Organizing albums with same artist and album name

This has bothered me for some time.
I have Bob Dylan's 1973 album titled "Dylan," as well as his 2-disc greatest hits of the same name. iTunes has merged the albums together. I made sure the release dates on the songs are different, and even tried changing the sort titles, but iTunes still treats them as one album and mixes the songs together.
Is there any way I can teach/tell iTunes that these albums should be organized separately??

There is Bob Dylan's Greatest Hits in 1967 and Bob Dylans Greatest Hits Volume 2 in 1971.
Then there is Dylan in 2007 but it is 3 discs.

Install ClamXav and run a scan with that. It should pick up any trojans.

Since upgrading to 7.0.3 (iPhone 5 64gb, with iTunes Match enabled) all of my music wiped off my phone. Downloading it again, most of the artwork has been mixed up with other artists, and I'm no longer able to stream or download over 3G? Any ideas?

Lastly since upgrading to iOS 7.0.1 (and beyond) Genuis has become effectively useless: it continually asks me to connect to wi-fi, and if I do it creates playlists mostly composed of tracks by the same artists or those very obviously linked to them- previously it created brilliant, nuanced playlists.
Are these things connected, and how do I fix them?

I have done this on numerous occasions but I think that my Iphone has a defect. After many tries, reinstalls, deletion of content, changing content to be stored on external hard drive, deleting itunes and cleaning computer I managed to get all of the songs on and things seemed okay for a while.
The problem returned about a week ago after downloading a new album from Itunes. I now have 12.5k of songs leaving 10gb spare on Iphone which should be more than enough room to operate properly. Last night it seemed to be dowloading ok (after doing all of the above again for the umpteenth time) this morning it revealed that it had just synched 2.5k of songs and 18gb of "other" on the contents bar. it wont synch now as it says its over capacity. So the 18gb of "other" would probably be corrupted data that means it must corrupt each song as it tries to synch it.
The 2.5k of songs it did synch are working on the Iphone as is every song in the library on Itunes. I did completely delete the new album I bought and redownloaded it from the store then tried to synch just that album and it worked fine.
Just about time to dump apple I think!

Create a different db with same db_name and now cannot start apex

we create a db in the same box with my old db.
The purpose is we need to change the default character set to unicode.
And How do we start apex?
Is there a command line tool to start apex?

That means we can set up two database with same db_name and domain is system. the duplicate DB (second DB) does not affect primary DB in system and makes a confusion for client application? suppose i use TNS to control each DB by IP .
also, can we use db_link to link two differnet OS plastform( window 32 bit and linuc 64 bit redhat with service name) oacle version is 10 g too?
I try to configure a TNS in primary DB tnaname file but fail with TNS : no listener ora-12541 during connect linux DB server.
But I copy this TNS to new window 32 bit PC with oracle client. it works to link to linux db services.
which issue?

Have a problem with Home Sharing with Apple TV and iTunes. Have latest iTunes and Apple TV downloads. Have both items set up for home sharing with same address and passwords. AppleTV running fine for everything else. FYI, my library is about 60gigs. AppleTV model is MD199LL/A if that matters. Really want to hear my entire music library and not just Purchased items. I have an older PC with Windows XP Professional on it. I updated to the latest iTunes and I am able to access the photos, etc. on it. However, my Windows 7 PC still does work (since last Apple TV update). Apple TV does not recognize that Home Sharing is turned here. The latter PC has all my current photos on it which I would like share with others on my Apple TV. A fix would be appreciated.

I wouldn't say pixelated; more like blurry.
Like ConnectedCreative said, what steps are you using? Are you using "bicubic sharper" when resizing down?

Database restore with same SID and different schema owner

Dear all,
I have quality system on HP-UX oracle platform which has been upgraded from 4.6C to ECC 5.0
and schema owner for the database is still SAPR3
I have installed new Test system with version ECC 5.0 with same SID and now i need to refresh its database with Data from QAS system ... owner at Test system is SAPC11 which is new installation ECC 5.0 and where SID is C11.
I need to know once i restore data what steps i need to carry out at Test system
i.e like change ENV settings from SAPC11 to SAPR3.
Please note SID is same on both hosts. and owner is different SAPR3 and SAPC11

Is there any other way out ... instead of doing reinstallation with schema owner SAPR3 / instead of doing Export-Import system copy method which again is as good as reinstallation.

when i will restore database from source to taget
al tables in target machine will be having owner as SAPR3 ( which came from source ) ...but my DB owner at Target machine is SAPC11 ( as far as ENV and all profiles are concerned ) .... cant i use SAPR3 user which got restored with backup of source to target to start my instance at Target machine... may be by changing ENV settings.

