One computer unable to fill in information

We have a PDF that we use. For some reason, the supervisor is unable to fill-in any information on the pdf. The purple bar is at the top. When the rest of us open the pdf, we can fill in the information fine. The fill-in information isn't highlighted on their computer when they click the icon to do so. Any ideas as to why this would happen?

What is the Reader version on the user's machine?
Are you filling the form in a browser or standalone?
Try to fill the form using Adobe Acrobat, if available. Or read extend the form again using Acrobat.

i am unable to fill in billing information as my Country, Rwanda, is not listed

There doesn't currently appear to be an iTunes store in Rwanda, if/when there might be one we won't know (we are fellow users here on these forums) until Apple announce something - unfortunately that means that you won't be able to download any iTunes content (you can't use another country's store as you have to be in a country, and have a billing address in that country on your account, to use its store).

My iPhone 4S is not recognised by my computer when I try to sync. I am looking to upgrade, is it just easier to purchase a new one, then manually transfer data and information? I don't want to try syncing and backing up data to just lose it all. As the new one I plan to get is a newer model, I'm thinking it is just better to do it manually, but then I have the issue of syncing the new one to start.

    Hello Smeebo,
Thank you for asking your question! It sounds like your iPhone is not recognzied in iTunes when you connect it to back it up, or update the device. I would try the troubleshooting in either of these 2 articles depending on what operating system you have:
iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Mac OS X
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1591
    or:
iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

  • HT1420 How do I deauthorize ONE computer?  All I see in account information is an option to deauthorize ALL computers.  I see where it says to deauthorize them all and then re-authorize the ones still in use but I do not want to do that.

How do I deauthorize ONE computer?  All I see in account information is the option to deauthorize ALL computers.  I do not want to do this.  I authorized an iPad at my previous employer (school for Autism) and want to leave that one authorized so the students will still have access to the apps and music.  How can I just deauthorize the desktop (windows) that I no longer use?

I am in a similar situation. Hoping there has been an update to fix this problem by now.... I do NOT want to deauthorize all 5 computers, AT ALL. I only want to deauthorize 1 computer I do not have anymore! Because there is no way I'd ever want to deal with re authorizing the other 4, when I only need to deauthorize ONE.
Have they patched this problem yet?

  • While attempting to home share it picks up the other library but i am unable to clig and drag music from one computer to the other?

i have used homeshare between mine and my sisters computer. it worked perfectly, however when i try to use home share between my home computer and my laptop i can not click and drag music from my home library to my laptop. what can i do to fix this?

Since both computers are connected via the network, you could simply copy the ENTIRE iTunes folder from one computer to another via the network.
If both computers are running Windows, use the Easy File Transfer Utility built into Windows to move iTunes and all other user media/data.

  • "Unable to load dataclass information from Sync Services"  Any ideas?

I upgraded to iTunes 7.7 last night and now I get an annoying constant stream of errors that read "AppleMobileDeviceHelper has stopped working". Multiple reinstalls have not stopped it.
Against my better judgement, I upgraded my phone to 2.0. Found out that I lost everything on my phone. It is activated and will work but I cannot sync it with iTunes. All I get is a message stating, "iTunes was unable to load dataclass information from Sync Services. Reconnect or try again later."
iTunes won't recognize my phone. I can move songs and stuff to it by drop and drag but if I click the "iPhone" in iTunes, nothing happens. I put my phone in recovery mode. iTunes linked to it and reinstalled 2.0 but I still get the same problem.
I'm real frustrated and Apple has not posted anything about this problem.
Does anyone have any ideas on what is the going on? Is my phone nerfed?

Try disabling your firewall, virus SW, and if it still won't sync, I would try disabling the communications services one by one until it clears. When I'm troubleshooting this sort of problem, I first look into the system reports (MY Computer, (right-click) manage, event viewer, Windows Logs, and look into each of the sub log sections for the error. This will often point you in the right direction. If this fails, I do a clean boot with all extraneous run-times and services disabled. usually the problem will be solved. I then start turning on the various run-time routines and services until I find the culprit.
My attitude about this is that I won't waste my time chasing problems like this unless they are critical. Paying $$$ for a 3G iPhone and then having to troubleshoot the SW is not my cup of tea. I only pursued this because my wife and both kids got 3G's but I have them running both XP and Vista. One Vista machine synced OK, but mine would not. Intellectual curiosity led to find out why.

