Partner-Equipment Report

Dear Experts,
                   I had assigned User Resposible (In Partner) to Equipment Master.
I am looking for a report which should give me all the User responsible assigned to Equipment.
Input Parameter will be: Equipment Number
Output Parameter Should be: Equipment number and User Resposible.
Is there any Standard report to this?

Hi.
Please input "either "Serial Number/Equipment" apart from "the Partner type i.e.ZA - User Responsible" in T - Code "IE07"  in CS, and execute "F8"you will get the desired output.

  • Equipment partner function report

    Hi,
    The users maintain the partner function using Personnel no from HCM module and assign it to the equipment master.
    Whenever the equipment/Fleet is transferred to different location, its FL is dismantlled and new FL is Installed and correspondingly the Partner function is changed. Over a period of such transfer, business wants to view the period of the employee(partner) who operated it and the dates range indicating "From date" to "To date"....I checked in Equipment usage list, Multiple equipment selection  using T-code IE07 and IH08, but I am not getting the total record of all the partner who were driving this vehicle with the range of the period...
    Please explain and guide me. how to achieve this business need...

    I tried. It seems to work....The only query remains is the Changed date in the table IHPA against the respective Equipment Object Number...The Created date and the change date/Time remains same in the table against a particular record of Equipment object number and Partner combination. When we change the partner record, the change date field has to get changed and the date of change should be updated...Can you explain me the reason ?
    Also I see the deletion mark in the table against few records...If we just change the partner without deleting, wil the record not get updated..Could you give me the reason behind so...
    I use table PA0001 for partner details since we use the Employee data record which is flowing from HCM module.....

    My client is using the Partner functions for vendors
    Where Vendor A is ordering vendor, Vendor B is Goods Carrier and Vendor C is the Invoicing party
    I want to get such a report; in which there will be
    Purchase order number
    Ordering vendor
    Quantity ordered
    Value of the quantity ordered,
    Goods Carrier Vendor
    Quantity of goods delivered
    Value of the goods delivered
    Invoicing Vendor
    Invoiced Quantity
    Invoiced Value
    In short the report will show the partner functions & their respective activities
    Is there any standard report exist for the same

    Hi Kumar,
    In standard there is no such report readily available.But you can develop a Z report.
    I will provide you the logic.
    Goto SE11/SE16.
    Enter the table name as "KNVP".
    Enter your sold-to-party.Execute.
    Fetch all the customer numbers having partner type as "WE".
    Pass the same into KNA1 to get the VAT registration number from the field "STCEG".
    From the same table you will get the address also.

    We have one requirement to take the list of customers in all the sales areas who have all the defined partner functions except Group customer, Master customer and Owner IBU (Z functions).

    Thanks for your response.  But the solution is not fulfilling.
    Hope, I have not clearly described my case.  Let me explain.  Pl take a customer, for example 200000043.  This has been extended to all sales areas.   This customer has payment terms SP, SH, BP, PY except GC, MC, OI in some sales areas.  The GC, MC, OI functions are common irrespective of sales area.  So, I need to identify in which sales area this data is missing and fill it.  In other terms, I need the data which is not in KNVP table
    From the solution provided I can get the data of SP, SH, BP, PY for all customers and all sales area.  That is not required in my case.

    Hi all,
    Is there a way to generate a list of all the BPs defined in SolMan, as well as their Identification Numbers (and perhaps their last activity date...)?
    Excel output format would be OK.
    Over the years, 4000+ BPs are been created and we would like to have an insight on active/obsolete BPs...