Send 837, 276 & 270 to same Trading Partner with Same Receiver and Submitter ID

I am trying to send different EDI to same Trading partners using same Receiver and Submitter Identifiers, but for different ISA15 and GS8.
When I tried to add another Agreement using same identifiers, BizTalk throws errors
Cannot save changes as it will result in two oneway agreements in agreements [Agreement_837] and [Agreement_276] to have same sender and receiver identities [ZZ:SenderID] [ZZ:ReceiverID]. (Microsoft.BizTalk.B2B.PartnerManagement)
I thought of using dummy ID and change it in Send Pipeline component with same Submitter and Receiver ID. But seems its a BAD idea. Is there anything I missed ?
Any suggestions / help is highly appreciated. Please help

You should be able to set GS08 on the Envelopers section of the You->Them tab of the agreement. You can set per transaction.
Unfortunately, ISA 15 is an Agreement level option and as you've seen, a unique sender/receiver combination is required.
I recommend setting EdiOverride.ISA15 in either an Orchestration or Pipeline Component for the transactions you want different from the Agreement ('T' I'd presume).

Same artist and albums being duplicated

On my ipod the same artist is being copied and listed more than once even though they are spelled exactly the same. Within the duplicates the albums are also being copied, the songs however are not, they are being divided up leading to a very cluttered and confusing arrangment on my ipod. Can someone please tell me whats goin on?!

A spelling or punctuation mistake, or sometimes a trailing space usually causes this after the artists and/or song name, which fools the iPod into thinking that there are two different artists or songs. The trailing space is the hardest to spot. Best way to cure this is to go into iTunes, highlight that artist and/or songs, right click on them and select "get info". This brings up the multiple song info window. In the artist or song box retype the name, as you would like it, and then click ok. Re sync this new artist/song info to your iPod.

Multiple entries of same artist and song on my ipod

hi. I'm new to ipod an can't say i'm enjoying this very "controlled" experiance.
Can someone please tell me why I have multiple entries on my pod? The same artists somtimes with the same songs othertimes not. It's a **** mess. It's also downloaded the artwork in 3's as well and split up my albums. All the id tags are right too. 4 days an ipod owner and already I'm regretting it. Mind you I was warned all my pals told me to stay well away.

Most likely issue is that they really are different. Sometimes there is an extra space or different Capitalization. You can't see extra spaces if they are at the end but iTunes does.

Merging two Podcast with same episodes and two different feed addresses

Version 7.0.1.8 has certainly problems in the download of new podcast episodes.
I'm having a lot of difficults - the last one beeing forced to unsubscribe one podcast and subscribe it again with another feed address. Now I have two podcasts in ITunes with same name. In Windows Explorer, all episodes are together - in the iTunes menu, all episodes are separated, each one downloaded the same episode, and with a number one appearing in the file name under the folder where the programs are stored. I tried to merge both subscriptions, but it's impossible.
Does anybody knows how to do this? Need I download all episodes again?

