Order (T.Code-IW32)

Dear All
In Maintenance order iw32 , there is operation header and sub operation description. I want to see in graphic netstructure of Header and sub operation.
Thnx in Advance
Sudip

Hi Sudip,
The graphic display for network structure is only supported in IW31, IW32 and IW33.
Please see note 301985, this corrects a situation where it was possible to access the structure from notifications. As stated    in the note: 'The correction deactivates the menu function.'
I hope it can be helpful,
Regards

  • User exit at PM order reading (IW31/IW32)

    Hi!
    Does anyone know, which user exit is triggered, during the reading of a PM order in IW31/IW32?
    If I enter the PM order number in IW32 and press enter, it has to stop, before the order appears...

  • PM: Create notification from a work order using transaction IW32.

    Hi guys,
    I am trying to create a Notification for a Functional Location thru Work Order Using transaction Code IW32.
    The actual transaction works fine as below -
    1. Open a work order in change mode using T code IW32
    2. Choose tab "Objects" to see the list of functional locations.
    3. Select a line with a functional loc, for which you want to create Notification & click "Create" Button at the bottom of the list.
    4. Enter Notification type on the pop up screen & enter.
    5. Enter the activity code, text & start date on the notif create screen & click Back. You can see the temp Notif Number in the row selected from the object list.
    6. Click save on the order change screen & the Notification is saved & is associated with the order & func Loc..
    However I can not do this in a program.
    I tried using Batch Input method. It works, but the problem is if you have more than 1 page of the Objects (Func locations) in objects tab, you can not goto the next pages.
    I also tried using BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_CREATE. Which doesnot for this purpose. It tries to create Notification but can't associate with the order.
    I appreciate your help.
    Thank you,
    Raj

    Hi,
    there is no user exit available for this report program, one alternative is copy the program associated with this standard program i.e. RVV50R10C to a Z program and modify it as per your requirement or if you want to modify the standard program you need access key.

  • Cost Center Disappearing When I remove Order Reason Code

    Hello SAP Experts,
    When the user removes ther order reason code and saves the order the value in the cost center disappears on the order. Anyone know why this is happening?
    Thanks,
    Patrick

    Hello,
    After some testing I realized that the users picks the blank order reason code on the sales order and clicks on save. That removes any of the cost center information on the order.  The blank order reason code is not on the order reason table, it is a valid choice on the sales order. Table OVF3 is not valid since it doesn't have a blank order reason as a choice. Is there a work around?
    Thanks,
    Patrick

  • Picked up 2 pre orders of COD. help

    I picked up 2 seperate pre orders of cod (to get the $10 certificate for each) on Sunday, but on my account it doesn't show up that I even made a purchase that day.. I recently made a purchase today and it showed up that same night on my account.
    Did it not go through? Though my GCU was used I still can't find the transaction on my purchase history and it has been 2-3 days

    Hi sti4thewin,
    I wouldn't worry just yet! It can take 15-20 days from the time of pickup or shipment for pre-order bonus certificates to post, and these points don't always appear as pending within that timeframe. If you still haven't seen record of the pre-order bonus after that window has passed, let us know and we'd be glad to look into the situation on your behalf at that time.
    Thanks for your patience and understanding, as well as for ordering your copies of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare with us!

  • JTable displays string in wrong order : my code problem or Java problem ?

    I have the following code that displays data in a JTable, most of the time it works fine, but I've realized when I have a cell with values like : "Snowboarding"+"[123456789]"
    It would display it as : [Snowboarding[123456789
    For a string like : "Chasing toddlers"+"<123456789>"
    It would display it as : <Chasing toddlers<123456789
    It not only moved the last bracket to the front, but also changed its direction from "]" to "[" and from ">" to "<"
    Is there anything wrong with my code ? Or is this a Java problem ?

