Openscript with E-business R11i issue- Error occurred in Forms LT recorder

Hi,
When I try to record(load test script) on E-Business Suite R11i application, Openscript gives the following error popup during launching forms from inside E-Business application.
Error occurred in Forms LT recorder
When I finish recording, I notice that no forms are recorded.
How can I resolve this?
I can manually access the forms page and perform actions.
I can understand that this is due to Jinitiator and Java versions on my laptop. But I cannot resolve the issue.

Hi CP,
Yes I have seen this, and I tried some debugging activities (log checking, JConsole etc), and couldn't resolve this at all, as there was no more information to be had.
As my good colleague Jamie has pointed out, you should raise an SR for this.
Let me know how you get on......

I'm also getting this error when trying execute OpenScript load testing against forms. Using the latest version of OpenScript 9.10 against Oracle 11GR1 app server and DB. The functional testing component seems fine but go into load testing recording and you get thousands of error messages.
Strange that there is no report of this anywhere else or on metalink. Any help would be appreciated.

on the current command. The results, if any, should be discarded". We are facing this issue for past two month.But funny thing is server will be up automatically with out any service restart manually. Also if we try to restart the SQL
server service manually then SQL server will be in a dead lock situation and it will not come up even if we wait for long time. Then we should do a windows server machine restart to
make the SQL sever up. As a suggestion from Microsoft to fix this kind of similar issue,
we have installed service pack 3 for SQL Server. But even after we are facing same issue.
Server Details:
Server OS: Windows Server 2008 R2
Two type of database servers are installed on server:
1. MS SQL Server 2008 R2
2. My SQL
Also Reporting server is configured for the purpose of generating SSRS report from a dot net website.

I have tried but still not clear about your issue, I would like you provide more details information about your issue based on below points to better analysis about the issue:
What action did you do and caused the error "A severe error occurred on the current command. The results, if any, should be discarded", did you run report on the web application or something else then the error happen?
If you rendering the report and got the error, please try to provide us more error information in the log files which path like:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS10_50.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\LogFiles
If it is not the case in step1, Please try to provide SQL Server Error log(SQL Server Logs) and more details information.
If you still have any problem, please feel free to ask.

Please let me know the OS you are using and the exact error message that apeared.
If the files have already been downloaded then try running the setup.exe file to see if the installation initiates.
You might want to retry the download and check again.

Procedure
Inform your system administrator.
Procedure for System Administration
Check the "ZSF_LE_PASS_EMP_COPY" form and correct any errors. Then reactivate form "ZSF_LE_PASS_EMP_COPY".
Check for graphics inserted in the system.
when i discussed this issue with ABAPER then he said that user is getting this issue due to missing authorization. if there is missing authorizations then why these authorization are not showing in SU53.
your guidance is required?

Error occurs during Asset Master Record Creation.

Hello SAP Gurus,
The error occurs during asset master record creation.
Our fiscal year variant is Z6 (July to June). The asset was acquired in June 15 (previous fiscal year) but was only set up on July 30 (this fiscal year) . When we put the depreciation start date as 15 June the error appeared. While saving the Asset master we are getting below error.
We tried the same with Post Capitalization of Asset (ABNAN) there also we are getting same error.

have you generated the period controls properly? If not, the error is raised correctly by the system.
To generate period controls go to:
IMG Asset Accounting -> Depreciation -> Valuation Methods -> Period Control -> Generate Period Controls / or you can use OA84

I have created an InfoPath form that submits to a Sharepoint library with custom workflow attached. The workflow is initiated when the user submits the form. An email is sent to the supervisor who clicks the "Encoded Absolute URL" and approved
the form via the emailed form. Then, based on certain criteria the form is either emailed to the VP or the workflow is complete. The VP is sent an email and clicks the "Encoded Absolute URL" and sumbits the form via the emailed form. This is
how I would like it to work. The reality is, the form submits and is emailed to the supervisor and the supervisor is able to approve but when the form is sumbitted I get an error. The error is "InfoPath cannot submit the form. An error occured while
this form was being submitted. The form cannot be submitted to the following location: <URL> The file <URL> is checked out for editing by <me> The operation completed successfully." The operation did not complete successfully and it
is not checked out. I have read in previous posts that the file is locked. Since I am in the testing faze of the project there is no one else using the form. I have waited 24 hours and the lock has not been released. Please help!!! My deadline is growing short.

