O god please help me!

Good day all!

The issues I'm having, after find out how to center the CSS
and making sure it worked with IE5 I thought I was getting place's.
Then my bubble went "POP"!
Here's my probelm. As you can see I droped in some text to
illustrate. When resizing the window the CSS does what I want, it
stay's centered (the image on the backgroun and the logo at the
bottom of the page). My big problem is I have not got a clue how to
add anything else to it (another layer with text or an image) that
will stay in the place I put it. Or put another way if you resize
the window the text which is there now will move in conduction with
every thing else. How How How How do I do this!
