ORA-22913 when doing CTAS command

Question

On my Oracle 11.1, I have a nested table, and I'm trying to invoke command:
CREATE TABLE TXV.IS_PODACI215_STAGE  NESTED TABLE DATA4 STORE AS IS_PODACI215_STAGE_1 AS SELECT * FROM TXV.IS_PODACI215 WHERE 1=2but, I'm receiving an error:
ORA-02320: failure in creating storage table for nested table column DATA4
ORA-22913: must specify table name for nested table column or attributethis is table script:

Post definition for type t_ntcip_char_table. Most likely it is another nested table for which you also need to specify store as table. I will assume t_ntcip_char_table is nested table. Then:
