Error : RFC Partner does not allow to start the Program.

Hello Guys,
     I have a requirement where in BAPI_DOCUMENT_CHECKOUTVIEW2 need to be called from the front end (JAVA).
     When i run this BAPI in SAP it works fine ,when i run the same form front end it throws the error saying
          "RFC Partner does not allow to start the Program."( I have checked the error in debug mode).
         SAPGUI is installed at the JAVA developers desktop,still am facing this error.
        The error is thrown at the below code:
                  CALL FUNCTION 'RFC_PING'
                                                DESTINATION 'SAPGUI'
                 EXCEPTIONS: communication_failure = 1 MESSAGE lf_msg_text
                                              system_failure        = 2 MESSAGE lf_msg_text.
Please suggest.

You need a RFC path in this case.You can check SM59 and contact your basis team regarding this.

Hi Vishnu,
1)Go to RZ11.
Enter Profile name aas SAPGUI/USER_SCRIPTING and the default value should be true.
Current Value should be set to true. -
This needs to be done by BASIS admin team.
2)Request System Admin team to allow eCATT and CATT allowed in this system.
3)In the SAPGUI front end at the menu,you have options to enable scripting.
The first two steps will be done by Basis team and the step(3) can be set by you.

Dear All,
System does not allow to void the payment on same day in R12. e.g. If payment is made on 18-NOV-2010, system does not allow to void on 18th. We can void payments if void date is greater than payment date.
Please let me know if you have any information to void payments on same day.

the data collection method CCMS_OS_COLLECT is an ABAP report as you can see in the method overview in rz21. This report is used to collect the operating system data and send it to the CCMS.
As soon as you install the sapccm4x agent on an instance the agent will take over the data collection for the operating system subtree (this is also described in [note 522453 |http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/522453]. Important: point 4. of the note!). I.e. as soon as the agent is responsible for the data collection you will see the mentioned CCMS_Cpu_Collect_c.
If the MTE doesn't display data you should check if the agent is running.

Photoshop does not close files and the program does not quit.

I have been on the phone with tech support for over an hour. Photoshop does not close files and the program does not quit. I am on a Mac and I am using Photoshop CC 2014.

Have you tried uninstalling Photoshop CC and re-installing? Another thing to try is to remove all Photoshop CC plist files. There is also the Cleaner tool:

Iphone 4s error sending email does not allow relaying

I am having problems sending emails on my new 4s iphone. I have an account thru qwestoffice.net and Yahoo. Both receive but will not send. Keep getting error message that says "recipient was rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying". This happens with both email addresses. I have set the accounts up with the same settings as I previously had on my Iphone 3g

When you checked the information, did you check the outgoing server settings?
Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Your email account>Account>Outgoing mail server - tap the server name next to SMTP and check in the primary server and make sure your username and password are entered and correct - even if it says that the password is optional.

TS3899 The email arrives with no problem, but when making a rely, the message pops up stating "The server does not allow relaying" and the reply is not sent.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

10.8 - image capture - "import to" does not allow to select a program

Hi,
after updating to 10.8 I was hoping that my problem with 10.7.4 and Image Capture would be solved but it persist and additionaly has removed all my setings.
When Image Capture shows the pictures of my iPhone I select some pictures and go to "Import To Other".
That will open the "Open" dialog with all Programs/Applications on my Mac, but all Programs/Applications are grayed out.
Until 10.7.3 one was able to select any program to send the pictures to it like Evernote, ExifRenamer, etc.
Anyone else has the same issue?

My HP Pavilion laptop came with window 8. I made the USB recovery for windows 8 using hp recovery manager. My windows was corrupted, while I was trying to install windows 7 in dual boot.
I used above USB recovery to restore factory default. But every time it is giving me error "HP Recovery Manager Failed error code = 0xefffff08"
Then I downloaded the OEM ISO mage for windows 8 and tried to do the clean install but now installation process is giving me error "The product key entered does not match any of the Windows images available for installation. Enter a different product key"
Please help me. To whom I have to contact?

I understand you tried to do a recovery and you received this error "oxefffff08".
First I would suggest you run a hardware diagnostics. Testing for Hardware Failures (Windows 8)
If no hardware failures are located, you have ruled that possibility out.

If you are still having an issue doing a recovery, I suggest contacting HP support and explain the issue you are having with doing a recovery. They may have another option available for you.

The clean install from an OEM image is looking for the product code as it does not match the one that came with the computer, You would need a new code.

When I validate my index page with wc.org, I get 2 errors regarding having styles elements h1-h6 in the body vs the head of the page. My Nav and Footer are SSIs and I have used styles h1-h6 on them.
Q. Should I delete the h1-h6 styles from the beginning code of the Nav.htm and Footer.htm?

The problem is this block of code belongs in the Head of yoru page, not in a TD in the Body! And you also have it below in the Footer. So now I understand better yoru 2 original quesitons. Yes, but htis code only in the Head of the page and it will work for the entire page, even for html inserted via Includes. So remove this style block from all yoru Includes unless some fo them are designed to write into the Head of the page only.

On Att webmail the link for an open email does not allow closing of the email.

When placing the cursor on the "x" to close the email, the cursor becomes inactive. This just started with the past week or so. Called Att because I thought it was a problem with webmail but they asked me to try Internet Explorer which I did and it does not have the problem. So I assume it started with an update to firefox.

The title does not show up in the Program Sequence window in PP CC

I am trying to add a simple title in one of the clips of a video that I am editing. I can see the title in the title window with the clip in the background but when I play the video the playback doesn't show the title but the clip.
How can I can I solve this problem? I am using a trial version of PP CC.

I looked at the video. I did exactly the same thing. What do you mean by "poke out the eyeball on that track"? Do you refer to the little icon on the top right corner of the title window that has an eye?
I have just done the following test: I created a colored background (green) and dragged that on the video track above my project then I added the title above this colored background on a third video track. Now the title shows up in the program window but the background is black not green. So it looks like that the title does not have a transparent background.

Error : RFC Partner does not allow to start the Program.
