Oracle search string help required

Question

select  'NOT(C 4KF70_MOT=IN ''M9R A'',''M9R B'')'
from dualthe output is "NOT(C4KF70_MOT     =IN 'M9R A','M9R B'     )"
condition is IF THERE IS A WORD LIKE KF70 in the string then search shoud go backwards to find the word NOT (. if it is there then my query should return only M9R A AND M9R B (ie) the words inside the quotes.
Pls help
the output should be 'M9R A','M9R B'

NOT should be present only before the first occurance of KF70 that is before bracket '(' example is second condition.