  • Order cancelled for "unable to verify your information"

I am a elite plus member since 2012 (or could be earlier). Starting last month two of my BBY.com orders (Order placed on 5/29/2015 and 6/3/2015) were cancelled for the same reason "we were unable to verify your information", although my address and payment info were correct. After my order was rejected, I visited local BBY store. I had no problem to charge the same items to the same BBY Master card that I used for online order. I called BBY customer service asking what was going on. The rep told me he did not see any information on his computer about what information cannot be verified. He offered to escalation my case. Three weeks later, on 6/29/2015, I received a email from BBY Verification Group telling me:              "Thank you for your order. We apologize for any inconvenience the cancellation may have caused. Unfortunately, we will be unable to process your orders on Bestbuy.com. Please visit a Best Buy location in the future." What is happening here on Bestbuy.com? Why Bestbuy.com refused to do business with elite plus member? I search in the web and found out I am not the only one has this problem. I have no problem to visit local BBY store but I prefer to place order online for it can save my time and gas. Also, sometimes I receive reward coupon from Bestbuy.com which can only be used in online order. Can a customer service specialist here can look into the issue? Thanks.

    Hello susumu,
As a loyal customer to Best Buy, I can imagine the frustration you may have experienced through your recent BestBuy.com order cancellations. We certainly don’t wish to take away the convenience of shopping online for any of our customers. I’m sorry if we have troubled you in any way by having you visit the store for your recent purchases.
Orders can be cancelled for a variety of reasons, and occasionally this is due to us being unable to verify a piece of your billing or shipping information, as you have already been informed. It sounds as though this was already looked into by one of our support teams, but I will do my best to try to provide you with any additional clarity I discover with the help of those support teams.
We have received your private message as well, and I will likely be providing you with any additional information via private message; be sure to keep an eye on your private message inbox for my communication.
    Kindest regards,

ITunes error message Cannot access conflicts unable to retrieve contact information from the sync server.

I got this advice from Gator5000e on Apple Supposrt Communities:
I use Windows 7 so the path to find this file
might be different under a different OS.
Close iTunes. Search on the words "conflicts.synconflicts".
I renamed it  to conflictsold.synconflicts the .synconflicts is the extension so you can't
    rename that.
Then restarted Windows. As a test I made changes to a note in NOTES on each device. Then connected them one at a time to my computer which has iTunes 10 and Runs Windows 7, it worked !

  • Connecting iPod to more than one computer

Is it possible to connect a iPod Nano to more than one computer? I downloaded itunes on my home computer and set my ipod up just fine. Then i wanted to connect it to my office computer because i have a bunch of music on it that i would like to put on my ipod. Every time i try to connect to my office computer I get an error message "iTunes has detected an ipod in recovery mode. You must restore this ipod before it can be used with itunes.
Any ideas or information would be appreciated.

*Is it possible to connect a iPod Nano to more than one computer?*
Yes it is. If you want to connect and use an iPod on more than one computer you need to change the update preference in the iPod Summary tab to "Manually manage music and videos" and click Apply. In this mode you can directly access the content of the iPod and play it through iTunes and you can drag and drop whatever you want to the iPod from either library:
    Using iPod with Multiple computers
    Managing content manually on iPod
    iPod 101: Fill 'er Up
Something else to be aware of when using an iPod in manual mode is that the "Do Not Disconnect" message will remain on the display until you physically eject the device. In that case use Safely Remove Hardware icon in the Windows system tray on your desktop or check this link: Safely Disconnect IPod
*Every time i try to connect to my office computer I get an error message "iTunes has detected an ipod in recovery mode. You must restore this ipod before it can be used with itunes*.
Have you had a chance to look at this troubleshooting page? If not, have a look at the bottom section and try changing the drive letter allocated to the iPod in Windows:
iTunes has detected an iPod in recovery mode - Use iTunes to restore
Windows confuses iPod with network drive

  • Unable to enter login information to a password protected ebook on my Nook HD+ using adobe reader.

Unable to enter login information to a password protected ebook on my Nook HD+ using adobe reader.  Would anyone be able to assist me as I am unable to get any help elsewhere and I need to be able to access this ebook for school.
    Thanks

Yes, I have contacted my school and they stated they do not support Nook.  I called Nook and they said I would have to deregister, etc. as they are unable to determine what is wrong.  I tried to pull the document on my phone now and have not been able to do so.  I read the "Getting Started" and it states I should be able to fill out the form, which would be to provide my login information, but am not able to do so.  Maybe this has to do with the android part.  Thank you for providing that information as I did not even think about trying my phone too.  So as this did not work on there, my last conclusion is that it would now be the Adobe issue.  Hopefully this can be fixed as I need to read my document for school and would hate to have to sit behind my computer and not able to take my Nook or phone to read elsewhere.

