Oracle 10.2 Streams DB Content Cross Check/Comparison available ?

Hi !
We have two Oracle 10.2.0.3 DB sync'd via Streams and would like to know if there's a tool available to check whether the two DBs are in sync. Since we use COMMIT_SERIALIZATION=NONE we cannot ensure things are completely in sync for transactions not constrained by DB; quoting the COMMIT_SERIALIZATION behavior:
"Regardless of the setting for the commit_serialization parameter and apply process parallelism, an apply process
always respects dependencies between transactions that are enforced by database
constraints."
Since we have application logical constraints (not DB enforced) on top of DB constraints, it may be helpful a tool to check the DB content (table by table or object by object for instance) across the two DBs.

In 10.2 use DBMS_RECTIFIER_DIFF
