like PO Posting, it will be logging in the FMIT table and the respective fields also updating. With this the Change document object should trigger and it should send the record in CDHDR and CDPOS tables. This is not happening. If the records are getting updated in the CDHDR and CDPOS tables I can use those include programs and function modules in my program to retrieve the changes in FMIT table.
Since I am unable to proceed further since the documents are not updating in CDHDR and CDPOS tables.

CDHDR and CDPOS will not be populated with entries only by creating the change document object.Change documents will be written to CDHDR and CDPOS tables only if the function zbudgets_write_document is called in the transaction which updates FMIT.
You need to find an use exit in the transaction updating FMIT and call the function zbudgets_write_document in that exit.

Value in cusotm subtotal field is not updating in LIS (S) tables

Hello Experts,
All the existing subtotal vlues (provided by SAP) we have consumed based on the pricing procedure's requriement and we have created a new Z subtotal field (like ZZKZWI11) in pricing, it is working fine and the values are getting updated in VBAP and VBRP tables under the Z subtotal field for all the transactions.
I have included these new subtotal field in LIS table (S503 copy of S003). But the values are not getting upated in LIS table (S503). I have executing the statistical update of order and invoice with OLI7 and OLI9 transactions respectively. The all the data is updating in the S503 table except the new subtotal field.
Please let me know how to flow the data into this new subtotal field???

The same way like from any other custom field. Have you searched SCN for similar questions before posting? Google -> 'SIS custom field site:sap.com' finds this old post and others.

Cost center (KOSTL) is not updating in HR master table for infotype 0001

Hi ABAP gurus,
We have one interface where we are posting the HR master data using the IDOC (IDOC_INPUT_HRMD) into SAP.
While updating cost center, We have one issue regarding infotype 0001.
It is working fine for all the fields except: KOSTL, ORGEH, STELL. Surprisingly the created IDOC contains the value in these fields but it is not getting updated in master table PA0001. I have tryied inserting the value manually and it is working fine and tried with BDC Programming and no issues. Only we have this issue while we want to use the IDOC. This is mandatory in our interface.
While debugging the IDOC function module I found that one condition is there for these three fields.
CHECK NOT inte IS INITIAL. where inte value is being fetched from table t77s0 based on
GRPID = PLOGI
SEMID = ORGA
In this condition I see no value for this combination and hence it is not getting further. I am not sure how this condition does exist for only these three fields and not for others.
Can any please provide the reasona and solution for this.

Data is not updated to R/3 Tables to Data source in R/3

Hi All,
I am facing a problem in which, for some of the Purchase order's the confirmation Quantity is not getting updated to the Data source 2lis_02_CGR, where the confirmation quantity is comming from EKES table and th Filed is MENGE ,
when i check the Data in Table EKES, i found that the data is Available but when i check Data source, i dont see this data for some particular Purchase orders.
Can any body please, tell me how can i update the data into the Data source in R/3
( above mentioned explination is from the R/3)

Hi,
Check in RSA6 if your datasource is active.
If not activate the same.
Goto RSA3 and give datasource name and extract. Ideally records from the respective table will be extracted into the datasource.

EA1 - bug: worksheet not updated when switching between tables of same name

Consider this scenario: two schemas, A, B. Each schema has a table X.
Look at A.X data by selecting A/Tables/X in the connection list and clicking the Data tab.
Now immediately look at B.X data by selecing B/Tables/X in the connection list.
Bug: the worksheet viewer does not switch to B.X, but still shows A.X.
Workaround: Click to another table before going from A.X to B.X.

I had the same issue (bug: showing data in tables with same name, 2 different databases but I can't reproduce either...

Table record is not updated correctly after navigate back from detail page

I have 2 jspx pages one (page A) has a table displaying the employee record, another one (page B) is used to update the selected employee record. On page A, when selecting a record and clicking the 'Details' button I can be navigaed to pag B on which I can modify the record information in a form component. I have one table column 'teamName' which is binding to a LOV at VO layer and on pageB I am using <af:inputComboboxListOfValues> to show a editable LOV list for this attribute, when I input a new value here and save it, I can go back to page A but the team name for this record shows empty, by querying the database I do find the record updated successfully with the changed value. And when I reloaded the page the record can show the new team name value. Why it is not updated in the employee table when immediately navigating back from page B? I have set the table iterator refresh attribut to "always" but still failed. Can anyone help on this issue? Thanks!!
BTW, for other columns (not LOV) they are ok, the table can show the changed value correctly.

