// Get all the rows of a iterator
Row[] rows = dcIteratorBindings.getAllRowsInRange();
for (Row row : rows) {
String csoName= (String)row.getAttribute("CSOName");
_logger.info(csoName);
return null;
-- but if I try like this in my page

Hi Frank
Thanks for the help, this Iterator is coming from the BPM, so rows and attributes should be there, I am able to fetch the rows and attribute in my bean as I updated.
Now if the things updated is wrong then how can I iterate through the all rows in my jspx page, using a foreach.
Thanks
Vipin

mudebao,
Looks like you are using a java.util.HashMap somewhere in your model, and that hash map is being modified by more than one user/thread at the same time...
[url http://download.oracle.com/javase/1.4.2/docs/api/java/util/HashMap.html]Documentation for java.util.HashMap says:
Note that this implementation is not synchronized. If multiple threads access this map concurrently, and at least one of the threads modifies the map structurally, it must be synchronized externally.You need to use something other than a hash map.

Hi timo,
Thanks for ur reply...
we are using unbounded taskflow.
In Controller class(page def file), we refered the class that implements PagePhaseListener
The following override methods has created
public void afterPhase(PagePhaseEvent pagePhaseEvent) {
//In this area we used to read the session object file which is written and sent by another application(application to application navigate).
If session object file exists,will allow the user to navigate into the requested page else will navigate in to login(security aspect).
public void beforePhase(PagePhaseEvent pagePhaseEvent) {
Is we used Controller class wrongly ???
Is there any relationship with region controller???
Mani

• Oracle ADF Model and BC4J api reference in JDev 10.1.3.03

Hi
Where I can find Oracle ADF Model and Business Components API Reference in JDev 10.1.3.03? Maybe it's not ready yet?

I don't know how up-to-date they are, but the javadoc files are all archived into jar files in the JDeveloper installation at: <jdev-install-dir>\jdev\doc\ohj. Most of the business component interfaces and classes are covered in the bc4jjavadoc.jar. You can either open the index.html file of the jar in JDeveloper and move through the links in the preview pane, or use the jar utility (or other unzipping util) to extract the jar file into your directory structure and then access the html files directly.

Apparently, you are an Oracle developer working on Fusion Apps. It seems to me it would be more appropriate to ask in an internal forum, seeing as that most of us here have no access to the software you're using.

Strangely, the same app i deployed on the Unix Development Server & the it works perfectly fine.
I went through all the forum solution, nothing has helped me out :(
Please Help.
Thanks.

Hi Timo.
Following are the answers.
Which jdev version? --- 11.1.1.3.0
Which kind of application? ---- It is a simple ADF fusion application.
What Other systems your application talks to? --- Application is having DB as Oracle & Weblogic server, doesnt talk to any other systems.
Which kind of security do you use? --- JAAS security.
I have a login page. After entering the UID & PWD, it gets verified against JAAS. If it is a valid user it displays the Screen with all the records for that User.
Problem is when i Click on the Login button, it tries to do something for a second & after a while it displays this exception on the screen.
My Local server is a Windows server, while this same application works fine when deployed to a Unix Server. I checked all the configuration on both the servers, didnt get anything that makes any difference.
Pls Help.
Thanks.
Tina.

Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply.
- is your portlet container running? -- YES
- do you run your consuming application from JDev? If so, is the proxy setting turned off, or having your localhost and IP as an exception? -- Im consuming it from jdev only and proxy is turned off.
- if running as a deployed application, is there a firewall between consumer and provider? - It is delployed in my machine only.
My application is Event Based Calendar, i have 2 dropdowns to select the month, & year also a button. when i click on the button i'm getting the following response in the browser
"Unable to process portlet action for portlet binding Event4_1"

• Solved: ClassNotFoundException: oracle.adf.model.servlet.ADFBindingFilter

Just upgraded to Jdeveloper 11.1.1.1.0. When running locally, the weblogic server deploys the applications just fine. When I deploy my application to another standalone Oracle WebLogic 10.3.1 server, I get the following message:
[12:30:00 PM] Weblogic Server Exception: weblogic.application.ModuleException: Failed to load webapp: 'hdr.war'
[12:30:00 PM] Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: oracle.adf.model.servlet.ADFBindingFilter

[12:30:00 PM] weblogic.application.ModuleException: Failed to load webapp: 'hdr.war'
[12:30:00 PM] #### Deployment incomplete. ####
[12:30:00 PM] Deployment FailedI am not sure why this works on the local WebLogic server, but not the standalone. Today, I installed the Oracle WebLogic 10.3.1 standalone server from scratch, then ran the JDeveloper Installer to include the ADF libraries that have the new three letter designation that I don't remember right now. Something like jtl, jrl, ...
I also tried to deploy the deployment .war file manually to the standalone server with the same error message.
Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks, Ken

Branislav,
On my first try, I got a different error. So I went to the application properties and modified the Application Assembly. Both the model and the viewcontroller were not checked. I am not sure if I need both or not, but I checked them both. I created the ear and had it deployed to my Oracle WebLogic 10.3.1 server. Worked Great!
Thank you! Ken

• Access BAPIs Using the SAP Java Resource Adapter

Hi experts,
Can someone tell me how to Access BAPIs Using the SAP Java Resource Adapter?

