Order is showing in T code# VKM3, which should not happen.

Client using automatic credit check. Customer maintained credit master data for which system is doing credit check. As per client requirement the future orders created for this customer system should not do a credit check.
For this we have created a new risk category and in the T code #ova8 , unchecked all the settings for this combination of credit control area, risk category and credit group. We maintained the new risk category in the credit master data of that customer, and created a new order and found that the system is not doing any credit check and system is allowing for the billing. However when but this order is showing in T code# VKM3, which should not happen.

Hi- SAP always shows orders in VKM3 even though they do not have credit hold... SAP lists all orders which have item cat deliver or billing relevant..

Billing number repeating(which should not repeat) issue .

Dear SAP guys,
We are getting a wierd problem where the billing document number is repeating (which should not happen) .Like for example system proposed 1 to 10 numbers ,then for the next document system is proposing number for eg.6 which was already assigned .
Need your advices on this issue and please let me know why this is happening .Also pls let me know what could be the solution to fix the issue.

if the system reassigns numbers of billing documents already existing, then there should be an update termination due to DUPREC dump.
Are you getting DUPREC dump ?

Why the FCP 7 is show the different clip view which is not there?

I am using FCP7 for about 5 years now but never faced this type problem before. I am using footage from 3 different cameras as usual. When I view the clip or export the files it shows the different clips which are not there. Could anyone help me to solve the issue please. I already trashed the FCP preferences.

This sometime occurs when you are using source that is not friendly to FCP-7, such as material that is in the H.264 or other mpg format.
Is your source material all converted to an edit friendly format?

Incorrect Release code called which is not defined in a Release Strategy!

Dear Gurus,
I am facing a problem in Release strategy for a specific Purchase Requisition document type. My Release Strategy has two Release Codes for the Approval of a PR. When i create that document type of Purchase Requsition, Same Release Strategy is called, system picks the Two release codes from my Strategy but also pick another Release code which is not defined in my Release Strategy.
Kindly help me and let me know.

In Release Simulation (segment of Release Statergy), just click and you will have small pup up screen and there just double click the release codes all you have and you can see all unwanted release codes will be dissapeared and you have only now needed release codes what you configured for the release statergy. Now similuate release & set/reset release .

BADI is an OO ABAP approach, therefore any statement which won't work in the OO context won't work here! Instead breaking your head on what is to be used? and what not? , run a "code inspector" and "EPC" on your implementation class.it will show list of illegal statements in your BADI implementation

ITunes on mac shows stream songs on ipad which are not there

I use iTunes on my MacBook Pro to sync ratings and playlists with my iPad and iPhone. After syncing I like to verify that the total count of songs matches that on the iPad and iPhone.
If I look at the number of songs on my Mac, and also look at the Music app on the iPad, they both display the same number of songs.
However...if I look at the Music "folder" under the iPad device in iTunes on the Mac when they are connected, I see a different count for the iPad. After looking, it appears this is due to a number of "duplicate" listings for the iPad songs - all of which are grayed out, and are shown as "Stream" under the Size heading.
I am unable to delete those listings on the Mac iTunes side, and multiple reboots and syncs of both machines has failed to clear it up. It appears to me this is a bug on the Mac iTunes side, since the iPad has the correct number, but it would be nice to clear it up. Makes me nervous about syncing between the Mac and the iPad. I am running OSX 10.8.5 on Retina MacBook Pro, and iOS 7 on iPad 3rd generation.
Any ideas?
While I'm at it...does anyone know if I were to use iTunes Match (I don't currently) would it automatically sync BOTH ratings and playlists across my Mac, iPhone, and iPad??
I use ratings a lot in order to build playlists of top songs by genre, and currently the only way I know how to do it is through sync from the master database on the Mac, but I seem to have had a number of issues with the sync over the last couple years.

