  • Posting Date Error when using TPM10

    Hi, All
I am using TPM10 to reserve the cash flows that were previously posted using TBB1.
The problem occurs when I enter a different posting date (which I want to use as the reversal date) from the original posting date in TBB1.
There is little information in the error message except for E:E:745 ...
Has anybody had the same problem? Please share the solution.
    Thanks

When you reverse the documents in TPM10, you have to specify the TRM Reversal Reason.  This reversal reason is tied to an FI reversal reason via configuration.  Within the configuration for FI reversal reasons, you can specify what posting dates are valid for the reversals.  Look up the TRM reversal reason config to determine the FI reversal reason.  Then look at the config for the FI reversal reason.  I suspect that the FI reversal reason does not allow alternative postings dates (i.e. the reversal has to be posted to the same day as the original posting.)
The resolution to this issue is to use a TRM reversal reason that is tied to an FI reversal reason that allows alternative posting dates.

  • Updated a post - now post date is wrong in iTunes

Hi, I made some changes to a few of my blog posts connected with my podcast feed. Now the dates in iTunes podcast store show the date of the change and not the original post date. How can I get the date back to the original. Thanks!

I'm afraid I can't advise on the specifics of either. Probably Blogger is the place do start; I can only suggest looking in their Help and/or looking at the settings for the episode - where you put the title and description - and see whether there is a place there for the date.

  • Change Posting Date of Parked Invoice on Release

    Hi,
I have a scenario where one user creates a parked invoice in FB60 and is routed to another user as a workflow item to release the parked invoice.
I need to change the posting date according to some business requirements, upon release of the parked invoice by the approving officer. For e.g. if invoice is created in last fiscal year but approved in new fiscal year, the posting date shld be changed to last day of the last fiscal year. and all these needs to be coded somewhere. Which means I can't use the standard SAP config to set posting date to System Date or the original Date entered- as these are not what I want.
Does anyone know of a user exit, BTE, BAdI to accomplish this? I tried some BAdIs, but the posting date is always being reset to the procedure for setting the posting date in T001-PP_PDATE. and i do not want this.
Your help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

    hi,
You have to cancel the Parked invoice and again you have to verify using the new date

  • Posting of cancelled Invoice after posting date is over

    Hello Experts,
I am stuck up with a situation and as such seek your help.
A invoice was generated and the subsequent accounting document was also cleared. Now after the posting date was over, someone cancelled the invoice by T.code VF11 and as expected it didnt get posted .The document flow showing is as per below :
    Order - open
    Invoice - completed
    Accounting Document - Cleared
    Cancel Invoice - Open
Now, the business and their audit policies do not allow the client to cancel the invoice in back date ( within the posting period).
What are the options do we have to tackle the situation.
    Joy

The issue has been temporarily addressed by changing the posting date.
However, now the client wants us to make an ABAP development so that no user is able to cancel the invoice after posting date is over. Now for that I have the following issues. Can someone please help me out in this.
The basic process details I am following is as per below:
For Transaction Code VF11 (i.e for Cancellation of Invoice) , when the invoice number which is subject to cancellation is provided, the System should search in VBRK table for the following :-
1)The System will at first search whether the entry exists or not. If the Entry is not valid then it should give an message u201C Document xxxxx does not Existu201D.This is in line to the existing practice.
    2) If the Document number is valid then it will go to the billing date field and  will fetch the value from the VBRK table . Then it will match  whether the value fetched (i.e. this Invoice date)  is in present posting period or not. The system can find the posting period from the table V_T001B.
a.If  the  Invoice date lies in the present posting period then the system will allow the cancellation document to be saved. This is in line to the existing process.
b.If the Invoice date lies beyond the present posting period then the system will not allow to save the cancellation of the Invoice with a pop up message of u201C The Document number subject to cancellation do not lie within the present posting periodu201D .
Now We have looked both the tables, from VBRK we will get Doc# and Billing date(FKDAT) but when we select Posting Date from table T001B( Permitted Posting Periods) there is some issue.
    1.  What will be the condition for selecting records from T001B table.Since there is multiple key fields
        RRCTY (Record Type) ,
        BUKRS (Posting Period Variant) ,
        MKOAR (Account Type or Masking)
        BKONT (To Account).
So, to get unique record what will be the value of this key fields. Is there any relationship with VBRK table ?
    2.  Which field I have to consider as Posting Date or Period. Because there are many fields related to Posting period.

