One pricing condition for BOM and other for individual component

Hello SAP gurus,
We have two pricing condition types created and assigned in the pricing procedure which has been created with reference to PR00 and condition records are maintained for both the condition types.
But, we want only one pricing condition type to be triggered in the sales order depending on the usage of material in the sales order. As we are selling the same material individually and as well as a component in a bundle ( BOM).
i.e, when one pricing condition for BOM component and other for individual component
What are the configuration steps to be taken care to get this scenario?

Thanks for your response.
Yes, we are maintaining only one material. The same material is used to sell individually and also in a BOM.
As i have mentioned earlier, whenever the material is sold individually it should pick condition type say 'YR00' and when the same material is sold as a bundle ( BOM) , it should pick condition type " YR01" in same the pricing procedure.
For both the condition types, the condition records are maintained.
To give the scenario details,
A material "X" is sold individually as a single component and the same material is also used for selling bundled with other material "Y" and the bundled material as "Z"
means, Z=X+Y
Pricing procedure used is say ZRA000 which contains currently the price cond type YR00.
Now for the bundle (BOM) involvement i want to use the same pricing pricing proc. and add the new cond YR01 in it so that the system will pick the cond.type YR00 when the material is sold individually and YR01 is taken as the price when the material is sold as a bundle against the item X.
Need to know the steps for this scenario and do i need to maintain a specific requirement ? please suggest.

    I need to add new condition type to the existing pricing procedure.It should be activtaed only for service orders and not for sales order.I can achive this by adding new requirement in pricing procedure to limit this condition type based on order type.

    But I don't want to do this,because I would need to change this requirement everytime I add new service order type.

    Currently ,we have one pricing procedures for both the scenarios...
    We control if the perticular condition type to be active or not by writing a requirement which checks the order types.
    This has been done this way because we  built the pricing procedure in ECC and tranfer it to CRM.Also we donot have service orders in ECC.
    any further alternatives guys..

    i have maintained excise data for material, after that i have created scheduled agreement with lp and with 0 value private and dummy tax code  and delivery schedule is released. Now when i do the goods receipt i am getting error " Maintain pricing conditions for the material for the excise invoice date

    goto tcode fv11 u have to maintained the condition.
    first enter the condition type like jmop -
    then enter, next screen u have the select the below comination.
    select the plant/vendor/material base u have to maintain the conditions.

  • Pricing condition for Taxes in R/3 not being calculated.

    We have SRM4.0 in classic mode with R/3 4.6C. In SRM we configured Tax calculation is in R/3. When creating the shopping cart, EBP calls R/3 via RFC for the Tax % and displays the tax information in the cart successfully. The cart is saved and the completed PO is created in R/3. However, our pricing condition for tax, at Pur.Org/Material group in R/3 does not get calculated - so in the item condition screen, no tax is calculated. If i go into the change PO and in Item conditions/Update, (G-Copy Pricing and Redetermine taxes) then it is OK (but this is not ideal). When i do an RFC trace, using RSRFCTRC, i can see my Pur Org, Material Group and Tax code all being passed to R/3. Also, when i do a manual SE37 test on funct.mod. BAPI_PO_CREATE, it does calculate tax correctly - i am stuck - any help appreciated. rgs Adam

    I'm trying to create a service PO with 1 Service line item and this service line item actually contains more than 1 service number. Using BAPI_PO_CREATE1, how can I define the pricing condition for each of the service number?
    Currently, I'm able to define the pricing condition of the service item as a whole through this input parameter table POCOND.

    Its really tricky requirement, when you are going for manual condition type.
    - the best alternative to cater your requirement is to go for maintenance of condition record, which you can upload at mass with the help of LSMW. Also, will be really helpful in having report for pricing. Finally, reduce time to create sales order. Thus, discuss & encourage your user to maintain pricing based condition record. Only header condition should be on manual bases.
    - If hard to convince your client on condition record. Then develop a routine with the help of ABAPer in your team. Where you can put logic. If the condition is manual enter and system is able find already entered value for material, then copy the price the slots where system don't find manually entered condition value.

  • Need a list with pricing conditions for each customer

    Hi experts,
    I am searching for a function module or BAPI which reads out all the pricing conditions for a certain customer. The FM/ BAPI should provide the pricing conditions in an internal table.
    Now I do this with BAPI_SALESORDER_SIMULATE.
    It returns me all the condition types and condition values for a certain customer and material.
    But this BAPI is very slow.
    Can anybody help me to find a better solution?

  • Manual Pricing Condition for sales order!!

    I have an issue, My requirement is I have to add a manual pricing condition in sales order header level. I have define the pricing condition for Freight Charges and that I have added to the pricing procedure that we have used for the transaction.
    The problem is when Iam creating the order in the condition tab manully want to choose the condition type, but what I created condition type (Freight Charges) is not appearing in the view. Only exesting condition types only appearing in tha selection view. I am on CRM Stand alone
    Pls anyone can advise where I miss the setting, I am new in CRM PRICING

    Hello VJ,
    You must consider that there is a setting "manual" in the pricing procedure customizing, indicating that the condition must be manually entered, and also a setting in condition type  customizing regarding changes that can be made. In condition type customizing you should NOT have option D "Not possible to process manually". Have you checked condition type customizing?
    Additionally please execute function module from note 867428 ( IPC_DET_CLEAR_CUST_BUFFER ).                
    This will ensure that all the customizing changes are immediately available  ( otherwise you would need to wait until the automatic buffer refresh occurs, by default once per day

    Hi Raj,
    Yes you can maintain the different shipping condition for one customer but for this that SOLD To Party should have different SHIP to Party also as we mainatin the shipping condition for Ship for the party. In other words you can maintain as many shipping condition equal to the number of ship to party.
    Other way is if that customer is in different sales area then you can maintain the different shipping conditions for that customer in all the different sales area.

