Partial Downloading problem

Hi All,
I am facing a problem while trying to download a file of around 720 KB size. The file dialog box opens without any problem. But when I click on the "Save" button and select the location for saving in the client's PC, the file is not getting downloaded FULLY. Only around 200 KB of the file gets downloaded.
Following is the code which I am using:

// Setting the Content length
response.setContentLength((int) strContent.length());

I would be grateful if someone can provide some inputs for this problem.

Sorry i dont know how to solve this.
But i need one help from you.
I want example code like my file is in WebLogic server and i want to download it to the client machine.
Can u help me?
Plz give it as soon as possible very urgent!