    thanks for the answer. However - I couldn't find needed data with this Function ( I am not saying it can't be done - but I am not a programer or developer so I wasn't able to find usefool data.)
    Anyway, I find some kind of a solution:
    - find the "identification name" table:
    tx BP - search for any entry, go to "Identification" tab, select one Identification number (for. ex. "SM1 0029856444 100 johndoe";
    - find the table name:
    enter F1, in new window click on "Technical information" button, see the table name VBUT0ID
    - tx SE16
    enter table name WITHOUT "V": BUT0ID;
    - select the button "Contents" (or "CtrlShiftF10);
    Data browser for table BUT0ID will be opened. Enter the filter or live all empty to get all theBP  entries.
    In the output view you will find a table containing "BP number" (SAP logicaly named the column "Partner"), ..., and column "IDnumber".
    Edit> Download... as Spreadsheet (for ex.) - enter location and open it with M$ excel...
    That worked for me. It would be nice if I could have some more data like "created, last activity" or something, but...
    Thanks again for info though, I'll try to find a ceveloper/ programer , with some spare time to try your solution.

    p.s. - there was few more BP's found in table BUT000 (entries for organizations and groups, for example) - so it is possible to combine the tables...

  • Default Ageing Business Partner Report PLD by Busines Partner Type

    Hi Experts!
    I am hoping you can help me with a PLD query I have.
    I have two PLDs setup for the Business Partner Ageing Reports. 
    One PLD is for Debtors and contains a text field showing 'Debtor' and the other PLD is for the Creditors and contains a text field showing 'Creditor'.
    When the Customer Receivables Ageing report is required, the PLD containing 'Debtor' has to be selected, and when the Supplier Liabilities Ageing report is required, the PLD containing 'Creditor' has to be is selected.
    My idea was to set the 'Creditor' PLD to all the Supplier Business Partners and the 'Debtors' PLD to the Customer Business Partners, thus eliminating the need to select a PLD each time. 
    But when I go to the PLD and select set as default, I don't have the option to set by Business Partner, the only option I have is to set the PLD by User.
    Can you help me on this one please?

    It is not possible for USER Default Print method for Aging Report.
    it is possible only for Marketing and Banking Document.
    It is possible on PLD but it is not possible in Page Header on Aging Report PLD.
    Try this,
    ->> Open the Aging Report PLD.
    for example,
    BP Code Field ID in Repetitive Area -> F_110
    ->> Create 1 formula Field in Repetitive Area Header and put the below formula in that field.
    ex. Field ID -> F_160
    Substring(F_110,0,1)=='C'
    ex. Field ID -> F_161
    ->> Create 1 formula Field in Repetitive Area Header and put the below formula in that field.
    Substring(F_110,0,1)=='V'
    ->> Create 1 TEXT Field in Repetitive Area Header and type the below text(for Title).
    ->> Assign Link to Option in General Tab on Properties Window.
    Customer Aging Report
    Link to - F_160
    ->> Create 1 TEXT Field in Repetitive Area Header and type the below text(for Title).
    Vendor Aging Report
    Link to - F_161
    Save and Run the Print Preview.

  • Running a system report from SDK

    Is it possible to run a system report such as the "Customer Equipment report" from within SDK and fixing the report selection criteria from within code? I need to be able to place a button on the BP header screen that runs the CE report for that BP without showing the first (selection criteria) screen that you would see when running the report from the menu.
    This is similar to what happens when the graph symbol is used along side the BP account balance when the system presets the selection criteria for the sales analysis report.

    Edward is correct, you can't modify reports.
    But what you can also try is to run a trace on the db and run the report. With the trace you'll be able to see exactly how sbo retrieves the data. Many times they make use of stored proceudres to do the work. So my suggestion is use there same method to obtain the info but then display it however you wish.

