Parameter value "Half year " is not accepting by while updating time dimen

Hi,
while i am updating "Time" dimention i am getting an error as parameter value "Halfyear" is not valid value. But system is accepting Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly under Level parameter.
So please advise me how to proceed on this.

Hi,
This is definitely not the answer you might be expecting. We have it as 'DAY' for the level property values for H1 and H2(completely not reasonable). But you can process the TIME dimension with this 'value' for half year provided you dont have dates as your time members (which may be the case).
Try using 'DAY' and process the dimension as a work around. We could wait if there is any other valid reason behind this (not taking 'halfyear').

Why is my phone not activating the new 7 software on an iphone 4s.

Parameter value from app is not being used

Hi,
I have .NET application which renders the report from BOE using infoObject model. This report has parameter and the paramter info is passed from the application using following code.
CrystalReportViewer1.EnterpriseLogon = enterpriseSession;
CrystalReportViewer1.ReportSource = (Report)infoObject;
CrystalReportViewer1.ParameterFieldInfo = parameterFields;
But when I try to run this form...though the parameterfields have the detail of the paramter still Promt screen is scheduled by BOE to provide input for the parameter...
Can someone help me on this why the parameter value I am sending is not being used.

It might have something to do with how you are creating your parameter field collection that you are passing to the viewer. Please refer to the ViewReportParameter sample in the following collection available [here|https://boc.sdn.sap.com/node/5794]

Apple id password not accepted after ipad update to ios5

So I've just upgraded my iPad 2 with ios 5 and the apple id password doesn't work. I've reset the password 4 times now and still it's not accepting it. I've turned off the iPad and tried again and still no joy. Any ideas?

Well this is simular to the problem i have had in rencent log ins on apple. 1. Is the email correct? 2. Did you type the password correct? (There HAS to be an upper case letter in the pass because apple accounts' passwords REQUIRE at least one uppercase letter) If this was not helpful please try again or add more details next time.

Keypad Locked, Not accepting password after update??

I have a BB 8530 on MetroPCS (CDMA) network. I saw thier was some updates for BB protect and a bunch of other apps so i updated them. After the reboot, it asked me for my keypad lock pass and upon entering it, it would not accept it. I know that what i am entering is correct as i entered it prior to the reboot.
i have tried diffrent variations of it with CAPs and symbols corresponding to the keys i KNOW are my pass but still no use. I am on 9/10.
I have logged in to my BB Protect online and tried to change the pass from thier but it keeps saying the current password is wrong which is impossible.
Is there some deafult password it reverted to that i can try. I have tried everything.

I heard somewhere that Rim is having problems with appworld and I think somehow affected you in this manner. They are doing some major update.
I could be wrong but just be a little patient.

App store will not accept password for updates but will for purchases.

Thanks... I did try that. To add to the mess, I just saw some update on my Macbook Air App Store and it did the same as on my iphone. I would not accept my new password.
I then saw that my iphone had some updates. I requested to update all. It asked for my password and I entered it. It downloaded some of the update but not others and also gave me the message that I put in the wrong password.
Still confused. Thanks for your help.

T61-T8300will not stop asking me to reboot, now will not accept any other updates

I purchased the T61 about 2 weeks ago, I immediately allowed it to update my system in productivity center.
I chose all the updates at once and let them run.
Immediately after the updates were done and now, every time thereafter that I boot up it brings up a message: "restarting computer is required: The computer must be restarted before updating can continue: yes/no"
I have restarted it over 50 times and the message will not go away.
I see in productivity center that one update failed to install fully: ThinkVantage rescue and recovery update (4.10.0314.00)
I removed it ( I think) and Add/remove programs, still happens.
System update advised I reinstall it, I did, still happens.
I looked for a system restore point that was earlier than this faulty installation; there was none earlier.
I have requested an update to my system in productivity center and it does not solve it.
I did a reinstall/repair of windows. It did not fix it.
Now windows update is unable to install any updates, The yellow shield advises me windows updates are installing, but they are all failing to install.
I cannot upgrade to Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0.
I really like the laptop, but I am getting frustrated with this problem

1. i would do a complete system restore, then update your OS through Windows Update.
2. Setting Restore Point
3.Update your Thinkpad Software. Please Note: Some updates requires a specific order to install. Like Hotkey- Wlan- AccessConnectios- Powermanager!!! Notice the install notes in your System Updater!!

If I have :TEMPORARY_APPLICATION_ITEM as 'Vikas' it gets displayed properly but if I have '<b>Vikas<b>' it shows null. if it has any HTML tags function l_Opt_Xml.firstChild.nodeValue is not working properly .Please tell me what modiifcation can I use in function l_Opt_Xml.firstChild.nodeValue to get Values with HTML tags also to get displayed.

Final Cut Studio 2 serial number is not accepted for downloading updates

because of problems with AVCHD 720p50 import in FCP I wanted to upgrade from version 6.0.1 to 6.0.6.
First wired thing: Why is the software update not showing any updates for FCP?
There are 5!!! upgrades available, but I had to get a hint on the forum to even KNOW about it. There is no information about that easily findable on the FCP/FCS page, nor does the software update show any option.
Second - the problem:
I found the download page (using Google!) and downloaded FCP update 6.0.6...
...but I need 6.0.5 first.
Ok, Google again, found the page and have to type in may SN again. _*BUT this time the site won't accept it.*_ I tried it several times, double/tripple checked the SN, but ist keeps telling me that I'm using an invalid serial number.
It is really annoing at this point - does anybody know how I will get past this SN-input with my fully working FCS2 full version serial number?

And I really think Apple should install one userfriendly update centre where every user can easily see and download updates to all Apple software (not just the latest version that is heavily promoted).
They already do. Under the Apple icon at the top left of your screen "Software Update".
I maintain a lot of clients FCP systems as part of my services. It doesn't matter if they are running FCP 3 or the latest FCS version, it all comes in, in the correct order. 100% every time.
Of course, if you move the apps into places where Software Update doesn't expect to find them, then you will get unpredictable results.
Here's why; When you install Apple software via the Installer app, it expects stuff to be in a certain location, based on the .pkg files in the directory at: Library/Receipts. If you move, rename or otherwise tamper with the files or their contents, it all goes pear shaped and you end up in the situation that you are currently experiencing.

CSA 4.0 hosts not accepting Scheduled Software Update

I have a few CSA 4.0 hosts which are members of a group that has a scheduled software update attached to it. Even though there is a 5.0 upgrade scheduled, the hosts show the following.
Product information: Cisco Security Agent Version 4.0.3.716
Software: Agent is running the latest software
I have removed the hosts, re-added the hosts, created a new group and a new scheduled update.
Any suggestions?

OK, so the polling interval of the host(s) match what the group has, the update is scheduled for the group and the MC still doesn't show an scheduled or available\needed update for those particular hosts.
There are a few reasons this might be so:
#1 the hosts is running an unsupported OS platform (XP SP3).
#2 is sometimes hosts won't accept an update schedule if they are in test mode AND the original group the agent kit put them in to is gone.
#3 is a CSA version mismatch, the version on the host doesn't exist on the server (but I think you ruled that out).
Not much else I can suggest without actually sitting in front of it.

Why do I get an error message that my macbook pro will not accept an adobe update

I have a Mac OS 10.9.1 and flash player version of 12.0. Now all of a sudden after latest download of adobe I get an error message that Mac OS system is not compatible with Adobe Player. Also I can"t print .pdf anymore.

There are three Airport resets, soft, hard and factory default. It would probably be beneficial if you tried each one in sequence. Actually, you could jump to the factory default reset if you don't mind reconfiguring from scratch.