hi Shweta,
Please refer the step by step procedure:
1. Start the deploy tool of the SAP J2EE Application Server with the DeployTool.bat in the directory //<SAP J2EE Engine Installation Directory/.../j2ee/deploying.
2. Choose Project → New Project and enter a name for the new project.
3. Click on the Deployer tab.
4. From the menu path, choose Deploy → EAR → Load Module and select the sapjra.rar file.
5. For the newly created node sapjra.rar, choose Server Settings → Identity Subjects and select Caller Impersonation as authentication type, so that the J2EE user data is used to log on to the ABAP system.
6. Make sure that the J2EE Application Server is running. Connect to the J2EE Application Server with Deploy → Connect.
7. Deploy the sapjra.rar using the menu Deploy → Deployment → Deploy Module.
8. Enter SAPJRADemo as application name and start the application.
9. Close the deploy tool.
10. Start the Visual Administrator again.
11. Select the Cluster tab and switch to <Server Node> → Services → Connector Container.
12. Click on the Runtime tab and choose sap.com/SAPJRADemo → eis/SAPJRADemoFactory.
13. Choose Managed Connection Factory → Properties. On this page, you need to specify the logon data for the ABAP system. There is already some dummy data visible in the property list if no real system data has been specified so far.
14. To change the value of a property, select the property in the list, change the value underneath it, and add the changes using the Add button. At the end, do not forget to save all changes by pressing the button Save Changes. The user configured for the SAP JRA must be the user authorized to read metadata of function modules.

• Two Instances of Oracle Application Server 10.1.3.x using the same DB

I can't seem to find any documentation about installing two instances of Oracle Application Server 10.1.3.x using the same database.
Would the two instances conflict? Should I create a separate database for each instance? I am attempting to cluster two application servers and I want to know if I will need multiple databases, I can't see a reason why this would be a problem.
Any advice on this matter would be appreciated.

You have probably downloaded the wrong version.
Do not download the Oracle SOA Suite 10g (10.1.3.5.1) for WebLogic Server (10.3.1),
but the one below that option: Oracle SOA Suite 10g (10.1.3.x)
See if you get something like the following zip file: soa_windows_x86_101310_disk1.zip
This is just the OC4J without the WebLogic Server.

• I need to know how to access and use the Blue Tooth device that comes with the Thinkpad W520

Forgive me for being a techo illiterate. But I know that this thing supports Blue Tooth. And one "problem" with it is although it has a DVD and sound card, music and movies have very lousy audibility. Is there something I can do about that? I can barely hear anything on a movie unless I plug in head phones to the computer. But that leaves me stuck in my seat. I'd like to get cordless headsets. And I'm ready to purchase the Plantronics BackBeat 903+ Wireless Stereo Headphones - Mic, Rich Audio, Bass-boost, Voice Alerts, OpenMic, 3-way Earpiece. And have heard that it's compatable with a pc that has Bluetooth capabilities. but could someone get back to me with exactly how I access and use the Blue Tooth device?

I was searching for how to setup the 903+ and my W520 and came to this thread.
1. The OP was asking about audio and there are updated audio drivers / tweaks to get it louder / install different drivers.
but if you are going to go BT headset....
2. What I did for the 903+
Uninstalled the currently installed ThinkPad Bluetooth program. ( I forget the exact name, came stock and was out of date).
Required reboot.
Activated the Bluetooth with FN + F5 menu.
Downloaded the updated Bluetooth driver from lenovo (search lenovo driver matrix).
Ran the updated Bluetooth driver install.
Rebooted for good measure.
Double-clicked the Bluetooth Tray icon.
Clicked Add A Device.
Turned off my 903+ and continued to hold down the power to enable pairing mode.
Showed up in devices and added it.
Worked for audio. There are probably additional options for enabling the mic.
Hope that helps whoever might find this thread.

• HT3728 I do not need another wireless network but want to use the airport express for printer access only. Can this be done and how?

I do not need another wireless network but want to use the airport express for printer access only. Can this be done and how?

You can configure the AirPort Expess to "Join a wireless network" and enable the Ethernet port so that Ethernet devices will be able to connect.
In order to print from the iOS devices, you will need to have an application like Printopia installed on your Mac. The Mac must be active when you want to print.
More details here: Printopia - AirPrint to Any Printer - Print from iPad - Print from iPhone ...
There is a free trial available for Printopia, so make sure that it will work before you buy the AirPort Express.

• Can you use the Airport Express A1264 as an AP and a DHCP server at the same time?

Can you use the Airport Express A1264 as an Access Point and a DHCP server at the same time?
I would like to use it as a DHCP server and AP at the same time in my LAN (no internet, just local machines through a few switches). I was lead to belive this could be the case from a few networking friends that haven't been friendly enough to help me out setting it up.

I need it to act as a dLink/Cisco/Linksys/etc basic wifi router, in the fact that you can access it via wifi, and it will spit out DHCP addresses (192.168.1.xxx) to everything wired downstream of it.
I want to simultaniously provide a Wifi connection and a LAN connection at the same time

• Can I use the Airport Express to create a secure wireless network in a wireless-only hotel?

Can I use the Airport Express to log onto an unsecured hotel wireless network, without an ethernet cable, to create a secure wireless network for my MacbookAir, IPad, IPhone, etc.? If so, how is that done?

will the Airport Express allow you to log onto a hotel wireless network, and broadcast a secure wireless network in your room for your wireless devices, like the Ipad, Iphone, etc.?
The bottom line with a single AirPort Express is no.
The AirPort Express can only "extend" a wireless network when the network is being provided by another Apple router.
As you might imagine, it is extremely unlikely that that the hotel network....which no doubt uses professional wireless access points provided by a manufacturer of commercial systems.....would be compatible with an AirPort Express.
In many years of travel domestically and internationally, I cannot recall a time when a single AirPort Express would "extend" the signal provided by a hotel's wireless network.
However, if you had two AirPort Express devices handy, you might be able to configure one to "join" the hotel network and provide an Ethernet signal to the second AirPort Express, which would be configured to "create" your own "private" wireless network.
