OAS 4.0.7.1 on Redhat 60 owsctl start

Question

Oracle support: --- delimiter for content
When running:
owsctl start -nodemgr # works fine
When running
owsctl start # I am getting:

Answer 1

Adjust the max number of listener processes in listener config,
it defaults to 500 set down to around 200.