No, I never really found an easy solution. I believe it is an issue with some corruption in the iTunes database on the specific device. In my case, both my iPad and iPhone now show duplicate stream songs if viewed through iTunes on my Mac, but they show different songs. A couple years ago I had a similar issue on my iPhone, and Apple support suggested I back up the phone, completely reset it, and then restore it from the backup. It did work, so I imagine it would probably work for my current issues with the iPhone and iPad. But resetting and restoring an iPad or iPhone always makes me a little nervous that something will get lost. When I did reset/restore the iPhone, I do have to say, the restore process was 100% perfect and I did not lose any data at all even though Apple support said I might. If you try to go that route, I would suggest backing the device up both to a computer through iTunes, and to the iCloud so that you have a double backup.
None of this really resolves the issue with how the iTunes databases are becoming corrupted on the apple devices though, so it is very likely to happen again until they fix it. I have been unable to determine if there were any specific actions or conditions which caused the corruption to happen in the first place.
Might be worth another call to Apple support, or dropping in the local Apple store if you have one near by.

Can you close Material Codes/Groups which have not been used for a while?

Is it possible to close material codes/groups when they are no longer required? This would be similar to putting a date on Cost Centres in finance which then restrict the availability of use.

When linking from a sales order in document flow, we were reviewing why the description information varied. In looking at different values, we clicked on a new item within document flow that allows you to like to Service Documents. This is new in 6.0, or it was previously deactivated in 4.6C. If you link from a sales order to a service document, in ECC 6.0, you will get a short dump because the document flow is so great (viewing order #any in VA03 and use document flow and then select the service documents button as seen on the screen below
A Short dump will occur in program SAPLDOCUMENT_FLOW_ALV.

Documents created from 2004 through 2007 are coming up as linked to this sales order and that is incorrect. There is some type of linkage issue. In the 4.6 C environments, the service documents link is not visible from document flow.

Go to the order VA03 --> Environment --> status overview. The exact status of the header and item can be found here. You may have chances to know why the status is being processed.
Also
Check whether you have checked 'document flow update' field at item level in copy control
Check your settings for completion rule in item category
If it is due to incorrect status message, run report SDVBUK00. That might fix the error. It is recommended to run this first in test mode.

How to deal with conflicting packages which should not conflict?

I made a PKGBUILD for sp-tk (speek toolkit).
It provides LOTS of binaries.
Of course the name of one of them is conflicting with a binary of another package (boost)
I thought of two options:
1. installing it in /opt instead of /usr (rather simple): but there may be conflicts with other packages (not that I am aware of)
2. putting the binaries in its own repository (e.g. /usr/share/sptk/bin or /opt/sptk/bin) and adding a profile.d/sptk.sh script to include the binary locations in the path.
What would be the best approach? (Any other good suggestion accepted)

In that case, you'll need profile.d/sptk.sh to update the PATH variable otherwise the software/scripts won't find the sptk tools unless they specify the correct full path.
And the license still goes in /usr/share/licenses/sptk/ (assuming sptk is the pkgname)

You don't have to subscribe, you can hide songs via your computer's iTunes so that they don't show in Purchased for redownloading : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919 (with apps and iOS 7 I've been needing to log out and back into my account on my iPad after hiding them on my computer for them to then be hidden on it, not sure if the same applies to music)

Purchase order printout should not happen without release of PO

I have made all the settings for PO release strategy and printout settings. But printout can be taken even before final release. I checked the settings and this printout should not happen before release. Please help me out.

When we save a file in excel format from the webpage, the alignment of columns is disturbed which does not happen in IE, P

We are using Oracle Apps. wherein we have an options to export the contents of the web page. It default stores the file in .tsv format. if we choose to save the file in excel then the file is saved. however when we open the file in excel, the text is garbled. If we try the same option using IE, then the text is automatically aligned as required.

Now to answer the question from your earlier letter, the URL's I'm trying to save are those from the webpage(s) I open on the websites I visit and not from the website(s) itself.
The second part of your last letter from " You can modify......" is too difficult for me to understand.
