Hi all,
I want to change standard print out of "Inspection Instruction " to a custom smart form is it is possible to add a button in QA03 screen to call this smart form or any other method to call a smart from. from this screen

For adding new button for displaying Smartforms, You have to use scree Exit For that:
Use Given BElow Program and find screen Exit According to your Requirement.

         There is a standard report S_ALR_87012085  which is used to generate the vendor Aging Analysis , I need to change the out put format without using an enchacement   I am not aware exactly about imlicit and explicit enchancement if any body know about it please let  me know  the steps how we can achive this .

  • Out Put not generating for a change in PO

    Hi Gurus..
    Recently Our client requirement is to have Full PO out put for a change in PO for EDI output.
    I have found from Net that we need to do customizing setting at below path-
    1 )SPRO-IMG-Material Management-Purchasing-MessageOut Put Control-Message Determination Schemas -Define Message Determination schema for PO-Assign Schema to PO
    We need to Unflag the Tab "M'
    2) SPRO-IMG-Material Management-Purchasing-MessageOut Put Control-Message Tpes--Define Message Type for POFine tune control-PO
    I have deleted the Operation 2 NEU Change
    I have done all above settings in Quality client
    But after the above customizing setting I have ound no PO output is generated for a change PO in repective client.
    Hence to revert all above custmoizing setting, I have flaged the Tab "M" & also added the Operation 2 NEU Change.
    But after all above reversal also, I have found that still no PO output is generated for any change in PO.
    Your help on the above issue is highly appreicated...what have gone wrong & solution for the same.

    Hi Deepak,
    Please chek the field / value which u have changed is relavant to  printouts of the change.
    You can check  with following path
    SPRO> MM > Purchasing > Message > Fields Relevant to Printouts of Changes.
    Confirm tick is provided for PO ( P)

    I add the keyword 'sync' to any photos I want added to the iPhone/iPad.
    Then, during the regular process of syncing the iPhone/iPad with my computer (mac), the photos with that keyword would be copied onto the iPhone, iPad.
    I've been doing it this way ever since I was shown how to; ie after I got my iPhone 2 years ago. And every time the process worked - until the last few weeks. Suddenly it doesn't do it any more.
    I believe I have upgraded software (either iTunes or iPhoto or both) during this period. I try to keep my software updated but have noticed previously that the new version often is disappointing.
    I've not tended to use Smart albums much.

    Hi,
    Stroke styles are disabled in HTML5 Canvas document type as the target platform doesn't support those. Please check your document tab if it reads '<yourfilename> (Canvas)' then you have created a HTML5 Canvas document.
    If you have created HTML5 document by mistake, then you can copy paste your layers into AS3 document then you can change the stroke style to your desired option.

    We cannot change the output that is once created,but reprocess it.
    If the programs/script behind the output are changed during reprocess,then the
    changes will be reflected when the output is reprocessed.

    I have maintained all the relavent MRP datas in material master.
    Like MRP type - PD,
    Lot Size- MB ( Monthly Lot size).
    I have created planned independent requirement in MD61 monthly wise for that material.
    I have given Schedule agreement number in Source in List with MRP indicator - 2.
    I am running MRP for a material with MD02 with MRP parameter Delivery schedules -3 (Schedule lines) .
    The MRP running succesfully and creating delivery Lines with delivery dates.
    But the requirement by the client is..
    The delivery lines should be generated in month wise.
    How to convert the schedule lines generated in day format to Month format in MRP run out put?
    While creating schedule lines with ME38. we have option to select the day format / month format/ week wise?
    But the MRP out put always generated in date wise?
    Any one knows what changes i should make?

    Hi there,
    idealy its not possible in standard sap.
    but you can do one thing that...
    copy original programme of MD04 and create ZMD04 transaction  or you can search a usefull function mdule. Here you can convert date in months by using some abap code of function module if available.
    i know this is a very rough idea about solution bu it will help definitely help you

  • Out put problem in Ad hoc query reports

    Hi Gurus,
    I am tryting to generate a report through Ad hoc query in S_PH0_48000510 - Ad Hoc Query SAP/Query/HR_ADM - > Selected several options like personnel number / employee name / entry date / leaving date.
    But when we select it shows the input details but when i try for output the entry date / leaving date even the names of the employees are not reflecting.
    But the age/date of birth other fields are coming in output.
    Kindly let me know the solution to get a out put. If there is any changes need to be done in the back end. Pls advice with the path details.