  • Pricing conditions for the articles are getting triggered one day before the actual activation date to 3rd party systems through job WPMU.

    Hi SAP Guru´s,
    Currently we are sending the pricing, promotions & article master data delta load to 3rd party system from SAP ECC via SAP XI through IDOCS using daily scheduled batch jobs WPMU. IDOC segment - WP_PLU.
    Here the issue is the promotion & pricing data are sent to 3rd party system one day before the actual start date.
    Eg: Promotion 123456 which has start date as 15/05/2014 & ending on 30/05/2014 & was created & activated on 13/05/2014.
    This promotion 123456 is getting triggered from SAP ECC through batch job on 14/05/2014 morning & 3rd party system receives the data on 14/05/2014 & the promotion are getting activated at 3rd party system end on 14/05/2014 itself which actually gets active from 15/05/2014.
    Same in the case for Standard Pricing data which needs to be active from 31/05/2014 once the promotion 123456 ends on 30/05/2014.
    The standard pricing data gets triggered from SAP ECC on 30/05/2014 through batch job & reaching 3rd party system on 30/05/2014 & getting activate on 30/05/2014 itself.
    This creates more issues at the store end as well as affecting business.
    We checked at 3rd party system end & they replied that their system considers the updated time stamp & date to activate the prices & it does not considers the actual active from & active to date. They need the data to be sent from SAP ECC on the effective date of the pricing & promotions.
    Can any one help me how to change the pricing conditions beign triggered through batch job in SAP ECC based on the actual promotion & pricing conditons start date or is there any other process to trigger the data through the batch job on the actual promotion & pricing data activation date.

    Hello Shankar,
    Change the lead time in the POS Outbound Profile. You can't put less than 2 days there so data for today and tomorrow will be transferred which also means you need to adjust your batch timing accordingly.
    Sales and Distribution -> POS Interface -> Outbound -> Maintain Profile for POS Outbound.
    See if it helps. The best option would still be that the 3rd part system considers the activtion date.

  • Unable to display the pricing conditions for a product.

    Hi All,
        I have created a product with help of function modules.The problem is that i am able to populate the pricing conditions data into internal table,but the pricing conditions  is not being displayed in the Masterdata->Products-> Maintain Products screen. Can anyone suggest me in this regards.Is there any function module to be used? or any other procedure to be followed for the pricing conditions to be dispalyed? If any sample code also please provide me.Please respond soon it is an Urgent Requirement. Points will be awarded for useful answers.

    The pricing in SD and MM is a separate module like thing and is maintained for different products based on the Condition records.
    The basic Pricing Procedure consists of Condition  Types, Condition Records, Accesss Sequences and condition tables.
    Generally with respect to all sales and purchase documents the pricing is maintained in KONV  and KONP tables based on the different condition types.

  • More than one join condition for 2 tables in obiee

    Hello,
    I am using obiee 11g.
    There are 2 tables tableA and tableB where the join condition is like (tableA.col1=tableB.col1) or (tableA.col1 is null and tableB.col1 is null)
    where should i do these type of joins.
    I tried putting in physcial layer->f(x) but giving error like here only columns an d opertaors are allowed.

    I have a tableA with columns col1(pk),col2 and other columns
    I have tableB with columns col1(pk),col2..Only these 2 columns.
    Now distinct tableA.col2 values are put in tableB.col2. For those distinct values i have put the tableB.col1 values.
    Now tableA.col2 as well as tableB.col2 can be null beacuse there may be null values in tableA.col2.
    Now in tableB i have added one more row which has col1 as value and col2 as null.
    Now when in physical layer when i do tableA.col2=tableB.col2 i dont get the null values.
    What i want is whenever the tableA.col2 and tableB.col2 is null then take tableB.col1 for those vales.
    So when i query i do
    select * from tableA,tableB where
    ((tableA.col2=tableB.col2) or (tableA.col2 is null and tableB.col2 is null))
    What i want is when i do a join i should be able to give this OR condition in rpd thats it.
    because when i do in where clause of content tab it goes like a AND condition and not OR.

  • Pricing conditions for sale order create BAPI

    Hi guys and gals,
            i am workin on a object where i would have to create a variant of VA01 screen with pricing details , item details , shipping details etc, visible in  a single screen .
           What i have understood so far is that i would have to use BAPI simulate to get the pricing conditions and ATP details to display to the user before he saves the order , the issue now is when is adding new pricing conditions or changing the existing conditions on my screen i would have to update the other conditions types based on his input and i also understand that some conditions r editable and some arn't and like in regular VA01 the user should be able to delete the pricing conditions also , which means i should taken into account all this when iam finally saving this order , please guide me further in this regards

    When I executed the report V/LD I didnu2019t get the desired results. I checked in the customization part for the selected reports I had entered are 15, 17 and 18.
    In V/LC u2013 report display, I find the tables assigned to this report are 15 are 004 and 304; for report 17 tables assigned are 007, 307 and for report 18 tables assigned are 004 and 304.
    My pricing procedure contains of all Z condition types with Z access seq assigned to it. We used customized tables and assigned to our Z access seq, Is it just because of not maintaining my table numbers in the particular report, I am not getting the values? Or it could be any other reason? If I developed my own report and assigned the tables which I used in the access seq do I get the results?
    Please confirm.
