Open Enrollment Form, adding new coverage level

Hi All
We have recently added Domestic partner level as an option in our Health Insurance Plans. I believe I have correctly added the new plans etc because they are showing up on the open enrollment form. The problem is the new plan is only showing up with the old coverage options (i.e. single, ee & spouse, family etc) and is missing the new Domestic Partner and Spouse coverage option that I added. Please advise on how to get it to show up on the form.

What i understand is... you have done the following
Health Plans: IMG ->Personal Management->Benefits- >Plans->Health Plans
1. You have setup the config in Define Health Plan General Data.
2.  IMG >> Personal Management->Benefits- >Plans->Health Plans->Define Dependent Coverage Options
Set up your Domestic Partner option here  i.e. E+DP  (Min: 1 / Max: 1)
3.  Setup the Cost Variants in the node IMG->Personal Management->Benefits- >Plans->Health Plans->Define Cost Variant
4. Setup the Cost Rules in the node IMG->Personal Management->Benefits- >Plans->Health Plans->Define Cost Rule
5. Assign the health plan attriubtes in the node IMG >>Personal Management->Benefits- >Plans->Health Plans->Assign Health Plan Attributes. I guess this is what you missed.
One question here......are you using Adjustment reasons for adding new coverage???

    I was just tasked with creating an open enrollment form for courses my company would be offering to the general public.
    What would the best way to do this be?
    My employer would like to be able to see the dates of the courses, people choose a day(s) and enroll.
    What would be the best way to do this?
    I was thinking of just something like a contact form and then we get back to them (payment isn't going to be collected via the online enrollment form)
    However, this method would not allow immediate feedback on if that course was full.
    Can someone help me or point me in the right direction on how to pursue this project?

  • Tabular form - adding new row

    Hi,
    I have a very simple table (5 rows, 1 of which is the primary key), and want to update the table using a tabular form. On initial display, the primary key column is protected (cannot be changed) which is ok for DELETE and UPDATE options, but when I come to ADD A NEW ROW, the new row has NULL defaulted as the primary key value, and will not let me update it !!
    Does anyone know how I can leave the primary key column protected when UPDATING or DELETING, but allow a value to be entered when ADDING A NEW ROW ?

    Just made the following changes (to remove NARR1_CODE_DISPLAY and show and edit NARR1_CODE):

    where the column NARR1_CODE is my primary id, and in the report attributes, NARR1_CODE is now editable and shown as a "text field" . NARR1_CODE_DISPLAY has been removed.
    However, when I go into my form screen, although the NARR1_CODE field is now editable, when I click ADD NEW ROW, enter the details for a new row, check the box alongside the new row and click SUBMIT, I get the following error message :

  • Open calling form in new browser window

    HI,
    I am using forms 9i. From menu item, i am calling a form using call_form, the called form is opening in same window, my requirement is the called forms want to open in new browser window. I am using mdi window.
    Any idea ?

    If you look in your browser address field, you will see your current forms has a (probably very) long url, one section of which is the form name. Now, you can use this as the URL argument in a WEB.SHOW_DOCUMENT() call. However:
    (1) if your URL doesn't include the userid, etc. (very likely in a production situation) you will have to log in again.
    (2) as (1) might lead to suspect, you are in a new database session.
    Why do you want to do this?

  • Enrollment Form Not Visible for Adjustment Reasons

    Hi Experts,
                      I am having an issue with the Benefits enrollment not being displayed in the ESS portals. We are using an adjustment reason based open enrollment . The link is visible if give the event name as BENP_EVENT = OPEN which points to the form with standard open enrollment form listing all plans but we want to use 'OPN' (custom reason) instead of 'OPEN'. If i change the event to BEN_EVENT= OPN, it is displaying the link but not unable to read the employee and throwing an error saying, "infotype IT0171 doesnot exist for 00000'. Listed below is my configuration.Your help is much appreciated.

                       Thanks!! for the reply. The application is in active mode only. The system is only taking the event name(BENP_EVENT = OPEN). I have to create another adjustment reason with 'OPEN' name just for form purpose and keeping my 'OPN' as is for my enrollment purpose. The problem is with 'OPEN' it lists out all the plans , even the ones that we don't want to show.

  • Opening update form in tab of existing flash cfform

    Ok, I may be asking way to much here so please do tell me if
    so!
    I have a flash form, it contains a data grid, I have an
    update button which passes the id to another cfform on a new page
    to update the database feeding the cfgrid. However, what i would
    love to achieve is if I can click on update, but it opens the
    update form (prefilled) in a new tab of my existing form, and then
    when i update it it just reloads the form showing the first page
    with the grid on.
    Is there anyway to do this? I am more than happy to follow a
    tutorial if there is one

    Yeah design of SmartView is such it will open in current sheet, but we were looking for making something like SmartView to open every form in new sheet. Its been considered as a enhancement request by oracle and hope to see it somewhere in next versions.

    Thank you very much for your suggestions.
    But I am not creating a custom workflow in designer as Laura has mentioned. I am instead trying to create a new Out of the box Approval Workflow and I get the error mentioned above.
    As it works in other environment, I tried figuring out the possible differences which can lead to this error.
    Today I found one difference which is there are no form Templates within Infopath Configurations in Central Admin. Now I am trying to figure out what makes this form templates to be added to the template gallery.

  • When I open iTunes on my new computer using the .itl file, and using the same external drive holding the songs, all of the songs I added to iTunes up to a certain date have broken links, while none of the songs have broken links on the old computer.