I ran into your post while having a similar issue. I don't have a 'full' fix for you, but I noticed at least in our case if you made sure you opened the Infopath form through the browser instead of the client Infopath program (use the drop-down menu
and open in browser) the error doesn't occur. Hope that helps some....

I have double and triple checked and the file is named properly, exists in the exact location (pics/) and the permission on the file is set to read/write for all
It was working but the last two times I used PUT I got this error. I can't find anything wrong with the file or it's location. The file IS on the server already but I don't like having unresolved errors like this.
I had one similar a few years back and I can't remember how I resolved it.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

OK, just tried, that. Same issue. Tried again (just for good measure) but still get the same error.

HT1766 I was halfway through downloading iOs7 when it froze, so I turned it off and now it is in the recovery mode and says to restore it. I tried to restore it and it comes up with the code "An unknown error occured (3194)" What can I do?

Somebody suggested clearing the Store cache. I don't know why that would affect the radio. Seems to have not worked for some, worked for a few or maybe they imagined it. Many other posts about this if you browse the forum.
This is happening to some people some of the time in some places, but then not affecting people in other places, or in the same place at different times. You try to guess what is going on. Hasn't happened to me. Maybe it's my iTunes 7.5, or maybe it's luck of the draw since I never use iTunes radio.

Hangs with Javascript busy or stopped error on every website I open

I have firefox 20.0.1 and Java SE 7 U21 10.21.2.11 Plugin installed..I don't have any older versions of Java installed..I have checked and there are no older java consoles or plugins..
For last couple of day..for any website I open (Facebook.com, Espncricinfo.com, dx.com, even Support.mozilla.org or any mozilla troubleshoot page searched through google).. Firefox hangs..then gives me a popup error window with following message;
"A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete." (message is followed by the path of .js script file..different filename for different site)
I disabled Java plugin from "extentions" , restarted firefox and opened facebook. I expected to open facebook properly and get a "no java installed or enable java" error at the most but instead same thing happened and got the same error message..
Even after disabling Java plugin I am getting same error on all websites...
Infact other than opening google and searching I cannot use firefox for any other website..
Even this message I am posting using Opera because firefox wont let me open this page also..
Anyone has any solution?

I have solved this issue..
First of all thanks everyone for suggestions...
Thing is I used to use firefox without any added extensions or add-ons..so my firefox only had plugins/add-ons/extensions installed automatically by programs.. i.e. Flash, Java SE, QuickTime and Foxit Reader plugin..
As previously stated..disabling any or all of thse plugins was not solving the issue..
So I backed up my bookmarks..
I uninstalled firefox... removed all settings and data and profiles...removed any leftover files too...
Then I re-installed firefox using "Run as Administrator" ....
And the issue is solved....
the Flash, QuickTime, Java SE and Reader plugins were automatically enabled after first use...
And so far I have opened lots of websites (which used to hang and give error window) without any issue..I have also played flash games online...and accessed content that needs Javascript enabled..
And I am typing this reply using Firefox only...which was not possible when I had the issue...
I don't know exactly what or why the problem was...but it is solved now..

My Ipod locked up because I forgot my password when it opened to the lock screen and it then said IPod disabled connect to itunes. When we did that it asked to restore did that and backed up my ipod then restored. Now it says "IPod connect be restored and unknown error has occurred 2009". What do we need to do now"? If you experience this issue on a Mac, disconnect third-party devices, hubs, spare cables, displays, reset the SMC, and then try to restore. If you are using a Windows computer, remove all USB devices and spare cables other than your keyboard, mouse, and the device, restart the computer, and try to restore. If that does not resolve the issue, try the USB issue-resolution steps and articles listed for Error 1604 above. If the issue persists, it may be related toconflicting security software. If the errors persist on another computer and known-good USB cable, the device may need service.
The "device may need service" means a hardware problem. In that case make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

Does it install (or uninstall and then reinstall) properly for you? If so, does your device connect without that message now?
