Open Tickets - No Active Assignments

Hello -
I have been asked to create a report with tickets that are "Open" and have no "Active Assignments".
Most tickets that are "Open" have at leaset one "Active" assignment. They want to find tickets that are open, but do not have any "Active Assignments" so they can issue an assignment for the ticket.
I need help with this please, as this calls for more than just basic skills. Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated.
A ticket can have multiple assignments - some assignments can be "Closed" or some can be "Active".
I have used (see below) these in the Record Selection to isolate these tickets but it's not taking. For example, ticket 1175373 has five assignments, 2 are "Active" and 3 are "Closed". This ticket is on the report because it fullfills the record selection code - it has three assignments that are "Closed". But the 2 active assignments are being ignored - so really according to the code below this report should not be on the report.
But, I would like tickets to be on the report if they are "Open" and have no "Active" assignments. Another example would be that a ticket would be on the report if it was "Open" and it had 3 "Closed" assignments and no "Active" assignments.
Date ({CallLog.RecvdDate}) in Lastfullmonth and
{CallLog.CallStatus} = "Open" and
{Asgnmnt.AssignStatus} <> "Active"

I have followed your suggestions and here are the results...
For example...ticket 1167818 should not be on the report because it has 1 active assignment and 5 closed assignments. Ticket 1167848 should not be on the report either - it has 2 active tickets and 3 closed tickets. And ticket 1167858 has 1 Active assignment and 3 closed assignments. These are probably on the report because of their closed assignments. Because they have Active asssignments too, they should not be on the report.
Tickets should only be on the report if they are Open and have no Active Assignment - they can have closed assignments.
I added {CallLog.CallStatus} = "Open" to the record selection and I have a formula {Asgnmnt.AssignStatus} <> "Active" under the column "NotActive". I have also removed some columns that are not really needed for developing this report.

When i tried to test compont crm_ui_frame,using transaction code bsp_wd_cmpwd,it opens the url
Where in, i am not able to enter user name and password, those fields are gray out. System seeking the fallowing errors:

Hence, please help me in this regards, and for your kind information, i have crm2007 and TREX servers both are on single machine, and i do have DNS server connected to my system.

I have these parameters set on my CRM 2007 system and the saplpgon ticket works fine.

You have to activate HTTPS for the ICM and you have to choose "Logon via HTTPS" for the
/sap/crm_logon service in SICF.

Function modules to open a CRM activity

Hi all,
What are the Function modules available to open a CRM activity ( in change or display mode) when we have the GUID of the activity.
The "BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_CHANGEWDIALOG" is working from a standalone program but it is not working when I am already in the activity through a transaction.

Then try a Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)
If perchance you can't find your install Disc, at least try it from the Safe Boot part onward.

First of all, thank you for replying so promptly to my posts this morning!
I can't remember how I got the software on his computer, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't through migration assistant.
I was looking into doing an uninstall of InDesign and a fresh install. However, I initially downloaded the CS5 suite digitally and I can't find out how I am able to perform a fresh install of InDesign. Do you know where I find this info or gain access to download just InDesign again? I can't seem to find anything in my Adobe account that shows where I might do another download.

Can't get links in my e-mail to open in the active window

I just upgraded to Firefox 4, and while I like how much faster it is and how much less bogged down my Vista laptop is (FF is open pretty much constantly), I'm still struggling a bit with some of the "look and feel" tweaks.
The big problem I'm having right now is that I cannot figure out how to get links in e-mail to open in the active browser window (they keep insisting on opening new windows, which to me makes for clutter). I'm using Thunderbird 3.1.9.

1.Please do the message tracking for the messages which you have send to the outside world.
2.Just check is there any messages held up On the queue viewer in exchange 2013.
3.make sure all the required exchange services are up and running.
test-servicehealth | ft -au
4.make sure all the required server components are active in the exchange 2013 server.
Get-ServerComponentState –Identity "server name"
5.make sure you are having an enough space on the disk drive where the exchange transport queue database resides.
6.Just enable the protocol logging on the send connector and check the logs.
7.You would have use either smart host or your exchange server to directly communicate with the mail servers in internet .So please make sure the name resolution part is working fine.
8.Most importantly you need to check the send connector configurations and reach ability to the smart host if you have on your network.

Open Item Management activation for GL accounts in ECC 6.00

Hi Experts,
There is an issue about Open item Management activation for GL line items of FBLL03 for VAT GL code. Unexpectdly do not check the open item management in VAT GL account Master record while created the GL master record in 2007. Now we activated Open item Management in GL master record for same GL to nulify the balances with setoff account and same reversed after activation. Now issue is how it is possible to activate Open item Management for previously posted documents ? Is there any standard SAP Program for ECC 6.00 Release SAP _APPL 600.
Please revert.

Create a new account with the correct account assignment. Post your
items to the new account. If you want to use the original account
number, you must bring the account balance to zero, change the account

Open in safari activity missing

After upgrading to iOS 8.3 the "Open in Safari" activity is missing from the share sheet and is not available in the "more" list on my iPad mini. (It is still available on my iPhone 5s.) Is there a way to restore the "Open in Safari options?

I would like all links to open in the active tab, unless I command-click on the link.

I've searched for answers to this question, and I was able to adjust the values for preferences in about:config so that all links open in the active tab, but after doing so I am unable to command-click to open a link in a new tab. Is there any way to change certain preferences so that command-clicking will override the browser.link.open_newwindow preferences? Or maybe there's some other way around this?
This might seem like an odd request, but several sites I use (Tumblr especially) open nearly all links in a new tab by default, and it quickly gets out of hand. A "same-tab unless command-click" configuration would allow me to control where every link opens. Also, I would still like all links from external applications to load in a new tab.
I'm using Firefox 32.0 on Mac OS X 10.9.4.

