It's as if ituned has installed itself from new and that we never had ipods? As far as I know no updates have been done. I restored the laptop back a couple of days and after restarting it still no libraries. How do I get them back please?

I recently updated my MacBook Pro to the new software, and now my iMessage and my FaceTime are not connected with my phone number like it is supposed to be. How do I get them to match so that I would be able to use my cellphone number on my notebook?
To reset any OS X program just go to the folder and trash the affected files.
Open a new Finder Window
Click "Go" in the above status bar
Click and HOLD the "option/alt" key and you will see "Library" now show in the above list
Click Library while still holding the option/alt key and a new window will open with all of your system files
Go to the preference file (NOT Preference Panes)
Locate a file named <com.apple.FaceTime.bag.plist>
Locate another file named <com.apple.FaceTime.plist>
Locate the file <com.apple.iMessage.bag.plist>
Drag the files to the trash
Delete the trash
Close FaceTime and iMessage if not already closed
Relaunch FaceTime and iMessage from Applications folder
This should reset the program back to default. You will have to put your information back into the program but it should work.

I reset my phone to restore from a backup and it seemed all my photos were going to be restored. While that was happening, I deleted a couple in there I didn't want anymore and then it stopped restoring them. Is there any way I can get them back?

For some reason all of the music on my iPhone is no longer on my iTunes account. I have done a down load and quite a bit of it has been added to the itunes account, but there is still quite a bit of music that is still not on the iTunes that I have on my phone. All of the music I have was either put on itunes initially by a CD or I bought it from iTunes directly. I want to know how I can make them match.
Yes there is. Those songs are not actually on your iPad. They are in iCloud ready for download if you choose to do so. If you want to remove them go to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Show All>Music>Off. You can also do this in Settings>Music>Show All Music>Off.

All applications are missing in my applications folder. How do I get them listed again
I have a folder listed but it shows being empty. Is there any way to rebuild the folder or some correction to the problem?
Interesting - I've got three Macs and two of them are as I described, but now I check the third one doesn't have the Applications folder at the user account level.
I guess the OP should ignore by post as I've obviously got it wrong (no change there ). Can't explain why I have the folder on my user account though, even has the Applications icon on it. I'm certain I didn't create it myself - in fact it is empty of any applications as I'm the only user of the machines and actually have no need for the empty folder.

All my events won't show up on Apple TV from my computer. How can I get them all.
I have Apple TV hooked up. I went to computer, photos, events. Only 8 of my events show up and it will not scroll to view others. How can I get them all to appear on screen for viewing.

They will only be where you put them If you are doing the very basics, then they will be on your computer and they will be in your backup copy of your computer.
The itunes store is not global at all, never has been. You cannot redownload your content from another country. You can only use the countrys itunes store for the country that you are physically located. -
I tried to sync the music on my PC with my old iPhone, but all of my songs on iTunes were deleted, How do I get them back? When I go to the iTunes store and look at the songs I hade before, it says I already purchased them, but when I go back to my library, they are all gone. Have you been regularly backing up? Time Machine is only available on Mac, you will see it in the applications folder.

Photo stream only keeps your photos for 30 days. After that, they are removed from your photo stream but not from any device that has already received them. Chances are, the 44 photos are from the last 30 days; the others are not there because they are no longer in your photo stream.
If the photos were in your camera roll when you last backed up, restoring to the backup should recover them. However, you will have to restore to the entire backup to do so. If they weren't backed up or imported to your computer, there is no way to recover them now.
To be sure your photos are saved, regularly import them from the camera roll to your computer as outlined here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.
