Orders Get Cancelled

Please help my orders get cancelled as soon as I order online.This has been going on for about 2 years.I have called several times but I dont get any help for the proplem.They cancelled with the email saying they cant verify my information but I always make sure everything is ok .Please help....am missing out on great deals. I used to be a Premier Reward Zone Member but because of order cancellation I lost out

While rare, there are times where unforeseen issues cause us to cancel orders on our end. It seems though that we were unable to provide you with a concrete answer as to why this happened, and I apologize for this oversight.
There are many explanations as to why an order may be cancelled. It could be anything from the delivery address not being recognized by the assigned carrier (UPS or USPS) to an account detail not matching your credit card’s billing information. However, I located your account via the email address attached to your forum profile, and I’m not readily seeing what’s causing the issue.     Anyway you were doing the Activity confirmation for the 5 quantities at the operation stage.
    so the component only consumed for this production .when you check the material document for the particular confimation . you can see the component was consumbed. ( 261 movement)
    So you do the reverse the confirmation at the operation stage  CO13 . and you can reverse the components back to the production storage location back. (movement type 262)

    I am going through the same process! It is a nightmare doing anything with adobe. They make it as difficult as possible to get a refund and keep asking me if i want anothe program instead of a refund. They are making me jump through all kinds of hoops to get the refund and refuse to call me. They have ZERO customer service and the only reason they stay in business is because they have no real competitors. It's a shame, but I suggest you reprot them to the Better Business Bureau. I did.

  • Order get cancelled, my mover's coupon and points got messed up.

    i placed a order online for an open-box moto360. The price was good, so i redeemed my points into a certificate and made a order.
    Everything went well till my order got cancelled.
    Bestbuy returned my certificate as a promotion code and nothing else!
    My mover coupon cannot be used again! Also i have to use my promotion code in one month or it will get expired.
    I saved my points for my fav stuffs and now it will expired in one month.
    now i just want my point back and get my mover's coupon back.

    I can imagine your surprise to find that after your order was cancelled the Mover's Coupon was not reissued and a digital coupon was issued rather than points.  The Mover's Coupon was not reissued after your order was cancelled because it cannot be reissued.  It is a one-time use coupon.
    While it is not all that common, there are times where a My Best Buy™ certificate will be reissued in the form of a digital coupon following a return/cancellation rather than just reissuing the points.  That is done because it can generally take 3 to 6 business days for a certificates point value to repost to a member's account and the digital coupon allows for a quicker turnaround since you were trying to place an order.  If you have decided to wait and not place a second order, then the expiration date could potentially pose a problem.

    i know this is an old post but i have the same issue. i understand that the movers coupon is a one time use but technically it was not really used since i returned the item. i did get my rewards back as points but it would be great to get the movers coupon back. or at least get another 10% coupon that would replace the movers coupon so i can use it on something else. thanks.

    It's awesome to hear you were able to utilize the Movers Coupon on an item, although it's discouraging to hear you had cause to return the item, essentially losing the Movers Coupon. Unfortunately, we are unable to reissue these coupons as they are a one-time use coupon, and hold no cash value. I am glad to hear you received your points back, and I'm sorry for any disappointment this Movers Coupon issue may cause you. If you should have any other questions, please let us know.

  • LANDSCAPE FETCH job gets cancelled

    Hello Guru's,
    The  LANDSCAPE FETCH job gets cancelled on solution manager system due to the below mentioned error and in order to fix it
    we have already applied the SAP note 1335225 but, the issue still persists.
    Right now, we have come across the SAP note 1108071 which says the job will get cancelled "if you made adaptive computing
    settings in SMSY and the SLD is not accessible".
    can any one help me with how to check the adaptive computing settings in the header data of the system.
    Also, the SLD check from system via tcode:sldcheck is sucessfull and we could access the SLD via browser. Please find the
    details below.

    Hello,
    Could you include the Landscape_fetch error you mentioned in your message?
    I think the issue is still your SLD.  At the bottom of SLDCHECK it tries to retreive business systems in SLD. 
    If it is successfull you will see something like:
    Calling function LCR_LIST_BUSINESS_SYSTEMS
    Retrieving data from the SLD server...
    Function call terminated sucessfully
    List of business systems maintained in the SLD:

  • Closing sales order containing cancelled item

    Hello,
    This is the scenario.  You create a sales order containing 3 items and add the order.  One of the items then gets cancelled (in item master data).  You then try and close or cancel the order.  A red line error message is displayed saying 'Item cancelled' with the item code after it.  Is there a way of closing a sales order which contains a cancelled item? I have tried removing the item from the order but am unable to update it afterwards - it shows the same error.

    Hello Kate,
    A precaution is always needed when you cancel any items.  You need run a simple query such as:
    SELECT * FROM RDR1 T0 WHERE T0.ItemCode = '[%0\]' to check any Sales Orders contain this code.

  • Job is getting cancelled

    We have job name RSIMPCUST scheduled by the USER ID ABC. Now this ABC ID no longer exists. Hence job is getting cancelled. In the SM37, I did tried "Repeat Schedule" but thatz also getting cancelled. How I can schedule this job on my ID? Please advise.