    Use the following method
    Defining Output Devices for Printing Using E-Mail
    To print using e-mail, you must specify an output device in the print window that has been specially set up for this print method. You can create the output device through the device definition.
    This definition creates an output device that sends the print data as an attachment to an e-mail. You can then open and print the print data with the appropriate program.
    ·        The access method M must be available in the device definition (transaction SPAD -> Output Devices -> Change -> Output device -> Create/Create Using Template -> HostSpoolAccMethod -> Host Spool Access Method).
    If the access method M is not available, you must first run report RSPO0075 in transaction SE38, to activate the access method. It will then be available to you in transaction SPAD.
    To do this, enter the name of the report in the Program field in transaction SE38, and choose  Execute. Select the option Add Access Method, and choose the access method M as the access method to be added.
    ·        In principle, you can use any device type that can be used in the device definition. However, you must ensure that a suitable printer or display program is available on the target system.
    For e-mail printing with device type pdf1, there must be a PDF display program available, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, so that you can open and print the attached PDF file as required.
    Procedure
    If you want to create a device definition for printing using e-mail, follow the procedure below:
           1.      Call transaction SPAD, and choose Output Devices.
           2.      If you are not in change mode, switch to this mode by choosing Change.
           3.      You can now do the following:
    ¡        You can create a new device definition by choosing Output Device -> Create.
    ¡        You can use an existing device definition as a template.
    To do this, click the entry for the output device that is to be used as a template, and choose Output Device -> Create Using Template.
           4.      Specify the name of the output device and fill out the mandatory fields of the individual tab pages as follows:

    If the user in the print window selects an output device with access method M for printing using e-mail (and for releases up to SAP Web AS 620, then chooses enter), a field appears, in which the user can enter an e-mail address if required. The length of this mail address is restricted to 50 characters.
                                b.      If no e-mail address is specified, the e-mail is sent to the address that is specified in the device definition.
    The length of this e-mail address is also restricted to 50 characters.
                                c.      If there is neither an e-mail address specified in the print window, nor in the device definition, the mail is sent to the mail address from the user profile (transaction SU01). By default, the creator of the mail is entered here.
    This function was originally developed to replace the frontend printing function that was missing up to SAP Basis 4.6 for the SAP GUI for HTML. The user should be able to send the print file to himself or herself by e-mail and to print it.
           5.      Save your entries.
    The message text of the e-mail is defined by default, however, you can change it, as described at the send of SAP Note 311037.
    For more information about printing using e-mail, see SAP Note 513352 in the SAP Service Marketplace.
    Result
    You can use the output device defined for access method M to print using e-mail. If you choose a print function such as , you can specify this output device in the following print window.

  • Enrolled Macs' "Sleep" option is greyed out

    Hello,
    As soon as a Mac is enrolled into our OS X Server it becomes unable to "Sleep." The Sleep option under the Apple menu is greyed out and even closing the lid will not put the Mac to sleep. This has been a big issue because it is killing our machines' battery life.
    There are no management settings enabled for any of the Macs, under Profile Manager and they are not in any device groups. There are also no management settings enable for the users of the machines nor are the users in any groups. As soon as they are enrolled, the Sleep option is greyed out and nothing will allow them to sleep.
    This was happening with the Server version right before Version 4. We updated hoping Version 4 would resolve this issue but it did not. All help is greatly appreciated!

    2.6ghz Quad Core i7 Processor
    16gb of RAM

    It appears Apple needs to fix a problem with the "Login Window" Payload in Profile Manager.
    To enable sleep on a mac until the settings are pushed out again use terminal and enter the following:
    sudo pmset -a disablesleep 0
    You will also need to do this if you remove the "Login Window" Payload from the settings you push out, since the mac won't revert to the working settings.
    I notified Apple about this thread.
    PS I was able to manually change the config profile (downloaded from Profile Manager) with text editor to get it working the way I wanted, but I only have one client computer. If you do this, there were 2 entries. I found them by searching the config for "sleep". Change the entries from true to false. You can then install the modified settings profile.