I did exactly the same as what you said. I d&d the data control Commit operation on page B to generate a 'Save' commandToolbarButton with the action attribute set to 'save' which is the from outcome for navigating back to page A. Is there any business logic I need to write here? Currently I have no.
Note: In this case I used an editable LOV, I have a requirment that besides selecting a existing value from the lov, user can also input a new value in the LOV. When going back to page A, I do find the LOV list is updated to contain the new vaule. Just the record in the table shows an empty value instead of the new value. Still do not know why.

Hi Chandu.
Sadly, this is the standard behavior of the system. In FAGLFLEXT only arrive real cost object, not statistical. This is explained in oss
964686 - Transfer of statistical postings in CO to FI
If you really nead the Cost Center, you can enhace table FAGL and and create Z field for statistical cost center. This is a common solution.

Billing type is not updating in COPA table

HI Gurus
Billing type is not updating for few billing documents in ECC COPA table CE11000 but for few documents billing type is updating correctly in ECC COPA table CE1100
Example 1 for billing document 10351144 billing type is not updating in ECC COPA table CE11000 billing type ZDN
Example 2 for billing document 10354965 billing type is updating in ECC COPA table CE11000
Billing type is same for the both billing documents but its updating for one document and it is not updating for another document
Please help me to find out the rout cause

hi, can your replay the problem in your system?
if so , I suggest you to set a user breakpoint in ERP function BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST, (the user need to use the Middleware user not your foreground login user)
And when billing document inbound to ERP, SAP will call the function. then you can check if the CO-PA fields has been filled correctly or not.

Response payload is not updating the SAP tables in Sync Interface

Dear Experts,
We are doing the ECC to SFDC sync interface by using the ABAP Proxy to Webservice ICO scenario (SOAP to SOAP).
The response payload from SFA has having the SOAP envelope, to remove this I have used the Java mapping with this we resolve the normal graphical mapping issue and ECC is able to get the response at MONI level.
But the response payload is not updating the ECC SE11 tables at the proxy level.
I have attached ECC synchronous proxy testing results with response payloads. With this original response payload the proxy is not updating the tables.
Please help me out.

Hi RK,
Set run-time parameter( LOGGING_SYNC) to 1 in Integration Engine (SXMB_ADM --> Integration Engine Configuration -> Edit configuration ) . LOGGING_SYNC may have set to 0 in IE. If LOGGING_SYNC is set to 0 , IE will not save or write the messages .
Note: If PI system is Java only stack , please perform above step in ECC.

Chart does not update after table changes

Simple X-Y chart using a data series from a table. The chart will not update after changing the table, for example after applying a filter. The chart will update if you close and reopen the file or go to Select Data on the chart. I use named ranges
because you can't use table nomenclature directly in the chart series definition.

Seems to update for me OK. You need to apply the entire unfiltered range to the chart before filtering. Did you do this or filter first and only apply the visible range?
If not the answer to you query then maybe I am not understanding the problem correctly so can you upload an example workbook?

How document numbers can be updated in New GL table

We have SAP version ECC 5 and application patch level is 8. While we check balances of GR/IR Clearing A/c through FS10N in period 5 under credit posting which is being differed with FBL3N balances as Rs. 24,284.62. We have identified 5 document numbers are not updated in New GL table which are FAGLFLEXA and FAGLFLEXT and Rs 24,284.62 is being differed in GL Trial report as S_ALR_87012277. Here Debit and Credit figure is not matching rs. 24,284.62. New GL is not implemented in our company.
Therefore I would request you to kindly guide me how those 5 document numbers which are missing in new gl table can be updated those two tables are FAGLFLEXA and FAGLFLEXT.

According your question what i understood is there is difference in the amount of FS10N i.e. GL balances and FBL3n Line item display ,the gl is GRIR clearing account the amount is showing GL Balance but the same amount is not showing in FBL3N right.
If yes goto FS00 and check line item display is selceted are not if not selected ,Select the check box and goto se38 and run RFSEPA01 program and then Then enter that GL account number and Document number 1 to 999999999 and company code and run & then check again fs10n and FBL3n it will match.

Updating values in database table through Transaction

Actually We have one transaction named EWAWA01. In that when we display the values from the transaction, there is a netweight field. The transaction displaying netweight values, but that value is not updated in the database table named EWA_WA_WEIGHPROC. How can i update that netweight value in the table.

decleare the data in charter type.
after pass the data charter type.