    I have had a verizon cell phone for 13 years and have gotten your cable/internet/phone when i moved out on my own because i had been so happy with the experience i had with the cell phone service. i ordered my new iPhone 6 on October 6th along with my husband. i was told by the sales associate at the vierzon store where i placed the order that it would ship a week before halloween. instead of a shipping confirmation, i received an email a week before halloween letting me know that my order had been placed on 10/24/14. i thought this was weird, but figured i could weight another week or two, no big deal. my husband got his phone in the mail yesterday. still no sign of mine. then this morning i got an email letting me know that my order was cancelled and if id like to place another order for a phone, then i can go back to the store and do so. why would i want to go through another month of this??? verzon lost my order. i never canceled it and i am beyond annoyed. i am looking to switch my entire house to another provider. this is ridiculous.

    i did not get any reasons or explanations. the email just stated that my order was canceled and that it won't be posted to my credit card (i have more than enough to cover the cost, so that is not the issue). also my husbands phone was paid for from the same card moments before me. my balance is always paid automatically and on time. so that couldn't be the reason either. that's what so frustrating is because they didn't explain what happened. this is what the email read exactly:
    "This email is to confirm that your order has been cancelled; you have not been billed for this merchandise.
    If you would like to place a new order, you may do so by visiting your local retail store or going online to www.verizonwireless.com.
    Business customers should refer back to their local Verizon Wireless Sales Representative if you have any questions or would like to place a new order.

    it almost feels like its saying that i canceled it and that this was to confirm that i did. but i didn't cancel anything.

  • MY ORDERS BEING CANCELLED WITHIN 10 SECONDS OF PLACING THE ORDER

    I am elite plus member. I placed couple of orders yesterday, one for store pickup and one for shipping, both went through abslutely fine. I picked up the order from store and second one has been already shipped.
    Well, today when I went to place another order, it just gets cancelled within 10 seconds of the order, it says we could not verify your information. I am not sure whats going on, I have checked everything on my end all looks fine.
    Is there any glitch in system?
    Please help.

    That’s definitely strange that you would have some orders completed but then have the next few cancelled.  I’d be happy to see if I can help out.
    In looking over the cancelled orders, it appears that they were cancelled because we were unable to verify your information.  Generally that means that some part of your information is not matching up to what has been correct in the past.  This can be anything from a misspelling in your information to your billing address on your BestBuy.com account, not matching up with the billing address on your payment card.  I would recommend looking over this information to make sure that this is the same as your successful orders.
    In the meantime, I will reach out to our support teams to see if I can get any more information.  It may take a few days to hear back, but once I do, I’ll send you a private message with those details.  You can check your private messages by logging into the forum and clicking on the envelope in the upper right hand corner.

  • PM order confirmation cancellation -reg

    Using IW45 transaction code , we can do PM order confirmation cancellation by giving one by one order . Is there any other T code where we can give multiple orders as input and do confirmation cancellation for multiple orders at a time ? or LSMW is the only way ?

    Hi,
    Go to T.Code IW47, execute with inputs as the order nos/ confirmation nos  whose confirmation you want to cancel and execute. You will get a list display. Then select the confirmations you want to cancel (multi selection) and click on cancel button available at top. System will give a warning msg. Just ignore and cancel all the documents.
    Else you may also go for an LSMW program.

  • My order was canceled with no refund

    I placed two orders with a best buy gift card. However, after I placed the order online, the order was canceled. What's insane is there is no refund to my best buy gift card. My best buy gift card got charged more than $400 bucks with my order got canceled.

    Few things are more frustrating than finding out that your order has been cancelled…except maybe not getting a refund back on the order.  I’m sorry to hear about this frustration as it’s certainly not the type of experience we would want you to have with BestBuy.com.
    It appears that since you posted, you have contacted us regarding this refund and are currently being assisted with it.  However, if for some reason you do still need help, please send me a private message with your order number and your full name.  If you have the 16 digit gift card numbers, it would help as well.

  • 20 rewards certificat​e not refund after order being cancelled

    I use $40 rewards in one order, but that order was cancelled. I only got 1000 points back, $40 = 250 *40/5 = 2000 points. Could you help me check if I am right and how to get another 1000 points back.

    Welcome to the forum. I’m sorry to hear that the online computer order you placed with one of our Marketplace vendors was cancelled.  I would be frustrated too if I found out that I was charged for an order I wasn’t going to get.
    As this is troubling, I pulled up the order number you provided to see what was going on. After review, I’ve noticed that we never received payment for the order as it was cancelled prior to collecting it.  When orders are first placed on BestBuy.com, a pending authorization will show up on your bank card to make sure funds are available for the order until it is fulfilled, at which point the authorization drops off and the collection charge appears. As we didn’t receive payment, your statement is likely showing the pending authorization, which should drop off your account according to your own bank’s policies, usually within 5 to 7 business days.
    Having said this, I noticed that your order was cancelled on our end.  I’m looking into this further and will send you a private message once more information becomes available. When you receive it, please be sure you are logged into the forum and click on the envelope in the upper right-hand corner.
