Ok I got my computer worked on to remove viruses so I had to reinstal itunes now everythings gone from my itunes tried to sync my ipod it won't sync my music ,apps, or pictures back to itunes it says an ipod should only be synced with one itunes library and im supposed to have only one it gives me a choice to erase and sync or tranfer purchases so I click tranfer purchases so I get a error message itunes was unable to load class information from sync services Reconnect or try later I am not sure what to do.

- Transfer iTunes purchases to the computer by:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to a computer
- For other music you need a third-party program like one of those discussed here:
Copy music from Ipod to new computer...: Apple Support Communities
- After all the stuff is on your computer, connect the iPod to yur computer and make a backup by right clicking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up.
- Restore the iPod from that backup.

Will Image capture (in your applications foldr) see them and bring to disk? If so then once they are safely off the memory card and on disk use the camera's format command to reformat the memory card
and can you impoprted to iPhtoo from disk? Will preview open the photos on disk?

My computer won't let me sync my iPod touch 4th generation

My computer isn't/won't let me sync my iPod touch 4th generation. I'm trying to upload photos from my computer (laptop, HP/Windows 7).
iTunes keeps asking me to authorize my computer, it will authorize it, but it will ask the same question and for my Apple information again.
It will let me get to step 3/5 of the syncing process but if I hit the X and close out, it will terminate/end the process. I've only synced this one
computer. Any advice?

It doesn't freeze, it just asks for my Apple ID and password. It'll repeatedly pop up and ask, even if my computer is already synced. When I close out of the login/sync request it terminates the syncing process.
When it's listed at the 3/5 in the syncing process, it says "Transferring Purchases from 'xxxx's iPod touch' (Step 3 of 5)"

I updated my IPad and now I can't download any apps and it won't let me log onto iTunes , I have the same account I use on my iPhone which is synced and that works fine

Wanting some help , since I updated my IPad I can no longer download apps or movies on my iPad , it won't even let me sign I. .

Specific to iPad are the following:
Troubleshoot issues on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.
Note: Time Zone may list another city in your time zone.
Make sure that your iOS software is up to date by tapping Settings > General > Software Update (iOS 5 or later) or connecting your iOS device to iTunes and clicking Check for Update on your device's Summary page.
Check and verify that you're in range of a Wi-Fi router or base station. If you're on a device with cellular service, make sure that cellular data is turned on from Settings > General > Cellular.
Note: If connected to cellular data, larger items may not download. You may need to connect to Wi-Fi to download apps, videos, and podcasts.
Make sure that you have an active Internet connection. You can check the user guide for your device for help with connecting to the Internet.
Make sure that other devices (portable computers, for example) are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access the Internet.
Try resetting (turning off and then on again) your Wi-Fi router.
If the issue persists, try troubleshooting your Wi-Fi networks and connections.

My computer will not let me sync my ipod touch

I just purchased a new computer about three months ago with windows 7 ultimate. I downloaded itunes and it works fine, but it won't let me sync my ipod. It comes up fine at first but either while it says it is being verified or while it is syncing my itunes freezes. I can't sync any of my songs. My ipod touch is a 1st gen 16 gb and it works just fine with other computers (it isn't jailbroken either). I tried using alternative software to upload music onto my ipod, but the same thing happens! My itunes does work with my old ipod nano though.. Do I have a bad driver or something? What is wrong?

Two things:
- Completely remove and reinstall the Apple software by the following. That link provides a link for Win &.
Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP
- If you still have a problem after restoring the iPod to factory defaults/new iPod you likely have a hardware problem. An appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is then in order.

I just got my computer working again after six months of it being down. I have had it for almost five years and it has been synced with my iPhone as well. I'm trying to re-sync it now but it won't transfer purchases I've made from iTunes on my iPhone and wants me to authorize my computer. I try, and then it tells me my account is already on 5 computers (it is NOT) and that this computer cannot be authorized. HOW do I fix this???

Log in to iTunes, go to "view your account info" on the itunes store, deauthorise all five, (Please Note: this can only be done Once every 12 months) and then re-authorize your current Computers one at a time.

I recently bought an Iphone off a woman at work. She had just bought it for her daughter to listen to music on and play games. She said it was showing the "connect to itunes" symbol. When i got it, i hooked it to my computer and Itunes just tells me the phone cant be activated. Itunes doesn't give me an option to restore the phone. I'm not sure what the carrier is for the phone, but there isn't a slot for a sim card. How can i restore this phone?

If the iPhone does not include a SIM card slot, this means the iPhone is a Verizon phone.
Not sure how the daughter of this woman you work with was able to use the iPhone just to play music and games without activating the iPhone with Verizon - if the iPhone was purchased new. None of a new iPhone functions work without activating the iPhone with cellular service. And if purchased new, that was one expensive iPod Touch for her daughter to use if the iPhone was purchased without a contract or the contract was cancelled paying Verizon's early contract termination fee.
I would return the iPhone to her and get your money back.

1. Update iTunes to the latest version. Plug in your iPod. If iTunes still can't recognize it, then in iTunes in the top left corner click help> run diagnostics. On the box that comes up, check the last two things. Click next and it should identify your iPod.
2. Click on your windows start menu. Type in "services". Click on it and when it pops up, on the bottom of it click on "standard". Now Scroll down to find "Apple Mobile Device" Right click it when you see it and click on "Start". When it has started, close iTunes and replug in your iPod and it should show up.
3. Check the USB cable
4 Verify that Apple Mobile Device Support is installed
5. Restart the Apple Mobile Device Service and verify that the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is installed.
6. If you just want to add some photos, songs and movies from computer to your devices, you can use an iTunes alternative to do the job
7. Check for third-party software conflicts.

The iPod sees the new computer as a new iTunes library. You can only sync with one iTunes library. However, you can manage music among disfferent computers. See:
