Overlapping view for /calendar.aspx generate wrong link to tasks

I am using SP2013 on-premise. In a site collection we have built multiple subsites. Each subsite have a calendar. At the root site, we built a calendar control and enabled overlapping view. So that several subsites' calendar can merge into single view.
It works as expected but some tasks' link are wrong.
The wrong link show:
https://sharepoint.com/sites/AAA/Lists/Tasks/DispForm.aspx?ID=16
The correct link should be:
https://sharepoint.com/sites/AAA/Lists/Calendar/DispForm.aspx?ID=16
Is it a known bug or I have configured it in wrong way? Any advice? Thanks.

I tested the issue per the steps below:
1.Create a calendar list named Calendar in the site collection, the url is
http://sp:60/sites/first/Lists/Calendar/calendar.aspx .
2.I create a subsite http://sp:60/sites/first/sub1, then create a calendar named Sub1-Calendar, the url is
http://sp:60/sites/first/sub1/Lists/Sub1Calendar/calendar.aspx .
3.Then I create a Calendar Overlay as:
If I click some event in Sub1-Calendar on the overlayed calendar, the url is
http://sp:60/sites/first/sub1/Lists/Sub1Calendar/DispForm.aspx?ID=1 .
All the behaviors are as expected. However, since I created the calendars by default, I'm not sure if there is customization in your situation. I'd suggest you investigate the Task list
https://sharepoint.com/sites/AAA/Lists/Tasks, is it a OOB task list? Are the task items related to the calendar list events?
By the way, please create a simple event on the subsite calendar and go to click the event on the overlayed calendar, see if the url is the correct one.

Can a view be used for a nework node or link table? The process sdo_net.validate_network hangs when I try to validate a network based on views for the node and link tables.

I am using a logical model. The sql statement (checking link/node relationship) that hangs is:

I gather there is a concurrency issue with my links view because it joins a table with itself. I have a link table that has the start and end nodes defined on two records. Here is my view script:

I can create tables from my views and validate them successfully through sdo_net.validate_nodes_schema, sdo_net.validate_links_schema, and sdo_net.validate_network.
I can analyze the network model through the Java API using the reachable nodes, shortest path, and spanning tree methods without any problems.
I guess I'll validate my view links by counting the total number of links and subtracting the number of links joined successfully at the start and end nodes - if 0 then all links are valid. E.g.:
select count(link_id) from
select link_id from vlinks
minus
select a.link_id from vlinks a, vnodes b, vnodes c
where a.start_node_id = b.node_id
and a.end_node_id = c.node_id

Week and Day view for Calendar

All,
HTMLDB 1.6
Will HTMLDB generate a week / day view out-of-the-box, like the Month view ? If not, any suggestions on how I can generate these views myself ?

Favorites iView generates wrong link

Hi,
i use the standard portal favorites iView. I added the standard "news" page (from eu_role) over the page title tray as favorite to the portal favorites iView. After clicking the added entry in the portal favorites iView, i get following link rendered:
<SERVER_URL>/irj/portal?standAlone=true&NavigationContext=navurl://280a97a029c944cdbdd16849cf844376&windowId=WID1197538108000
But as a result, i am not taken to the desired page! Only the selected path is highlighted, not the page itself.
Does anybody know something about this problem?

Hi Fede,
We have had the same problem. The solution for us was to change the characters < and > in 'Path to Initially Displayed Folder' and 'Path to Root Folder for Navigation' in the iView.
replace < with %3c and > with %3d
example: /alias/userhome/%3cuser.id%3e/favorites

How do you get Week View for Calendar

Is there a trick to get a week view. I have List, Today and Month options, but now week. Thanks.

Maybe I was dreaming I thought I had seen it before, but I guess not. At any rate, I've sent Apple feedback requesting this. As someone else said, it would be even more cool if rotating the phone into landscape mode would automatically bring up the Week view.

Setting list view in calendar

I was very disappointed when I lost "list view" for Calendar on IOS 7.0. But when I upgraded to IOS 7.1, I noticed the old "list view" was back for Calendar. A welcome change. But now that has changed again, I get what is called "combo view", a half screen of graphic calendar and the bottom of the screen lists the day's events. For those of us who liked the simple list view, this is really annoying. Is there a way to get it set once again to "list view"?

HT201412 I cannot open the month of March 2013 in my iPad3 calendar. I can however see it in the year view for 2013 and I can view the daily and weekly calendars for March 2013. Any ideas what has gone wrong ? Thanks

I have a new iPad3 and have found I cannot open the month of March 2013 when I tap on it. All other months open OK ! I can see March 2013 in the yearly view and I can open the individual days, and weeks, of March 2013 but I cannot see the whole month in the monthly view. When I try to open the monthly view for March 2013 it returns me to the start screen which shows all the apps etc and closes the Calendar app. Any guidance of what is going wrong and how it can be corrected. Do we have to Creating an Opaque view for generating the Action Link URL in OBIEE Oracle E-Business Suite integration if we are not using BI Applications(DAC). We built our Repository on Materialized views we were using with Discoverer so I'm not sure if we have to do the part that creates an Opaque view in our integration of EBS 11i with OBIEE.

They use it in an opaque view, so you can reference session variables for login based on your responsibility.

Calendar List view shows entries under the wrong date

I just upgraded to iOS4 and finding that my calendar entries are appearing under the wrong date in the calendar list view when I am viewing two calendars.
- List view is ok when viewing 1 calendar
- Day and Month views are ok at all times (ie: viewing single or multiple calendars)
- I have 2 Exchange accounts
- Calendar entries are appearing in the correct order, but under the incorrect date heading.
- When I intially added the Exchange accounts the calendar list view was fine at first (I could see both calendars correctly in list view) but after a short time later it became screwed up.
Anyone else experience this?

Same problem here since my upgrade to iOS4 - but I only noticed today.
I have 3 calendars set up:
Gmail (Exchange)
UK Holidays (iCal)
Birthdays
The exchange calendar is always wrong but the other two are correct when my exchange calendar is switched off.
It has mucked up my scheduling a bit for the next month. I only became suspicious when I noticed the Scottish Bank Holiday Monday at the beginning of August was showing on FRIDAY, 30th of July!

Hi, I came across the same problem and was not able to open any iCloud folders on Outlook, and iCloud was continusly asking to repair the iCloud Control Panel. Wrong folio shows in Adobe viewer for windows

We have produced a folio for ipad 1024x768 and same(almost) folio for iphone 960x640.
Ipad version (1024x768) will also be published on Windows and Android. When I check in the Adobe Content Viewer on Windows it shows the iPhone version (960x640)
How can I control that it becomes Ipad version who will open the windows and Andoid viewer?
We have a folio, 1024x768px for iPad, Windows and Android.
We have a 969x640 folio that will only be published on the iphone
We have a enterprise app with custom store front
How do we solve it

Month name displayed in month calendar view for previous month

In iPad IOS 7.04 iCal month view the month name displayed at the top of the window is incorrect. The previous month name show when viewing a calendar month. Test by selecting year view and the any month from the year. The month view will be for the selected month, but the month name will be for the preceding month. The incorrect month name in month vie is also displayed if the month view is scrolled to new months.
I observe this on my iPad II.
Ha s anyone seen this error? Does anyone know if Apple has seen this and has a plan to correct it?

Imhave the same exact problem on my iPad2. It was not fixed in the recent iOS 7.1 release, even though modifications were made to the calendar app. Very frustrating, since this is such an easily observable problem.

View the calendar for a year

How can i view the calendar for a year, not just a month

This feature is not available with the default Apple Calendar application. There may be an App in the iTunes App Store that does this for you.

Calendar app showing wrong date for iCal feed.

Has anyone else noticed that when an iCal feed publishes an event that is after 0000Z, but still on the previous date in local time, it's added to the calendar on the wrong day?
Example: Your phone is being used in Chicago (CST). An ical feed you subscribe to publishes and event for 0300Z on November 5th. That event should then actually be on November 4th at 2100 CST, however, the phone will enter the event with the corrected time of 2100Z, however, won't correct the date which should be on the 4th (CST = GMT -6 hours).

I have my Mac's calendar auto-adjusting to time.apple.com. After coming back from Asia, now my calendar shows that November 11th, 2014 is a Wednesday; it is supposed to be Tuesday!

BB Link does not recognize Outlook as a source for calendar and contact sync

When setting up BB Link for my BB Classic it does not recognize Outlook 2013 (on Windows 7) as a source for calendar and contacts.

I know there are people who can and many who cannot, never saw a resolution yet, I hope someone who can will reply to your post so that is why I am replying this sends your post back up to the top.