    I want to open the  iTunes library on my new laptop with all the playlists and stuff I built on the old computer. I have all my music on an external drive. I have copied the .itl file from the old computer and opened it on the laptop, and it has all the playlists, but all of the songs that were added to iTunes up to a certain date have broken links. What am I doing wrong?

    Moving library files around while leaving the data in the same place usually presents no problems. Moving the data around independently from the library usually breaks things. With Windows machines all you should need to do is make sure that the same drive letter is being used on the new system as with the old. If that is not possible you need to get your library into a portable layout before moving it between systems.
    Typical layout of iTunes folders:
    When the media folder is inside the main iTunes folder as shown above then the library is portable. Typically with a split library the iTunes Music or iTunes Media folder (everything inside the red outline) is moved to a different drive by choosing a new locaton for it and then consolidating.
    To make the library portable again you need to copy the library files and album artwork folder into the parent folder of the media folder so that the nested relationship is recreated. (BTW If your media isn't already inside your designated media folder then you will also need to consolidate the files that are outside of it, before you copy the library files.) You can then use the hold-down-shift-when-starting-iTunes method to open the library file in that parent folder. Once the library has been opened, tested and closed you are most of the way there.
    The iTunes window inherits its title from the folder holding the library files so, unless you created a folder called iTunes to hold the media folder, iTunes may now have an unexpected title when you run it. The parent folder can be renamed as iTunes, and the library opened again. Alternatively, if the parent folder is at the root of the drive, or has other data which you wish to leave in place, you can create a new top level folder called iTunes and move the library files, album artwork and media folders into it before opening and testing the library again.
    If the library doesn't work after any step simply reverse it by undoing a move or rename or opening the previous set iTunes Library.itl file.
    If all has gone well then the library is now portable. Once you've migrated the data to a new system you can copy the library files back to their usual internal location if you find that having them on the external drive affects performance...

  • Open Enrollment - No entry for form type B2

    Hello,
    I havea problem in open enrollment, when we save after the review, error -No entry for form type B2 is occured.
    I haveperformed all the necassary steps as below.
    1) Created new package and copy HR_BEN_ENRO and HR_BEN_CONF from 000 to current client as Z forms
    2) Activated the form.
    3) Assigned the above modified the templates in SPRO.
    I even see the new entries in table T74Hl
    Let me know what is wrong

  • Opening Customer Standard Form to the Address Level

    Hello All,
    I am trying to either use/create an oracle function in order to open the customer standard form to the address level from another form in 11.5.10. i know I can do something like this:
    FND_FUNCTION.EXECUTE( 'AR_ARXCUDCI_STD'
    , 'Y'
    , 'Y'
    , 'CUSTOMER_ID='||<VARIABLE THAT IS THE CUSTOMER ID>);
    But this opens the form to the main section of the form. What I want is to open the customer form to the address level which is one level down.
    I have tried messing with the function statement above by trying different parameters with no success.
    I would really appreciate if someone could tell me what parameters to enter in order to achieve this or if they know of a form in 11.5.10 that does this then I can find how they did it from that.

    Do you have any idea how to disable a push button using forms personalization?
    For some resp, I have to take out the privilege to create new customer.

  • Open 'Final Rating Page' with the New Proficiency Level Pre-Populated

    Here is the requirement.
    Competency rating entered in the 'Update Standard Appraisal' page, to be Pre Populated in the 'New Proficiency Levels' of the Final Rating Page. Though we have the Scores of the Final Rating Page pre populated with the proficiency levels selected in the previous page, if we do not have the New Proficiency Levels selected in the Final Rating PAge, then ratings would be stored as NULL. Meaning, user has to enter the information twice in the subsequent forms.
    Is there a way to get this done? Please do suggest.

  • T-code HRBEN0005 calling different form for open enrollment

    Hi,
    I have to create two different forms for different adjustment reasons for open enrollment(t-code HRBEN0005).
    But in the config table T74HL we can call only one form so I am looking for an enhancement where i can  pass the form name according to the adjustment reason.
    I am not able to find any such enhancement, please let me know if anyone has done this scenario.

    As I understand, you have a custom edit form, you would like to click a button and jump to another edit form. Correct me if there is any misunderstanding.
    If that is the case, you could create different view for a list edit form. Then use a button to switch among views to show different view. For more information:

    For the Oracle Business Process Workspace (BPM 11g), when opening a work item, is it possible to configure out the Workspace to open the Task Form in new window instead of opening in the bottom section under the work item list?

    under the above path, you will have img folder and place the image containing your custom logo.
    under the same path you will have src folder
    in that folder you can place your custom css file (eg. mycustomstyles.css) and you need to define your styles in this file
    you can call the style items for the presentation objects at design time for labels and all other objects. But do not forget to refer your custom css file in the properties section.
    Once you open the bpm presentation object in which you want to apply your css, in properties pane you observe four options in CSS sub section of properties. Here select the CSS file with webroot path and give appropriate styles to each presentation data objects.

    Can you explain your requriement clearly.
    You have two views ParentView and PDFView. Two views embedded in Window1.
    By default ParentView will be displayed.
    Now you are navigating from ParentView to PDFView. Then ParentView will be replaced by PDFView in Window1.
    So here what is ur requriement. Why do you want an seperate Window here.
    If you want to open the PDFView in a popup. Just create another Window2. Ember PDFView in Window2. Now from ParentView opent Window2 as a model/external popup.