When I am on RWB
1) click "component monitoring" ->"display all"
2) click "CCMS"
I get a popup says:
"SSO logon not possible; logon tickets not activated on the server"
I find some threads about this on SDN but they are about
EP. My case is PI7.0SP08.
Please advise how to overcome this issue?

do you have the follwoing in our SXMB_ADM if not add them.
SXMB_ADM->IntegrationEngine configuratin-> edit the speicifc configuratin then add the follwoing

If its done. check this alos...whether your browser settings will accept the cookies or not. for SSO logon ticket method you need to have cookies accepted by our browser so check it. in internet page slect TOOLS ->internet options then ckeck for cookies settings.

In the ticket section, I have two Open Ticket options. Only one works

How can I remove the Open Tickets option that does not work? I can't find the settings that would let me remove that entry.

I tried to open a bookmark and it opened in an active window as a frame, not a separate tab or window. What's going on?

I've been having problems with Firefox hanging (seems related to Flash on a particular website). Through hours of troubleshooting yesterday, including on the phone with my ISP's help desk, it was recommended I "refresh" Firefox. I've done that before, and I did it yesterday again. This morning I opened Firefox to my home page (my ISP's portal), checked my email, logged out of email, closed that tab, opened two other forums and Photobucket--three tabs open in the window--to post photos and contribute to discussions in both forums. When done, I logged out of both forums and Photobucket, closed each tab separately, then quit Firefox. (While in Photobucket, Flash crashed several times....but that's not unusual with Photobucket in my experience. It's a different problem I am still dealing with....but forget it right now....) As part of yesterday's "refresh", I set Firefox to empty the cache and cookies and other files upon quitting.
Later in the day today, I opened Firefox, my ISP's portal opened as usual and expected (my "Home page"). Sometimes, rather than close that window/tab, I just open a bookmark and it opens in that same window, but replacing the previous window and its contents. That is normal operating procedure for me. You know, rather than having two windows open where I'll have to close the first one, I just have the bookmark open in place of the original window/contents.
Today (and it's happened before today, but only infrequently), the bookmarked page opened as if it was a frame in the active window....that is, my ISP's portal occupies about 3/4 of the window, but over on the left side of the window (not another tab or window, but in the very same window) is a slender partial view of the bookmarked page. This new web page--totally unrelated to the original page--has a scroll bar at the bottom, but can't be made to fill the window....the previously opened web page acts as a barrier to seeing the "new" frame/web page. While I can grab the right border of this "new frame" and drag it to the right, it still can't push the "old" original web page out of the way....the old page reaches some minimum limit and I get a split screen view of two entirely different web sites contained in exactly the same active window.
The "new" frame has an "x" in the upper right corner, so I could close it.....but my question is, why did it open in a completely different company's web page/window....how can two web pages from completely different organizations/companies/websites occupy the same active window in Firefox? I have screenshots.....attached. And, oh yes, besides the HOW and WHY of it, how can it be prevented (or is the best thing to just right click and open it in a new tab or window.....??????) That still doesn't satisfy me....I'm someone who needs to know WHY something happened that should not have happened. It makes me crazy when something strange happens and the "solution" is to change MY behavior. (You know, like if YOU were the problem, but I have to change MY behavior instead of fix what's wrong with YOU.....when fixing YOU might render the entire situation obsolete.)

You do not have the properties in the Bookmarks Manager (Library), but you should have it if you right-click a bookmark the Bookmarks Toolbar or in the bookmarks sidebar.
On Mac you probably do not have it if you right-click an item in the Bookmarks menu (this menu is under control of the Mac OS), but I assume that this should work if you click the "Show your bookmarks" button on the Navigation Toolbar that is next to the star to bookmark the current tab and right-click an item in the bookmarks list that opens.

I am having two problems with tabs in FF 4.0.1: no close "x"; and new tabs don't open adjacent to active tab.

I don't know if it's a glith with mine, a change in the software, or a setting that isn't set, but my tabs don't have an "x" to close them.
Also, my previous version of Firefox opened a new tab adjacent to the active tab. Version 4.0.1 seems to have returned to the older standard of opening tabs at the end of the list. Is there a way to switch where new tabs open?

You can reset the tab prefs on the about:config page in case they have been changed.

Open item mgmt activated for A/C with old program instead of new in NEW GL

Our version is ECC6.0 (EHP3) and activate NewGL, the open item management parameter for the account was forgot choosing during go live, Now the account have actual posting ,we can't tick open item management parameter directly. so we run these programs are ZFSEPA02 and ZFSEPA03.
the program run successfully and activated the Open Item mgnt but now this is giving error "document splitting error; no open items to processXXXX/XXXXXXXXX/XXXX", because these programs only for below ECC6.0, unfortunately couldnt run the new program which is suitable with NEW GL(ECC6.0)
checked even with FAGL_ACTIVATE_OP and OSS 175960 but there are other threads which are not suggesting this.
Please, valuable suggestions are needed, I know there are many threads which spoke about this but not in this same case.
hoping to solve this issue with great ideas from all SAP gurus.

with this I understand that for the account, the program(trns FAGL_ACTIVATE_OP) executed is not able to post to rest of ledgers except the leading ledger and need to post by manually in FBB1? what is return postings in the note?
for more information for the account used is a balance sheet account and has open items after execution of old program "Z"RFSEPA02. so while trying to clear them by F-03 it sends the above(in 1st port) mentioned error. Here I understand that first need to post(clear) manually to those open items which are posted before marking OI. am I right?, please enlighten me.