  • Multiple iPods on one computer question

    Hello,
I know this question has been asked already and I've read all the help topics about multiple iPods.
I've tried twice to use two iPods on one computer and it was not as easy as described. I'm just wondering if I'm doing something wrong.
The first time I tried was on a PC running XP with two iPod minis. I had seperate user accounts and it kept erasing all the songs in one account.
The other situation was on a different PC running XP Pro with a shuffle and a 30gig photo.
I had my 30gig for about a year and as soon as I plugged in my shuffle it didn't recognize it and the next time I plugged in my 30 gig photo it froze and I had to end up doing the hard reset for it.
Tomorrow I am about to try a PC running XP with a shuffle, nano, and a video iPod.
I've read the two ways to do it and am going to try the specific playlist option.
I'm worried that as soon as I plug in the second iPod it will freeze and I won't be able to even get to the "iPod Option" Button in iTunes.
The computer is not mine nor are the music devices. I'm doing it for a friend who doesn't understand computers that well. All devices are new, never used.
Is it as easy as the process sounds?
Also the last time I tried multiple iPods was at least two iTunes updates ago.
    Thanks for any help,
    Chris

    Hello!
Let me explain this in detail for you:
    The Do Not Disconnect screen
It is normal for your iPod to say this message to you when you connect it to your computer.
When you need to disconnect it from your computer, you'll first need to eject it.
There are a few ways to eject your iPod; through iTunes, the Safely Remove Hardware program, and "My Computer".
    Through iTunes
Ejecting your iPod via iTunes depends on what setting your iPod is on for.
Connect your iPod. Go into Edit> preferences> iPod. See what setting your iPod is on; "automatic" or "manual".
    Automatic
If you aren't restoring, or updating your iPod, iTunes should automatically eject your iPod from iTunes. If it doesn't, then right-click the name of your iPod in iTunes, and make sure that the "enable for disk use" is un-checked.
    Manual
If you need to eject your iPod from iTunes if the setting is "manual", click the little arrow that's next to the name of your iPod in the left source list in iTunes.
Through the "Safely Remove Hardware" program
Look at the bottom-right corner of your screen, and there's the system tray icons there. If the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon is there, click on it, select your iPod, and click "stop".
    Through "My Computer"
    Go to "My Computer".
Find your iPod's listing there (it's typically "E:" or "F:").
    Right-click it, click on "eject".
For additional information about ejecting your iPod, check this Apple Support articles about it.
    Safely disconnecting your iPod
About the "Do Not Disconnect" and "OK to Disconnect" screens on iPod
Any more questions? I'll be glad to try to help you again.

  • How do I manage multiple Iphone accounts on one computer

My wife desperaely needed to back up her iPhone (been over teo years).  I didn't want to do this given that she woulde lose two years worth of data, but we decided to plow ahead.  I hit the update button and was advised that there was an earlier backup from last fall.  I said I wated to use that back up.  Unfortunately it was a backup for my daughter's iphone 5c and now my wife's phone is simply a clone of the 5C.  What can I do to pul at least some of her account information back out and show her iPhone again on the devices list?

    It certainly is possible.
How to use multiple iOS devices with one computer
A single computer can be authorized for multiple iTunes accounts but only one account can be signed into the store at a time.
Frankly, you are better off with unique Windows User accounts for each user.

  • How do I move ITunes from one computer to another

I am trying to move my ITunes from one computer to another. I downloaded ITunes on my new computer and loged in with my account information. Then I pluged my IPod into the comuter and imported all my songs. I thought that everything would come over but none of my apps did. I want to synce my IPod up with my new computer how do I do it?

Backup everything to an external hard drive with this User Tip.
Use the same process to clone the library into a new empty iTunes folder on the new computer.
Deauthorise the old box if you don't need to access protected content on it any more.
Use SyncToy from time to time, and in particular before every iTunes update, to keep the backup up-to-date.

  • The computer that I had my iphone apps synced to has died and I don't know how to get access to my apps on the new computer. I'm using a Windows pc. I understand that I can only have my apps synced to one computer at a time, but the former pc is dead.

My HP Touchsmart died the other day. My husband works on computers as a hobby and was able to get me up and running on a Dell laptop in no time. I have an iPhone 4s and had all my apps on itunes on my HP. I understand that you can only have your iPhone apps synced to one computer at a time, but what do you do when the computer containing all your info is in unusable condition? I have tried deauthorizing all the computers associated with my account, that did not work. I had this problem once before and finally ( after much blood sweat and tears ) was able to deauthorize the old computer, but it was in working order. Two of the computers that are listed under the iTunes Wi-Fi Sync setting are no longer in use, the HP had my apps synced to it and the other had everything else except my photos, which are on a third computer that is still in use. Please forgive for information overload but am trying to give all the info that I think could be relevant. Your help would be appreciated so much!
    Sincerely,
    PiPI

Or better yet... try a search, I'm certain you'll find a solution to whatever issue you're experiencing.
I have found that many times it is the things that make you most angry that push you to action. This was the case here. Thank you for causing me to get so angry that I found the answer myself.
