Oracle error when rebulding index (transaction FMBSIDX_RECON)

when I test run transaction FMBSIDX_RECON it gives no error but when executing the program crashes and the error below appear in a dump. that is
ORA-00604 error occurred at recursive SQL level string
Cause: An error occurred while processing a recursive SQL statement (a
statement applying to internal dictionary tables).
Action: If the situation described in the next error on the stack can be corrected,
do so; otherwise contact Oracle Support Services.
ORA-01013 user requested cancel of current operation
Cause: The user interrupted an Oracle operation by entering CTRL-C,
Control-C, or another canceling operation. This forces the current operation to
end. This is an informational message only.
Action: Continue with the next operation.
the second error is interesting because no user has cancelled the operation(CTRL-C)

I am not sure that this problem is related to a database issue at all but I rather thing there's an application problem.
Do you have any notes applied concerning this transaction?

Hi Frank,
When you specified "sdo_indx_dim" instead of "sdo_indx_dims",
the parser is ignoring the parameter. Since the default
is 2, it still works fine.
Regarding sdo_rtr_override:
Glad that the workaround helped. This is a non-documented parameter
for R-tree that gives a workaround for any possible bugs that
are introduced as part of new features in new releases. Given
the nature of spatial, there could be some data-specific bugs. In 9.2,
there are some new clustering improvements (internal) and guessing
from the error stack the new one is running out of some stack space
internally due to data outliers (does not occur in all datasets though).
The sdo_rtr_override=0 defaults the behavior of the current operation
(create-index or query) to prior releases (like 9.1). This parameter
allows the users to work uninterrupted while things improve in new
releases. The behavior of this parameter should not be used to compare
performance etc. in different versions though and should be used only
as a workaround. (It is not documented due to these implications
and only recommended when needed by spatial).
Spatial will definitely try to improve on the error messages.
Please file a bug with some sample data or send Oracle
the data at the earliest so that this can be fixed properly.

Error when creating index with parallel option on very large table

I am getting a
"7:15:52 AM ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kxfqupp_bad_cvl], [7940], [6], [0], [], [], [], []"
error when creating an index with parallel option. Which is strange because this has not been a problem until now. We just hit 60 million rows in a 45 column table, and I wonder if we've hit a bug.
Version 10.2.0.4
O/S Linux
As a test I removed the parallel option and several of the indexes were created with no problem, but many still threw the same error... Strange. Do I need a patch update of some kind?

This is most certainly a bug.
From metalink it looks like bug 4695511 - fixed in 10.2.0.4.1

Based on the error messages it looks like this might be a Windows 7 security issue, which would be why it doesn't occur on XP since security is handled differently in that OS. Have you gone into dcomcnfg.exe and checked the DCOM permissions as described in the error message?

Error when executing the transaction SXMB_IFR (PI 7.00)

Hello All,
When I am executing the transaction SXMB_IFR I am getting the following message in the bottom.
The message is "Enterprise Services Builder address not maintained" and nothing is opened, I mean I am in the initial screen only.
And when I tried to check ditectly using URL "http://<hostname>:<port>/rwb/index.jsp" and tried to click on " Component Monitoring " it is giving the error "java.lang.NullPointerException" .
And when I tried to click on "Performance Monitoring" it is giving the error as follows

profile(not advisable to change though)

Business Transaction Profile - Error when using Z-Transaction Type

Dear Experts,
we are using SAP CRM 7.0 (Support Level 0007 - SAPKU70007). I have created a Z-Business Transaction Profile Z_IC_SERVICE.
SAP Help says:
Enter the transaction type to be used as a default in your scenario in the IC WebClient. For example, choose the transaction type 0010 (Interaction Record) if an interaction record is to be created automatically. The system creates this interaction record automatically after the interaction has started (for example, after accepting a call). During this, the activity clipboard in the interaction record is filled with the relevant data.
So when I am using the transaction type 0010 (Interaction Record) in my Business Transaction Profile all is OK that means I can search for accounts and I can confirm them to go on with the process.
BUT: When I entering here a Z Transaction Type (Z000) the systems shows the errors:
- Error occurred in class CL_ICCMP_CUCOIREC_IMPL, event InteractionStarted.
- Error occurred in class CL_ICCMP_CUCOIREC_IMPL, event BPConfirmed.
Then I have made a copy of the transaction type 0010 (Name of copy: Z010) and tried to use it in my Business Transaction Profile the system says:
Customizing settings missing. Assign partner functions to Z010
Anybody know what to do and where to avoid errors? Note 1346892 is obsolete in this case because we already have the highest Support Package Level.

