Order Status page ?down

Just made an order online with the Apple store and I received a confirmation email saying the order has been accepted but when I checked the order status later I received this:
We're sorry, but our Order Status services are extremely busy right now. Please try again later.
Has anybody else received this error lately, if so, is it an error at the Apple end?

I ordered my 6 Plus 64 gig in silver on September 19th.  My order has been "Processing" ever since.  Here's hoping they are just really busy getting all of our orders ready to go out the door today!  I can't wait!

    I'm trying to reach the Lenovo Order status detail page at http://ovp.lenovo.com/lenovo-ovp/public/showDetail!showPublicOrderDetail.action
    There is a more specific address that I was given that includes my order email and shipping address though the address above would normally prompt for email and order ID if not included within the link.
    It has been down for 3 days now and I currently have 2 open orders with Lenovo that I'd like to check without having to call it in.

  • IPhone Order Status page down for almost  24 hours?

    I last checked the status of my iPhone order last night online at around 7:00 pm and it listed the status as "shipped" but no tracking number. The status page has been down ever since. Customer Service at Verizon also said the phones have shipped but can't provide more details.
    Is anyone else having trouble getting tracking information?

    There is a trick for getting a FedEx reference number you can try.  It is detailed in the boards, but here is the gist.
    Type your location code (without any dashes).
    Then type an _.
    Then add your order number, but make sure it is 9 digits long by adding zeros to the front.
    So, for example if your location code was "08620-01" and your order number was "87456", your FedEx reference number would be 0862001_000087456.
    You can go to the FedEx website, select track by reference number, fill in the number you figured out above, put in your country and zip code, and see if they find your order.  Obviously this won't work if you are being shipped via UPS.
    It worked for me though.  I wasn't able to find my order status or anything, but I popped those numbers into FedEx's website and my shipping information popped right up.

  • Does refreshing the order status page over and over push delivery dates up?

    I've been a caged animal for the past week. Pacing back and forth methodically refreshing the page every 5 minutes. I couldn't eat, sleep, nor defecate. I did nothing but wait. I waited for the return of my 9/19 delivery confirmation for my gold iPhone 6 Plus 128GB. During this time my delivery date has been bounced around more than the two balls I always carry. As of now, the fruits of my labor has resulted in a 10/14 delivery date. What progress. Should I stop refreshing the order status page? Does anyone know if refreshing the page over and over pushes the delivery date up? TIA.

    Settle down, eat something, take a nap or something. It's just a phone. Wearing out your mouse refreshing the page is not going to make your phone come faster.

    I ordered a configured ThinkPad W520 off Lenovo.com for USD1500 yesterday.  Later when I went back to check my order status, to my surprise some parts were either shown up incorrectly or simply missing.
    For example my ThinkPad W520 includes (but not limited to) these parts:

    Question: Where are they? Why missing?

    It seems to depend on a variety of different things.
    Verizon appears to be going by the process time of orders, and not the order time of orders.  Your process time will be the timestamp on your confirmation email.
    It also depends on which model, GB, and color you ordered.  The 6+ were in high demand and low supply.
    It also depends on which warehouse (order location) your order was being processed through.  Verizon reps have told me that some warehouses have more of certain phones than others, and if your order went to a warehouse that doesn't have enough of that particular phone then you are SOL and will have to back for a backdated order.
    There is a possibility you will get it, but if you ordered any of the 6+ models, then it is unlikely.

  • AC:U Bonus Code never emailed / Order status page broken

    Since sometime late last night the order status page has been loading to a blank page. I have tried on different PC's and browsers so it's not an issue over here.
    AC:U was delivered earlier today but the bonus code was never sent. In the case of Halo:MCC the bonus code was emailed immediately after picking it up from the store. Please advise.

    We usually provide an email bonus code within 72 hours from the pick-up or shipping date on the online order.   • Sales order status with down payment requests.

    Due to our requeriments, all the invoices created from a sales order has down payment request as billing category.
    The problem is that the sales order status continues as "Being processed" instead of completed.
    Is there any customising that makes the sales order status as completed when the down payment request is created for all the sales order value?

      this is the correct behaviour of the system: you have an item of 100; in the billing plan if you want to manage downpayment you will have, let's say two items:
    10 for the downpayment 
    100 for the final invoice.
    The system proposes the amount you defined for the downpayment and the total amount for the final invoice.
    Then you will have to bill the downpayment invoice, release it into accounting and clear it. If you will do this steps correctly, when you create the final invoice the system will show you:
    invoice amount 100
    advance payment -10
    net value = 90.

    I am trying to check on the status of my iPhone 6 order. Friends have gotten a tracking number but i have not received anything, i just wanted to check to make sure that everything is still looking ok but the page states system issues. When is this expecting to be resolved?

    Same here. I was able to check my confirmation number on the old page and it said it had shipped, but with no tracking info. I tried later and got the new page but now it says page is not available.
    Strangely, I had two duplicate orders (presumably from my two failed attempts at 3am yesterday) that DID come up with the strange IP address tracking number and MC6 courier. Even though I called Verizon yesterday about them and they said they only saw one order, the one that actually went through successfully.
    I just talked to Verizon and they said one duplicate was canceled, the other he canceled while I was on the phone and my order that did go through was flagged as the real order. But when I asked him if there was any shipping or tracking info on it he said since they aren't scheduled for delivery until the 9th or 10th I won't get anything until 2-3 days before that.
    So even though I've (hopefully) got my order straightened out, and they did charge my card already, I hope there are no further issues or delays. I don't mind getting it late next week, I just don't want to not hear anything for a week and then get an email that there was a problem.

  • I ordered a 16GB silver iphone 6 on 10/12 and it still hasn't showed up in my order status/order history. Does this mean that the order hasn't been processed yet? If so, when can I expect it to be processed and then shipped out?

    I know its only been a couple of days since I ordered it and I shouldn't be concerned that the order hasn't processed yet, but I would like to know when it will be processed. I have an iPhone 4 and its in terrible shape, I'm anxious for the arrival of my iPhone 6.

        Thanks for clarifying mattminsch. Other users may have placed the order before you and shipping depends on many factors, down to the time the pre-order was placed. There is no way to forecast if your pre-order will ship sooner than estimated, but if it does you will be able to tract it using the order status page you've been using.

  • Checking Order Status

    It seems a lot of people have a problem checking their order status on line. I have tried several times in the last few days and it keeps telling me they cannot do it at this time. I have had so much trouble with this order. They promised delivery twice, I stayed home to accept delivery and then they said they didn't have it to deliver. Now I have a third date so you can imagine I'm a little suspect and question whether to take another day off. Is there a glitch in the "check status" option?

  • Need order status and tracking number please

    Long story short, I need an accurate order status and an actual UPS tracking number for my order please.
    Lenovo phone support has been unavailable since yesterday, and I've spent over 12 hours on hold on the webchat so far.
    I ordered a Yoga 2 Pro on Feb 5th.  On Feb 11th I received a shipping notice that my order had shipped on Feb 10th.  The tracking number provided is a 10-digit UPS reference number that I cannot find on the website (even when searching by reference number).
    On Feb 12th, the online order status page changed to indicate that my order was delivered on Feb 11th.  This is not the case, as I have yet to receive my order.
    Can someone from Lenovo staff please help?

  • Could a Verizon Rep check my order status?

    Using the Edge program, my iPhone 6 Plus 64gb was ordered in store on the 12th around 11 am. On the paper they gave us at the store it said that the delivery date was the 19th. I still have not received the phone and the 'Order Status' page keeps saying that "there is an error with our system, please try again later" or something along those lines. Could a rep please check my status?
