Oradim and open database problem ?

hi eveyone
I have problem when i am restarting my pc or restarting database the database did not open
I have checked the oradim log is showing :
Wed Sep 02 01:48:14 2009
C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\bin\oradim.exe -startup -sid orcl -usrpwd * -log oradim.log -nocheck 0
Wed Sep 02 01:48:15 2009
ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
then I run the oradim command again from dos prompt with following change :
+oradim.exe -startup -sid orcl - syspwd oracle -log oradim.log -nocheck 0+
after this command , the orcl database open and working fine
my question , what is prevent the original command to work correctly without problem ?
and how can I make orcl database open smoothly ?

Hi Aman ..
yes , I tried , and no change, the problem still there
please note that , the service start automaticly and if you check from service in administrator tools you will find the status "started"
you asked , why I am starting database by oradim ?, simply the answer because when I got this error I checked the "oradim.log " then i found that error which I mentioned before, after that, I tried to change the oradim parameter by passing sys password then it is working fine .
in the following is actual case
First way :
C:\>net stop oracleserviceorcl
The OracleServiceORCL service is stopping.
The OracleServiceORCL service was stopped successfully.
C:\>net start oracleserviceorcl
The OracleServiceORCL service is starting.
The OracleServiceORCL service was started successfully.
C:\>sqlplus sys/oracle as sysdba
SQL*Plus: Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production on Sat Sep 26 23:36:53 2009

SQL> startup
ORACLE instance started.
