yeah I figured that but I guess my question should have been... are you going to have to do each line one at a time or can you check the box (like you can now) and upgrade two or more at once as one transaction. The way it is now I can sign in under the main line, click the upgrade link, and all my lines show up. Two of which have upgrades ready to go. There is a box that I can mark under both. Then click next and choose what phone for each.Then continue on through the process..I am just making sure it will be the same process for this..I know it will only be speculation until 3am on the 3rd but just getting my game plan on if you will

I asked for upgrading on october 23th, base on the grace period, because I bought PE11 in september, since this I chatted to times with Adobe support about this with only a very little step each time for the problem resolution. But we are now novenber 24th, one month later and I have no serial number and download link on "my adobe" order page.
Chatting is very difficult for non english speaking person. I have no direct email for order resolution where I can take time to answer and ask question.Try direct contact with country reps by phone or fax:

Unable to download from my orders page
I applied for a no charge upgrade to LR5 as I recently bought LR4. It was approved and is now showing in my orders as order number xxx6631191. I click on the download link from the my orders page and a new tab opens. In that window ' you have no downloads' appears.
This is how I downloaded LR4.
Am I doing something wrong?
Can you let me know how to download the copy of LR5 on my orders page?

How to re-order pages in Pages 5.0.1?
I just upgraded to Pages 5.0.1 but am not pleased. The simplicity of re-ordering pages within a document or copy-pasting pages between documents is gone, or so it seems. Can anybody give me directions how to tackle this? Otherwise I'll have to downgrade Pages because I can't work this way...

Pages '09 should still be in your Applications/iWork folder.
Trash/archive Pages 5, after exporting all your files to Pages '09, then rate/review it in the App Store.

How to populate the premise info automatically in Order page of CC&B
Hi All,
In CC&B if we are creating a order from order page, whenever we select person information as a existing person and search the person using search button,account information also used to get populate automatically.But at the same time premise info didn't get populate automatically.
If i want to populate the exising premise info also on selection of exisiting person in order page ,how can i do this in CC&B ??

If your Campaign uses existing Person and Account and Premise, and it is applicable for the context data, all three will populate automatically if you select that Campaign from the Applicable Campaigns (base CC&B behaviour). An example of a Campaign in the demo data that will populate all three areas is RES SURVEY.
From the Order +, on the Person and Account context menus, only Person and Account will be populated. From the Order + on the Premise Context menu, only the Premise will be populated. If you wanted to populate additional information from Order +, you would have to add CM code to do that, it's not possible by configuration only. -
CS6 is missing from My Orders Page and I need to reinstall. Where did it go?
I need to reinstall CS6, but when I visited my Adobe account > My Orders Page, it was not listed. In fact all order history is missing (all my upgrades). I need to get back to work and finding an answer to this is painful. Is this Adobe's attempt to force me into the CC? Has anyone else experienced this? How do I get my upgrades back?

Sounds like they might have accidentally been removed from the toolbar. The toolbar can be customized pretty extensively, so it's not an uncommon mistake. Take a look at the Knowledge Base article [[Back and forward or other toolbar items are missing]]. It will show you how to restore the buttons.

I want to reinstall our Adobe Acrobat XI Pro because we have begun to get error messages. I followed the initial instructions but when I logged in I couldn't find "My Orders" page which is required to locate my order and install. Any ideas?

I searched this NG, but the examples I found didn't work.
I am looking for a "purchase order specific" example.

How do I re-order pages or rotate and save?
My wife and I get faxes electronically and sometimes the person on the other end puts them in the fax machine upside down, so all the pages need to be rotated 360 degrees. Also, we want to remove the cover page before we save the PDF document and it'd be nice to re-order a few pages that the sender got in the wrong order.
When we got our first fax, we installed Adobe Reader 7.0 (now 9.1), and although it has a rotate capability, we can't seem to figure out how to save it correctly so it's rotated correctly the next time we view it. We also can't seem to figure out how to remove a page or re-order pages.
How do you do this with the reader? Seems like a common thing to need.
Since Adobe doesn't appear to have anyone to talk with in sales (tried to call, but after over an hour on hold, we gave up) to find out how to do this, or if there an add-on, or if there another product from Adobe that does this, or if Adobe is even the best product to solve our issue (the faxes can be in Image format or PDF, so maybe Image is a better solution?) can anyone on this forum help?
We can't afford to spend hundreds of dollars, but if there is an add-on for $29.99 or something, we could probably swing that to solve this problem.
If Adobe doesn't make a product that can rotate and save, re-order a few pages occasionally, or remove a page, is there another company that makes such a product that is affordable?