Hi yes you were right. In the case of both transaction type I have corrected the customizing parameters in
SPRO -> Customer Relationship Management -> Interaction Center WebClient -> Business Transaction -> Assign Partner Functions to Business Transactions
In the case of Transaction Type Z010 I had Z-Partner Functions and and that leaded to the errors:
- Error occurred in class CL_ICCMP_CUCOIREC_IMPL, event InteractionStarted.
- Error occurred in class CL_ICCMP_CUCOIREC_IMPL, event BPConfirmed.
In case of the Transaction TYPE Z000 I forgot to assign the Partner Functions that is why this error appeared:
Customizing settings missing. Assign partner functions to Z010

You may receive the following error, or something similar, when trying to access the "Indexed Picklist" fields via webservices.

This error can be caused by searching for a picklist value that doesn't exist. In many cases, the picklist values are valid, but the developer is accessing the wrong picklist. This is a common mistake because the user interface, and WSDL files are a little different. Indexed Picklist 1 in the user interface is really IndexedPick0 in the WSDL definition file, not IndexedPick1 like many people would think.

When i am processing a transaction in XI,when i am sending the XML from RWB--->Integration Engine-->Test message. the message is successfully processing and it is showing that "Message sent". when i have seen this in SXMB_MONI--->Monitor for processed XML Messages,here i have seen the chequred flag saying that "Message processed successfully".but on the outbound process i have not found the chequred flag.when i have seen this in the versions of message monitoring(Message content and message display) there undere message display , i have found the below error.
What happened?

The incorrect HTMLB line is:

What can you do?
Call transaction SE80 and correct the syntax errors.
In SE80 choose 'Internet Service' and navigate to the relevant template.
To find out the service, theme and template name, follow the path to
the erroneous template:
"templates/webgui/dm/generator.html".
Remember to publish the corrected template on the site 'INTERNAL'so that
the change is activated.
i have done same thing which above mentioned,but i have not found anything? is there problem in the html or something else? how i want to see that html file please explain? is anyone faced this kind of problem earlier?

Go to SE80 in repository Browser and in the dropdown of different applications select Internet Service and in the below type in WEBGUI and enter now on the root folder right click and from the context menu select Publish - Complete Service
the same way do with SYSTEM
and then try to preview the iView.
it would resolve the issue.
the problem is with templates been corrupted. so republishing the template will overwrite the existing files and you will be able to preview the iView.

Error when using Vk12 transaction

Hi All,
When i am trying to use transaction VK12 for condition type i get the following hard stop.
Internal Error :T XKONH F KONDITION_ZUORDNEN I MV13AF0K.
I used VK+C for analysing and found some cocdition records mentioned under "Check condition key and VAKEY".
when i checked those records in KONH and KONP i could not find any errors as such.
What do you think is going wrong ? Any ideas ?

From your post its not clear that whether you have searched for it or not and I don't think anything, in fact I read what is written in question. If you had searched then you should have mentioned it because there are already many links and notes discussing this issue.
I had gone through your query very carefully and after that suggested you that note and link in which there are again 4 notes. This error is not that common and can be seen in varios programs/screens in SAP. Tax codes/tax conditions are used in VK12 and there are also many other transactions which use same logic and you don't need to be stick to VK12 only and think outside the box for resolving this type of issue.
FYI in SAP there can be many transactions or events where we get same error message and this is because SAP uses same logic in different programs. Condition technique is there in SD FI and MM.
You had asked for any idea and we are here to give suggestions and recommendtions when we don't know the exact solution. If you didn't get satisfactory answer then its better to raise your query to SAP.

Error when Closing BW transaction iView from Portal

Hi guys,
I have several Transaction iViews pointing to different BW / ECC systems that are working fine when they are executed.
Problem is when the user clicks on any other folder within portal after running any of these iViews, the following error is displayed:
"Required resource not available".
Then Portal gets frozen and only solution is to close the browser tab and reload portal. Looks like whenever the iView is closed, portal tries to log on again as it is calling the SAP GUI.
Any ideas ?

Hi,
It looks like a permission issue. You should check the permissions of the folder containing the system in the portal. (System Administration > System Configuration then Open Permissions on the system object). Every user who is supposed to have access to the iView should be there as End User (for instance : Everyone (group), Administrator = none, End User = checked).
