Okay i chatted with someone and she sent me a link to download on my ipad for lightroom5, the ling will not download!
I purchased the lightroom5 cd this past summer, i want to put it on my ipad. i was sent a link to download so i could type in my seriel number but the download wont download, help!
Lightroom itself will not run on your iPad.
Once you are a Cloud member then you install Lightroom Mobile on your iPad via the Apple App Store

Your daughter will have to send it back to you. You will have to reactivate it on you line. You will then have to request to have it unlocked. See THIS thread for more information.

I have purchased itunes tv series, movies and music and have transferred them onto an external hard drive and tried to play them on my tv on a media hub. The file will not load. Is there some form of blocking by itunes or another p[roblem and how do I fix it?
You can't fix it. iTunes bought content is DRM protected. so it can only be played on authorized devices. i.e devices associated with the apple Id used to purchase the content. Its copyright protection that the rights owners demand.
Circumventing it, is illegal in most countries, and as such cannot be discussed here. If you want to play the content you'll need to connect your computer directly to your TV, or use some other device you can authorize for iTunes content such as an iPad, iPhone , iPod touch or Apple Tv. -
I downloaded some movies and the I-Tunes extra for the movies will not download
I downloaded three movies on ITUNES and the ITUNES Extra for them specific movies will not download. I have the latst update version of ITUNES installed. I've hit the download button and it states "ITUNES extra has errors please try again".
Can anybody assist!Ok, so after like 4 days of going through all these different issues, I figured out that several programs weren't downloading, and it was an issue with my wireless connectivity messing up the digital signatures, so if you plug in your comp to the modem and delete your temp files, it should start to work!

Bought an album off iTunes and two songs from the album will not download. Is there anyway to make them force load or anything along those lines? The Album is Sunshower-EP by UME and the songs are The Conductor and The Means.

Try this.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up. -
I purchased music on my iPad (and it works fine). It populated my purchased list on my home computer but will not download (purchase is no longer a given option) ?? when I access it in the iTunes store I can click on play but nothing happens…how do I get it to download on my computer ?
If you connect your iPad to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases then it should copy over to your iTunes library. Depending upon what country that you are in you might also be able to redownload it on your computer's iTunes via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage.

Just got the Iphone 4s in June, now everytime I go to download an app, it will not download. When I go to get updates, the apps will not download. I tried, reinstalling, resyncing, turning the phone off and on, what is happening? How do I fix this?

I have purchased and downloaded an album, but some of the songs did not download correctly as the songs are not complete. How do I redownload them without purchasing the album again.
If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the track and try redownloading fresh copies.
Otherwise, I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the items, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.) -
ICloud Launch will not download my " Mail, Contacts, Calander & Tasks. It just says there is an error. Nothing about how to fix.

Yes - I had my old email address in Mac Mail
So I have moved ALL my mail into On-my-Mac for safekeeping
Then I deleted that account from Mac Mail
I then tried - once more - with Preferences>iCloud to get my MobileMe address onto iCloud
and got the following....
So that does not help
Back to Mac Mail and re-install my old account and it looks like this
So its an iCloud account .... ? and [email protected] is my old mobile.me address
So why can I not access it from my iPad, which now wants me to "Create a free @me.com email address to turn on iCloud Mail". If I do that, how do I get my old @me address working on the iPad.
Really Apple has not excelled itself with this migration...

I purchased A song off of iTunes from my iPhone and it will not load the song it has been a day and the song will not load. The load bar starts loading and them it goes back to nothing and re starts the download. After a few minutes an icon will pop up and say this song can not be downloaded at this time and has two options retry and done. I don't know what to do, I restarted my phone and it does the same thing.
I'm on iOS 8.1 by the way. I forgot to update my phone information before posting.

I burned cd's in iTunes. The songs were able to sync and play on my iPad. After this, exclamation points appeared in iTunes on my laptop (unable to find source). They still play in iTunes but will not sync with my iPhone 4S. Do some cd's have a limit on the number of times you can copy them or is this an iTunes problem.
KiwiLouisa - I had the same problem. I was eventually able to distribute my content that was "Not eligible for iCloud" to my iPhone by switching off ITunes Match in both the ITunes app/machine that hosts my library (my Macbook Pro, in this case) as well as on the device to which I wished to distribute my content (my iPhone 6+). This opened up the option for my device iTunes Music settings for selecting "Entire Music Library".
After I successfully transferred *ALL* my music and music videos via iTunes sync, I then again switched on ITunes Match in iTunes on my Macbook and on my iPhone.
This does not change the iCloud status, but at least I have the content on my iPhone. -

If you don't already have a current backup, back up all data. There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional. Ask if you need guidance. You can skip this step if you don't care about the data that hasn't been backed up.
Reinstall the OS.* Your data should be unaffected unless something goes wrong. If the system was upgraded from an older version of OS X, you may need the Apple ID and password you used.
If you use FileVault 2, then before running the Installer you must launch Disk Utility and select the icon of the FileVault startup volume ("Macintosh HD," unless you gave it a different name.) It will be nested below another icon with the same name. Click the Unlock button in the toolbar and enter your login password when prompted. Then quit Disk Utility to be returned to the main Recovery screen.
If you installed the Java runtime distributed by Apple and still need it, you'll have to reinstall it. The same goes for Xcode. All other data will be preserved.

How long does it take for a movie that I rented in I-Tunes to download? I ordered one on the second of Sept and I am still waiting. I have a blinking arrow that tells me to download but it stops in mid stream! And, I ordered 5 books and still have not received them,
Wow.......You plug the 30 pin connector to the botton of your iPad and the USB to the USB port on your computer.
But first, you can download the movie and books to your iTunes account without having your iPad connected. After you've downloaded the material, then you connect your iPad and sync it all over.
I'm sorry I have to sign off. I have to be up like 6 hours. I'll check in tomorrow and see if you made any progress.
If nothing else, this will get your iPad and your iTunes account speaking again. They should be regularly connected and your iPad routinely backed up.
One more thing. If it's been a while since you even opened iTunes on your PC, make sure you check for iTunes downloads and update iTunes with the latest version.

I have had trouble with downloading upgrades to some of my apps. The upgrade to iTunes 11.4 should be used for Maverick but I cannot download it. Even though it appears to have been downloaded, About iTunes still shows 11.3.1