  • Posting date and billing date changes on release to accounting

    Hello,
I wants to change invoive billing date (VBRK-FKDAT) automatically with current system date (SY-UDATE) when release to accounting invoice.
Because always, our posting date (BKPF-BUDAT) on accounting document) must equal to current system date (SY-UDATE).
Our billing type  is not blocked for transfer to accounting. We are using manually release to acounting invoice.
I can't find user exit for VF02-Release to accounting document process. (for change VBRK-FKDAT and BKPF-BUDAT)
    Can you help me please?
    Thank you
    Gulay Celik

    Dear Gulay Celik
Go to VTFL, select your item category for the combination of your delivery type and billing type and maintain routine 11  and save.
Now try to create a billing for which PGI has done already on the previous date and post the outcome.
    thanks

    Hi ttechnoffreak,
First I would suggest signing out and back in to the iTunes Store by using the same account and following this article:

  • Inventory: Movement after count with post date before the count date.

    Hi,
We have stock movements all the days of the week.
We conduct physical inventories on Sunday mornings. There are not stock movements on Sunday mornings (stock movements on Sunday starts at night).
Usually we create the SAP Physical Inventory Document on Fridays, assigning Saturday as the Planned Count Date.
We enter the SAP Physical Inventory Count on Sunday (at the end of the count) or on Monday.
How you recommend us to use SAPu2019s Physical Inventory feature in order to calculate the Book Inventory considering all stock movements with posting date less than or equal to Saturday?
Please, suggest us a solution that If we register a movement after we enter the count but with post date before the count date (and the count is not posted yet), the Book inventory is modified accordingly.
Thanks in advance for your support!!

SAP takes the book inventory in the moment you enter the count.
Best you set  block movements , this block will be removed automatically when you enter the count. So you can prevent users from posting until you have entered the count.
If you set the freeze book inventory, then SAP takes the book inventory in the moment you create the document.
This is not a good way if you still have movements after inventory document creation and actual count.
You have to make sure - organisational  wise, outside SAP - that all movements that happened before inventory count  are posted before you start entering the count. There is nothing in SAP that can help you in this case.

  • Post Data to WSDL after sign.

Hi. How can i post data to wsdl datasource after digitally sign document (if it possible own pdf means)?

Currently, I am using IBM WebSphere 5.1' s RedirectViewCmd command which is a bean that is used to redirect from a command to a page (which can be a URL).
    super.responseProperties.put("redirecturl", "Partner1RedirectView" );The super is com.ibm.commerce.command.ControllerCommandImpl
This bean allows me to process my request and all the data in it, and then forward to a response. It hits another command first called com.ibm.commerce.command.HttpRedirectViewCommandImpl
which resolves "Partner1RedirectView" to a URL that can be on another server.
I have thought of using response.redirect("http://whatever.com/page.asp"), however I have seen only examples in which the parameters ar passed as part of the URL.
Please note I am not stuck on this methodology. I am willing to try anything. This just happens to be the way I am doing it now.
    Peace,
    G.

  • Registration date after posting parked document

    Hello experts,
In AP we first park a document and after approval we post the parked document.
Now, the accounting department wants to see the date of invoice registration for the posted documents.
The entry date is first filled with the CPU date at the moment of invoice parking, but as soon as the parked document is posted, the entry date is overwritten with the CPU date of the posting moment.
How can we retrieve the date the AP document is parked?
Is there a table where we can find this information?
    Thanks in advance.

  • Clearing after posting date not required in FF67

    Hi
I have given posting date as 31.01.2010 in FF67 (manual bank reconciliation statement).
But in-spite of the posting date is given as 31.01.2010, all the entries posted with posting date of February in incoming account / outgoing account is also considered for clearing.
So is it possible to restrict the same.

    Hi,
You might have entered an amount of a document, which is posted with FEB posting date, while entering the bank statement items in the next screen of FF67.
The clearing date can be earlier than the posting date while FF67.
The actual posting date (FEB date) will become the value date for the reconciliation posting entry to the main bank account line item. (Line item generated by system by doing FF67)
    Please check.
    Thanks,
    Srinu