Nasty experience with grub, fstab, and drive names

Hi all
Yesterday I tried to install Arch on one of my PCs.
After installing the base system and rebooting, grub complaint he couldn't find the proper partition/filesystem, etc. OK, this was something I had encountered in the past, so I started changing the drive assignment in the grub boot line. After an hour, I gave up and reinstalled thinking that maybe grub wasn't happy sitting in the same ext4 partition with /. So I created a separate ext3 /boot partition but I was still having problems. This time, however, after finding the correct drive assignment in the grub boot line, the kernel was loading and then I was greeted with a message saying that my / partition was probably not a valid filesystem, etc, etc. My first thought was to start changing the drive assignment in the kernel line, but this didn't help. Instead, kernel now couldn't boot at all, which means that the UUID in the kernel line was correct and the problem was occurring afterwards. After much thought, I loaded the / filesystem in read/write (according to the error message immediately after the kernel was loaded) and started examining the devices in /dev. To my huge surprise, after every reboot, the drive names (sda, sdb1, sdb2, etc) were different This meant that all my attempts at changing the entries in fstab were unsuccessful.
Fortunately, I was aware of the blkid command so I modified the fstab file and added the UUIDs instead of the drive names, which finally worked. Still to my surprise, when I log in to my desktop, the drive names are always different. My PC has a raid-0 configuration with 2 120GB sata drives and Windows XP, a 320 GB IDE drive with 2 partitions, and a Raptor WD 74GB which is devoted to Arch. The only thing that comes to my mind is the Plug n' Play option in the BIOS, which is set to NO, meaning that system resources are assigned by my motherboard and not by the OS.
If anyone has a clue why the drive names are different after every boot, I would be glad to hear.

Issues with flvplayback component and domain names

I have fms running on linux with an apache webserver on the same machine and I'm have some issues regarding domain-names.
I have done the Walkthrough 2. Simple FLVPlayback 2.5 component which works nicely on my local machine using linux (and also on virtualized Windows). Locally it doesn't matter if I use my IP-adress or my domain-name, it all works fine. However, when I host the swf (on my local machine) and access it from another computer the video does not play. The player doesn't seem to load the flv. However looking at the fms-access-log it looks like a succesfull atempt, it connects, starts playing and transfers some data. I have a crossdomain-file in my apache root. I have tried using both domain names and IP-adresses accessing the swf and the flv. Also copying the swf to the other computer doesn't seem to help.
Another issue that might be the same problem(?) is that when I try loading an flv with another player (also hosted on my local machine) I can get it to work from that other computer (and locally), but only when giving the IP-adress. When using the domain-name it will not work and there is no activity in the access-log.
I have searched quite a bit without finding anything that solves this.
Any help is appreciated.

I should add that the two computers are on the same local network. In the swf I access the app: rtmp://computer1.domain/vod/ or give the IP and then state the streams as in the tutorial.
Also, has anybody had any issues with hostnames vs IPs in rtmp-urls?
Feeling a bit lost tbh.

Problem with different resultset with same data and same query in Oracle 8.1.7 and 9i

I have been using this query in oracle 8.1.7

In the above query I want to see rows from MANAGER_AREA table depending upon date criteria in the table MANAGER_WORK and also upon the parameter :value i.e if I pass a value as 0 I get to see records for which their is atleast 1 record in MANAGER_WORK with the date criteria and if I pass -1 then I get all the records because minimum value that count(*) would give is 0. The resultset was as expected in 8.1.7.
A couple of days back I installed PERSONAL 9i to test for testing the basic functionality of our program with the same data. This query fails and irrespective whether I pass -1 or 0 it returns me same dataset which I would have got in case if I pass 0.
I do not know whether this is a bug that has got introduced in 9i. Can anybody help me with this problem. It would be difficult for me to change the parameter send to this query as the Query is called from many different places.

I cannot use a Group by and a having statement over here. The problem with 'Group by' and 'having' clause is If I have to make a join between the two tables. When I use join then I get only rows that are linked to each other in the table.
If I use outer join to solve that problem then I have to take in consideration the other date condition. My previous query use to virtually discard the corelated query result by using -1 as the value. This will not happen in the join query.

HT201253 I cannot sync my 5S with ITunes. I can sync my iPad with same cord and computer

I recently sent my 5S through the washing machine and got a replacement 5S. I am running Windows 7. I was able to "restore" it from iTunes without any issues other than I hadn't back up in a month. Now when I try to sync with iTunes it gets to step 5 of 5 and I get a "windows message that iTunes has encountered a problem and needs to shut down". I can sync my iPad using the same cord, computer, and program with no issues. I went through Apple support and uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes under their guidance. I was then transferred to another level of tech support and got cut off. I have not heard back and have tried to reopen the case without success so I am hoping someone has a way to resolve this issue so I can back up my phone. Thanks