RandyThank you for your reply. Darn, I was hoping it was in there someplace... especially being able to re-order pages, remove a cover page, simple stuff like that. While I've been on hold for 2.5+ hours for support from Adobe, I searched through their products, etc... it appears Acrobat would do what we want, but it's aweful expensive for what we need, to simply rotate, remove a cover page, and re-order a few pages. Acrobat appears to be a product for making all sorts of PDF files, converting, and colaboration, none of which we need.
Does anyone know if the price of $299 is per PC? (If so, then it's way out of our reach) My wife and I each have a home PC and each have a laptop, we are a very small company. If I was to splurge the big money and buy acrobat, I'd want to install it on our 4 PC's, not just one.

Text Replacement in scanned page question
I must be doing something incredibly wrong because I cannot get text to be replaced in a scanned OCR document. I am using Acrobat Pro 9.
Before getting to that, let me ask this question: If I am scanning a document created using a readily available font like Times New Roman, why does Acrobat even bother using the scanned page for displaying text? It knows the text, the OCR was 100% accurate. Why not replace the 300 dpi scanned bitmap image with real, vector-based text? I don't understand that.
OK, now to just trying to replace what amounts to fuzzy looking text with vector text. I've read how to replace text using Tools-> Advanced Editing-> TouchUp Text Tool where I select text, right click on it, go to properties and change the text. Here's what happens when I do that:
First off, the defaults in the properties dialog are set to no fill and no stroke. Why is that? If you're changing your font, wouldn't you want it to show?
After making a selection and closing the dialog, the text indeed changes, but the original, fuzzy text is there as well. And, as there are slight differences in font size, the page is virtually unreadable as it has the appearance of being printed twice with different alignments each time.
This is, of course, quite useless. I MUST be doing something wrong.
Of course, taking even this course of action is pretty frustrating, as the document I'm working on has many statements in bold, so doing a global font change isn't even practical. Subject: Text Replacement in scanned page question
I must be doing something incredibly wrong because I cannot get text to be replaced in a scanned OCR document. I am using Acrobat Pro 9.
Before getting to that, let me ask this question: If I am scanning a document created using a readily available font like Times New Roman, why does Acrobat even bother using the scanned page for displaying text? It knows the text, the OCR was 100% accurate. Why not replace the 300 dpi scanned bitmap image with real, vector-based text? I don't understand that.
OK, now to just trying to replace what amounts to fuzzy looking text with vector text. I've read how to replace text using Tools-> Advanced Editing-> TouchUp Text Tool where I select text, right click on it, go to properties and change the text. Here's what happens when I do that:
1. First off, the defaults in the properties dialog are set to no fill and no stroke. Why is that? If you're changing your font, wouldn't you want it to show?
2. After making a selection and closing the dialog, the text indeed changes, but the original, fuzzy text is there as well. It is as if there is a bitmapped image sitting behind my new, pristine text.
This is, of course, quite useless. I MUST be doing something wrong.
Of course, taking even this course of action is pretty frustrating, as the document I'm working on has many statements in bold, so doing a global font change isn't even practical. I really just wish acrobat would know that it can display vector text from the get-go, and forego the bitmapped text altogether.

I have the same problem. Two days ago, i brought my iPhone overseas to Malaysia (I'm Indonesian) and try to buy in-app item (Line Pokopang). But it can't be completed, it shown "your account doesn't exist" and after i return to Indonesia, and try to make purchase on Line stickers, it shown "Your purchase.....", same as you got.
I think the error message was from Line, not Apple because i can still buy ring tones, CMIIAW..
And everytime i want to buy in-app item (Line games item), i can't be done. It shown many type of error message, depends on the game, such as "failed to purchase ruby", etc etc... -
Shutterfly order page does not open
In PSE 11 in organizer I select a photo and hit order prints....then hit order shutterfly prints (I have acct) It shows preparing files but the Shutterfly order page does not open....just goes back to the selected photo.