    1. WORKING HOURS PER SHIFT
    2. ACTUAL DIESEL CONSUMPTION PER SHIFT
    3. STANDERD DIESEL CONSUMPTION PER HOUR
    4. STANDERD DIESEL CONSUMPTION PER SHIFT
    5. DIFFERENCE IN DIESEL CONSUMPTION
    6. PLANED OUT PUT PER SHIFT
    7. ACTUAL OUTPUT ACHIEVED FOR SHIFT
    8. DIFFERENCE IN OUTPUT
    9. ENGINE OIL CHANGING DATA
    10.HYDRALIC OIL CHANGING DATA
    11.SPARES USED
    What i have done in SAP:
    1. Created a euipment by Name : Excavator.
    2. Assigned the same to a Plant.
    Also i am creating a Perfrmance Based Euipment Document for the Excavator to use it on a Project (Project Name: Construction of Road)
    With this i am able to track the actual work hours spent by the excavator on the road project.
    Now i am not knowing how to go about to key in or capture the above stated rest of details on equipment.
    Can any one throw me some light on how to proceed further.

    1. WORKING HOURS PER SHIFT - Create Measuring Point either one or based on Shift, create the Measurement Document manually or through Production confirmation. So that, if you want to see based on Shift, based on Measuring point, report can be viewed. If you want to see all together, based on equipment, report can be viewed.
    Where should i create a Mesuring point ? Is it on the Euipment or an individual one? *
    2. ACTUAL DIESEL CONSUMPTION PER SHIFT - Create the Equipment as Fleet & Do IFCU activity (Material Consumption). If you create the Measuring Point based on shift, based on that Measurement document can be created.
    I have created a euipment "ZEXCAVATOR" and created a mesuring point "Diesel Consumption" and assigned a characteristic to it and also was trying to creat a mesuring document but i got a greyed out screen where i was unable to input anyting.*
    6. PLANED OUT PUT PER SHIFT - What kind of information to be captured?
    Here we want to capture the planned out i.e. If excavator is working in a shift, we plan that in 8 hrs , the excavator has to excavate 100 cubic meters of earth. *
    7. ACTUAL OUTPUT ACHIEVED FOR SHIFT - What kind of information to be captured?
    Here we want to capture , the actual output of excavator, like we used excavator for one shift and the out put is only 50 cubic meters *
    8. DIFFERENCE IN OUTPUT - What kind of information to be captured?

  • Setting a private flag on an activity for a specific Partner Function

    Hi. I have this requirement. Display on private flag "My activities". Display just the Activities for a specific Function partner ej. Parner Responsible. Actually the system displays on "my activities" the activities not just for person responsible but also the activities for the created by or agent partner function

    Does anybody knows if there is a way to modify this to display the activities for a specific Function partner on the Biz Activity?

    I tried to find any exits in this program but couldnt find any.
    But I have following idea in mind:
    1. I dont think you need to make this change on 'my activities'. Instead use of the third 'My ...activities' where you can give partner function & BP number as your own number. I hope it works.
    2. Create a new program by copying the Actvity Monitor program and make the small change you are looking for somewhere in that program (I dont know where).

    Hi everyone,
    In viewing the Business Partner Aging reports, is there a way to fix the columns so that they are
    in the proper sequence? Currently, my report shows the following columns:
    Future Remit , 0-30 days, Customer Name, 120+ , 31-60, Customer Code etc...
    I want it to show:
    Customer Name,  Balance Due, Future Remit, 0-30, 31-60,61-90 etc...

    Which varsion are you using?
    i tested your requirement but Customer Name should not display on Customer Aging Report Print in SAP8.8.
    but it will be Show in  SAP2007B.
    It is possible in SAP2007B but i think, It is not possible in SAP8.8
    Note
    It is not possible to get the some require fields in Standard Report PLD.
    You may only add certain TEXT FIELD to it. No way to link any TABLEs(fields) & SYSTEM VARIABLE Fields.
    IF you need to print the Customer Name in Customer Aging Report. Try to create QPLD.

  • Find Queries associated to Search Defines

    Hi,
    We are trying to consolidate and work out where we are with our list of queries (one very long list) and which ones re used where. I know how to find the list of queries used in alerts, for example:

    How ever I was wondering if anyone can help point me in the direction to find the queries associated to:
    Formatted Searches on forms - a query or tables where this information is possibly stored so I can list all queries used on forms.
    User Menus - a query that allows me to list the queries linked to user menus