    * TableSorter is a decorator for TableModels; adding sorting functionality to a supplied TableModel. TableSorter does not store
    * or copy the data in its TableModel; instead it maintains a map from the row indexes of the view to the row indexes of the
    * model. As requests are made of the sorter (like getValueAt(row, col)) they are passed to the underlying model after the row numbers
    * have been translated via the internal mapping array. This way, the TableSorter appears to hold another copy of the table
    * with the rows in a different order.
    * <p/>
    * TableSorter registers itself as a listener to the underlying model, just as the JTable itself would. Events recieved from the model
    * are examined, sometimes manipulated (typically widened), and then passed on to the TableSorter's listeners (typically the JTable).
    * If a change to the model has invalidated the order of TableSorter's rows, a note of this is made and the sorter will resort the
    * rows the next time a value is requested.
    * <p/>
    * When the tableHeader property is set, either by using the setTableHeader() method or the two argument constructor, the table
    * header may be used as a complete UI for TableSorter. The default renderer of the tableHeader is decorated with a renderer
    * that indicates the sorting status of each column. In addition, a mouse listener is installed with the following behavior:
    * <ul>
    * <li>
    * Mouse-click: Clears the sorting status of all other columns and advances the sorting status of that column through three
    * values: {NOT_SORTED, ASCENDING, DESCENDING} (then back to NOT_SORTED again).
    * <li>
    * SHIFT-mouse-click: Clears the sorting status of all other columns and cycles the sorting status of the column through the same
    * three values, in the opposite order: {NOT_SORTED, DESCENDING, ASCENDING}.
    * <li>
    * CONTROL-mouse-click and CONTROL-SHIFT-mouse-click: as above except that the changes to the column do not cancel the statuses of columns
    * that are already sorting - giving a way to initiate a compound sort.
    * </ul>
    * <p/>
    * This is a long overdue rewrite of a class of the same name that first appeared in the swing table demos in 1997.

    * <p/>
    * <p/>
    * <ul>
    * <li>
    * Mouse-click: Clears the sorting status of all other columns and advances the sorting status of that column through three
    * values: {NOT_SORTED, ASCENDING, DESCENDING} (then back to NOT_SORTED again).
    * <li>
    * SHIFT-mouse-click: Clears the sorting status of all other columns and cycles the sorting status of the column through the same
    * three values, in the opposite order: {NOT_SORTED, DESCENDING, ASCENDING}.
    * <li>
    * CONTROL-mouse-click and CONTROL-SHIFT-mouse-click: as above except that the changes to the column do not cancel the statuses of columns
    * that are already sorting - giving a way to initiate a compound sort.
    * </ul>
    * <p/>
    * This is a long overdue rewrite of a class of the same name that first appeared in the swing table demos in 1997.

  • PM (T-code IW32) - Creation of purchase requisition permitted price=0$

    Hi,
    In IW32, we are able to enter a price of 0,00$ and save the purchase requisition. In ME51N, this action is not possible, we have to enter a price > 0,00$. Why are we able to save a 0,00$ purchase requisition using IW32, and not ME51N? We should not be able to create a 0,00$ purchase requisition in IW32 !
    IW32 procedure of PO creation:
    1. Run IW32
    2. Enter order number
    3. Go to «components» table
    4. DO NOT enter component, enter description, reqmnt qty, UM, IC, Plnt, OpAc
    5. Select the line item
    6. Click on the Purchasing button at the bottom left of the screen
    7. Enter Price = 0,00$, G/L account number, and save
    8. Quit IW32 transaction
    9. Go back in IW32, select the line item, click on the purchasing button, and there will now be a purchasing requisition number in the Purchasing Data table.
    10. Go in ME54N. You will now be able to release a 0,00$ purchase requisition....
    The system SHOULD NOT allow me to create and release a 0,00$ purchase requisition. How can I fix this?
    Thanks,
    Julien

    Hi,
    Go to SPRO > MM > Purchasing > Purchase Requisition > Define Screen Layout at Document Level > Here for Field selection key "ESTF" i.e. Requisition from prodn. order, mark field "Price and price unit" as required under selection group 'Quantity and price'.
    It will start asking Valuation Price during Order Creation for PR.

  • Purchase order (Company code - Plant)

    Hi All,
    In the Org. Data tab of Purch. Order header, i enter the company code. This company code has 2 plants associated with it. But in the item details, where i enter the plant, when i click F4, i see 4 plants. I would like to know how i can restrict this to display only the plants associated with the company code entered in header. Hope my question is clear.
    Vivek

    Hi Vivek!
    Whatever Krishna / Rama krishna said is correct.
    In General practice of creating P.O, once you enter the Org. data in header, without pressing "Enter", you use to enter the data in Item over view. That time, if you go to F4 at plant column, all the plants created will be displayed.
    To avoid this, after entering Org. data i.e., Pur. org., Pur. group, and Comp.code, immediately you press"Enter".
    Then go to Item overview and press F4, for plant. You will find only the plants that are assigned to the purchasing org. you enterd in header.
    One more thing is - Pur. group is not assigned to any org. element.
